Resilient Design Patterns is of considered opinion of the experts in the field of software engineering for safety. Thus the need for robust design Patterns towards concise and compact solutions for compromising safety aspects of design issues both in software and hardware designs. Therefore it is necessary to account for functional and non-functional requirements in the design patterns of safety-critical computer systems. This work focuses on integration of non-functional requirements & implications to the prevailing design pattern concept. In order, this paper proposes a new pattern for safety-critical computer application through rigorous study of design methods by including fields for the implications, complications and unforeseen peripheral issues of the traditional design patterns based on non-functional requirements of the entire systems. The paper also considers requirements including designs for safety, reliability, modifiability, cost, and execution time. The overall study indicated and showed improved results that the proposed new design pattern can be of better use in safety-critical computer systems.

Depression is treatable but depressed children and adolescents may present a different behavior than those of depressed adults. Hence, child and adolescent psychiatrists caution parents to be acquainted with the signs of depression in their children. Adolescent depression is associated with a range of adverse later outcomes including suicidality, problems in social functioning and poor physical and mental health. Across development, a family history of depression and exposure to stressful life events are the most robust risk factors for depression. The diagnostic criteria for depression in children and adolescents and for adults are basically the same, but the expression of symptoms varies with each developmental stage (Bhatia & Bhatia 2007, 73). Because of the related developmental issues, diagnosing depression on these age groups is deemed difficult (Rutter 1995; Cicchetti et al. 1998; Crowe et al. 2006, 11). In some cases, children and adolescents have difficulties in identifying and describing their internal mood states (Bhatia & Bhatia 2007, 73).

Indian economy is an agrarian economy, two third of the population here is dependent on agriculture. Youth are the backbone of the country; youth have ability to understand the new innovation and new practices related to the agriculture. The study was done to understand Government programmes and loan schemes for unemployed youth in India and the level of awareness among adolescents and youth about different Government programmes and loan schemes for youth in India. The study found that most of adolescents and youth were not aware about the different Government programmes and loan schemes for unemployed youth in India. So, there is a need to make them aware about the different Government programmes and loan schemes.

Food insecurity is a situation when people do not get sufficient amount of food for their requirement. Worldwide food insecurity is the major problems while some people are living with a luxurious life. Only 1 % populations in the world enjoy more than 43.4% world resources and occupied it dominantly. Food insecurity status varies from region to region and also identified variation on the basic of different dimensions and determinants. Food insecurity and food habits depend on religions, communities, caste, ethnic, culture, habits, local availability and accessibility. Last few years, food insecure population in the world continues decreased and the countries are facing economic challenges and huge percentages of people lost their jobs and works due to shutdown of government sectors as well as private sectors. Specially developing before corona virus spread it may be expected that world would be hunger free in 2030 but due to corona pandemic ,it may again rapidly be increased due to lockdown and its impacts. Most of the under developing countries are going under very difficult situation and their crises increased day by day. Asia, Africa and Latin America are the storehouse of food insecure population. India, Bangladesh, Nepal Pakistan etc. countries having huge number of food insecure population and nearly 31% Indian population do not get their require amount of food. Food insecurity depends on various associated factors and regional imbalances, unequal distribution etc. In India, Scheduled Caste, Muslim, Scheduled tribes are the most backward sections, they are not only food insecure but also marginalized in all respects. The paper tries to find out the status of Muslims in term of food insecurity and shows the reality in Bengal region. The statistical techniques are used for this study with a diagram.

Disaster is serious disruption to the functioning of a community that exceeds its capacity to cope with using its own resource. It is the outcome of level of venerability and manageability or capacity, potentiality and ability to face and adopt the challenges or risk generated with the disasters. Disaster management is concerned with preparation, prevention, response and recovery functions in an affected area. The present paper is a form of descriptive research based on literature survey on disaster risk and its management as well religious text. Study aims to explore the process of building resilience and management of vulnerability and its effect on reduction of disaster risk in any area and time. Study reveals that the religious knowledge and statements are not capable to explain scientifically the genesis and warning of occurrence of hazards and disasters but provide a strong base to the scientists for further exploration. It is revealed from various literature that all kinds of disaster events have hidden scientific systems to be explored. The important components i.e. preparedness, response, recovery and rehabilitation would be optimally and rationally managed with the motivation and persuasion of religious leaders, institutions and organisations in or out of disaster affected areas along with the formal public and private agencies responsible for proper pre and post disaster management. It is further suggested that the society and community should be built disaster resilient from bottom to up and an integrated approach of local indigenous traditions, perception, rituals, religious education and government agencies as well as scientific opinion and measures must be adopted at the time of formulating strategy for disaster management to achieve sustainable development in affected region. Management of vulnerability is the key for disaster risk reduction management.
