This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of school-based management, stakeholders' engagement and school performance of Public Schools in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. Specifically, it sought answers to the following statements (1) Determine the level of effectiveness of the school-based management dimensions in terms of: (1.1) leadership and governance, (1.2) curriculum and learning, (1.3) accountability and continuous improvement, and (1.4) managing of resources (2) Determine the stakeholders' engagement in terms of (2.1) school governance, (2.2) curriculum implementation, and (2.3) community involvement (3) Determine the school performance in terms of (3.1) school leadership, management and operations, (3.2) basic education services, (3.3) learning environment, (3.4) human resource management and development, and (3.5) parent's involvement and community partnership (4) Determine significant relationship between the level of effectiveness of school-based management dimensions and the level of stakeholders' engagement (5) Know significant relationship between the level of effectiveness of school-based management dimensions and the school performance (6) Know significant relationship between the level of stakeholders' engagement and the school performance (7) Determine if the level of effectiveness of school-based management and stakeholders' engagement, significantly predict the school performance. The descriptive-correlational design was used to analyze the data systematically. A standardized DepEd form and an adopted research questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale were used in the study. Frequency, percentage distribution, and weighted mean were used for descriptive questions, while Pearson's R and Regression Analysis were used for inferential questions. Based on the gathered data, the implementation of school-based management is highly effective. The research further reveals that the stakeholders' were highly engaged and has excellent school performance. In addition, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between effectiveness of school management, stakeholders' engagement and school performance. Based on the findings and conclusion of the study, the following recommendations are hereby endorsed. (1) establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of SBM and stakeholder engagement initiatives. (2) create formal structures for involving parents, teachers, students, and community members in the decision-making process. (3) develop effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Use newsletters, social media, and school websites to share updates and gather input. (4) Foster partnerships with local businesses, non-profits, and community organizations to support school initiatives. These partnerships can provide additional resources, expertise, and opportunities for students. (5) Regularly recognize and celebrate the achievements of students, teachers, and other stakeholders. This can be in the form of a school program at the end of every academic year. This can boost morale and motivation, fostering a sense of pride and community. (6) Implement robust support services to address the diverse needs of students, including counseling, tutoring, and special education services. Ensure that all students have access to the resources they need to succeed. (7) Conduct longitudinal studies to understand the long-term impact of school-based management and stakeholder engagement on school performance. This can provide deeper insights into the sustainability of these practices. (8) Compare the effectiveness of SBM and stakeholder engagement across different regions, school types, and student populations to identify context-specific strategies that work best.

The heart is an astoundingly faithful creation of nature. Its gentle thumping accompanies us for the duration of our lives, and it is so central to human existence that for much of recorded history, it has served as a symbol of not only life but also love, emotion, intelligence and reason. The heart is one of the most vital organ of our body. It's the organ in the middle of our circulation system, pumping blood around the body as it beats. Coronary Artery Disease is the irreversible necrosis of heart muscle secondary to prolonged ischemia. This usually results from an imbalance in oxygen supply and demand, which is most often caused by plaque rupture with thrombus formation in a coronary vessel, resulting in an acute reduction of blood supply to a portion of the myocardium

The high demand for PV systems is because they generate electricity without harming the environment by transforming solar radiation straight into electricity. Solar radiation, on the other hand, is never continuous. Throughout the day, it fluctuates. The necessity of the hour is to provide a constant voltage to the stand-alone system of temperature and solar irradiance change. In this paper, performance of both MPPT algorithm Perturb & Observe (P&O) and Incremental Conductance method are discussed. The major goal of this paper is to use the perturb and observe method to efficiently extract the greatest power by varying irradiance and temperature. In this paper MATLAB based simulation results of Perturb & Observe method are obtained under various conditions such as constant solar radiation, constant temperature and varying both solar radiation and temperature.

Involuntary urine passing during sleep after the age at which bladder control would typically be expected is known as enuresis or bedwetting (Shayyamutra). It's important to distinguish enuresis from dribbling or intermittent or persistent incontinence. Most of the time, emotional and behavioral reasons are the main cause of enuresis. Additionally, it may be brought on by food allergies, apnea, chronic constipation, obstructive sleep, urinary tract infections, etc. Ayurveda emphasizes the value of both psychological and pharmaceutical treatment for the illness. The pathology of Shayyamutra may be reversed by a medication that is nervine tonic (psychotherapy) and has the ability to improve bladder control and tone of the bladder muscles with Grahi, Stambhana, and Mutrasangahnia qualities. Shayyamutra, is not medically dangerous, it has a detrimental psychological impact on children and is linked to delayed brain development. This issue is regarded by Ayurveda as a Kaphaavrit Vata ailment with Tama involvement. Sharangadhara and Vangasen Samhita describes Shayyamutra. According to the literature review and studies reported in Ayurvedic parlance, certain Kaphaghna/Pramehaghna drugs , nerve tonics , Panchakarma treatments (particularly Nasya and Shirodhara), and most importantly, Sattvavajaya Chikitsa, are important. Therefore, rather than only selecting one medication or Kalpa, treatment should be organized using a multifaceted strategy that incorporates all aspects of care in light of the pathophysiology of the Shayyamutra.

The increase in digital transactions, cases of banking fraud have also increased. In this scenario, real-time fraud detection methods are essential for financial institutions. Outdated techniques can struggle to keep pace with these continually evolving fraud tactics. One potential solution to this challenge is generative artificial intelligence. Generative AI is a state-of-the-art algorithm-based technology powered by machine learning that imitates human behavior and generates real-world data. You can use this ability to detect banking fraud in real-time. Generative AI can flag suspected activities in real-time, all through its ongoing training on patterns and anomalies within customer transactions. Generative AI can be effective for fraud prevention as it helps identify fraud that occurs not only from ATMs but also from online banking, and multiple channels are available to the target audience. It has opened a wide range of opportunities for banks since real-time detection and prevention of fraudulent activities can be done, resulting in loss prevention and customer asset safety. Generative AI can also be trained for new types of fraud, making it a leading defense against new fraudulent tactics. It allows banks to take proactive measures to prevent fraud instead of reactively fighting it, saving money and time and improving consumer trust. We can protect customers and the financial institution in real-time.

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's Purple Hibiscus explores the life of a Nigerian family, focusing on Kambili, a young girl navigating the complexities of an oppressive, postcolonial society. Throughout the novel, Adichie employs rich symbolism, particularly through elements of nature and the use of pathetic fallacy, to reflect the characters' growth and the unfolding narrative. Central to the story are the red and purple hibiscus flowers, which hold significant meaning both for Kambili and her brother Jaja, as well as for the novel as a whole. This paper examines how Adichie utilizes nature as a symbolic device to depict Kambili's personal development within the context of a postcolonial environment.
