Demonetization is an act to declare the old currency notes and coins as non-legal tendered for transactions in an economy and replaces the old currency notes with new currency notes. November 8, 2016 became a historic date in Indian economy. On that day, the Centre Government took a step to demonetize the Indian currency notes of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500. This step is also called a heroic step to fight against black money, illegal transactions, terror funding and activities. The present paper aims to discuss about the objectives of demonetarization in Indian economy. The present study is descriptive in nature which is based on secondary data collected from different sources i.e. govt. reports, central statistical organization and Reserve Bank of India reports etc. The present study is carried out to find out the answers of certain questions like whether the step of demonetization is really a heroic step to clean the Indian economy from black money and illegal activities and what are the initial effects on GDP and Government Tax revenue of economy?

Skin ageing and facial wrinkles are undesirable results of UV exposer and photo damage. Serum has deep formula with high concentration of active substances, rapid absorption and the ability to penetrate deep layers of skin. This study aimed to create and assess the effectiveness of a papaya fruit face serum for skincare. Papaya is known for its natural enzymes that can brighten and exfoliate the skin. To formulate the serum, papaya extract was combined with other beneficial ingredients. The serum was then tested for its efficacy in improving skin texture, brightness, and hydration. Results showed that the papaya fruit face serum significantly enhanced skin appearance, leaving it smoother, more radiant, and well-moisturized. Furthermore, the serum was well-tolerated by most skin types, with minimal side effects reported. Overall, the findings suggest that the formulated papaya fruit face serum holds promise as a natural and effective skincare product, offering multiple benefits for enhancing skin health and appearance. The face serum was evaluated for its physicochemical parameter, pH, stability, spreadability, viscosity etc.

This study is aimed to create a new herbal vanishing cream using natural oils. The bulk of existing creams are made from synthetic medications and provide extra fairness to the face, but they have a number of negative effects, including itching and allergic reactions. Creams of synthetic origin available on the market bring a glow to the skin but have adverse effects. Herbal cream has various advantages over manufactured creams. Herbal creams have none of these adverse effects; without them, they nourish the skin. The current study attempted to produce a vanishing cream by using natural oil and extracts from natural sources instead of using other chemicals generated from synthetic origin. This disappearing cream soothes and moisturises the skin without irritating it. The vanishing cream was made using natural extracts of sandalwood and turmeric, which are rich in vitamins, minerals, and have extremely few chances of harm.

This experiment scrutinizes the impact of artificial light on the life cycle of silkworms(Bombyx mori). Bombyx mori are broadly observed due as they are of huge economic importance in silk production and their possible usages in biotechnology. The motive of this experiment is to develop an articulated perception about how exposure to different light conditions influences the succession stages and overall life cycle of Bombyx mori. To perform the experiment, silkworm larvae were settled in regulated surroundings with variation in levels of light exposure. The experiment is an eclectic combination of partial light, and complete darkness circumstances. The growth of the silkworm life cycle was observed and noted down of each and every milestone such as egg laying, larval growth, pupal formation, and emergence of adult. These preliminary findings direct that artificial light plays a delicate role in impacting the life cycle of silkworms. This study bestows to the wider perception of the influence of environmental attributes on the life cycle of silkworms and offers better perspective for improving sericulture practices and quiescent biotechnological usage.

Abstract: Conjunctival carcinoma in situ (CIS) is a rare pre-invasive neoplasia that can progress to invasive squamous cell carcinoma. This article reports two cases of conjunctival CIS. The first case involved a 66-year-old man with UV exposure, treated successfully with surgical excision and cryotherapy, showing no recurrence at 12 months. The second case was a 45-year-old woman, managed with surgical excision and mitomycin C, with no recurrence at 18 months. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial for effective disease management and preventing progression to invasive carcinoma.

The researches had mentioned in the objective and hypothesis of the present research which was very much necessary to find out the level of job satisfaction of secondary school teacher, who were taking as a sample under present study. Further it was also hypothesized whether this level of job satisfaction many b outcome of different factor which are named as factor, factor within the organisation and factor out of the organisation the research has also this curiosity whether the level of job satisfaction and teachers hierachy of needs are interrelated or not for the measurement of job satisfaction of the teacher with his assumption that the level of job satisfaction ( high, moderate, or low ) result to high level job satisfaction moderate level of job satisfaction and Low job satisfaction. The indicators of job satisfaction where general statement obted from " A handbook of research design and social measurement" in which total 18 statement were given, to the respond on five points 'Likert' type scale ranging from fully agree to fully disagree. The present study uses a comparative method to explore the socio-economic and educational status of Muslim women in West Bengal. It reveals large gender gaps on virtually all three indicators of employment, earnings, and education between Muslim women and the rest of the women in the region. Unlike the other religious communities/groups settled in West Bengal; the Muslims, especially the Muslim women are reported to be behind the mainstream in every possible aspects of social development concerning its socio-economic standing, educational attainment, empowerment, political, the decision-making capacity etc. due to multifarious internal and external constraints. The research indicates low levels of socio-economic status of Muslim women, a situation which is still valid in West Bengal as they not only have low literacy rates, they also have high dropout rates with the lowest labour force participation. Cultural norms and economic hurdles further slow them down. Nevertheless, efforts from the government as well as numerous non-governmental organizations to increase their educational and economic opportunities are bearing fruit. This survey finds significant regional gender disparities in health, education, employment and empowerment among the Muslim women in comparison to the health status of other parts of country or Muslim population dominating regions, highlighting where effort should be made for designing targeted policies and interventions. The findings bring out the importance of education and economics empowerment for the improved well being and social status of the Muslim women of West Bengal.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are becoming an increasingly important and challenging research area. Advances in WSN technology enable a wide range of applications, including environmental monitoring and object tracking systems. WSNs consist of small, low-cost sensor nodes with limited transmission ranges, processing power, storage capacity, and energy resources. This study focuses on energy-constrained WSNs deployed over a specific region, where the primary task is to collect data from sensor nodes and transmit it to a base station for further processing. Each bit of data requires a fixed amount of energy to receive and an additional amount to transmit, which varies with the transmission range. If all nodes were to transmit directly to the base station, they would rapidly exhaust their energy reserves. Efficient routing in WSNs, given their constraints on power, energy, and storage, poses a significant challenge. In this work, we propose a Particle Swarm Optimization-based Routing protocol (PSOR) that prioritizes energy efficiency in routing and optimizes data forwarding paths to the base node. The PSOR algorithm generates optimized routing paths by using energy consumption as a fitness value to select the best path. Our novel strategy enhances route optimization by integrating the Breadth First Search algorithm with PSOR to achieve more energy-efficient and shorter paths. Effectiveness of the proposed method was evidenced by experimental results obtained through the NS2 (Network Simulator 2) tool.
