Customers in India are also spending more in FMCG as their standard of living is growing. HUL has placed itself successfully in the position of market leader in FMCG products. To maintain their market leadership, it pursues innovative distribution mechanisms to reach the millions of potential consumers in both urban areas and small remote villages. The Individual consumer has a set of preferences and values whose determination is outside the real economics. They depend upon culture, education, and individual tastes. The measure of these values in this model for a particular product is in terms of the real opportunity cost to the consumer who purchases and consumes the product.

An efficient method for the synthesis of symmetrical and unsymmetrical substituted thiourea derivatives by means of simple condensation between available building blocks such as amines and carbon disulfide In aqueous medium is presented. The present method is also useful in substituted 2-mercapto imidazole heterocycles .The products were purified Through precipitation, which involves changing the pH value, followed by Recrystallization. The products were identified by melting point and infrared spectroscopy. The geometry of the proposed structures of the chelates based on their electronic spectra, electron spin resonance (ESR) and magnetic Susceptibility. The stability of complexes was studied by TGA analysis (Thermal studies). The practical two-step synthesis of 1-phenylthiourea is reported here as an undergraduate experiment for the organic synthesis laboratory. The products were purified through precipitation, which involves changing the pH value, followed by recrystallization. The products were identified by melting point and infrared and NMR spectroscopy. [1] Phenylthiourea and its derivatives have attracted interest due to their excellent combination of properties such as high corrosion resistance, anti-viral activity, strong hydrogen bonding and inhibition of bacterial adhesion to the submergible surface within the aqueous system [2,3] In present work we have synthesized substituted phenylthiourea. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their analytical and spectroscopic data. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activities. These compounds were found to have antimicrobial activities comparable to and in some cases greater than those of equimolar quantities of standard drug. [4].

Hridrog is vital organ disease mentioned as marmagat madhyam margagat vyadhi. This disease shows five types having specific laxanas. It is need to identify specific lakshanas (signs & symptoms) and differentiate type of disease, for early diagnosis and treatment approach. Lakshana indicates knowledge of vyadhi so having its own importance in ayurved science. Vataj hridrog shows hrudshool, hruddrav, hrudshosh, hrudstambh, hrunmoha, hrudbhed; piitaj hridrog shows hruddah, tiktasyata, murcha, bhram, klam; kaphaj hridrog shows hrudbhar pratiti, hrudstambh, tandra, aruchi, nishthivan, jwar and so on. These efforts are made to understand samprapti of each lakshana in different manners of Hridrog mentioned by various acharyas in ayurved. In this paper differential laxanas make disease samprapti which is importance in management of hridrog.

Simple, rapid, economical, precise and accurate Stability indicating RP- HPLC method for the estimation of Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate and Teneligliptin in Tablet Dosage Form has been developed. A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the estimation of Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate and Teneligliptin in Tablet Dosage FORM has been developed. The separation was achieved Column Kromasil C18 (150 x 4.6) 5 m ID, Gradient program0.1%TFA: Methanol, as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. Detection was carried out at 235 nm retention time of DAPA and TENE was found to be 9.47and 3.61 min. The method has been validated for linearity, accuracy and precision. Linearity observed for Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate and Teneligliptin 49.94-298.24 ?g/ml. Developed method was found to be accurate, precise and rapid for estimation of Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate and Teneligliptin in Tablet Dosage Form. The drug was subjected to stress condition of hydrolysis, oxidation, photolysis and Thermal degradation, under same chromatographic condition. The stress samples were assayed on RP-HPLC system.

Background: Calotropis genera comprise of two species, with 90% inhabiting southern Asian country and are most endemic to the India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Srilanka, China. Objective: The present project attempts to study the phytochemical and TLC and UV studies calotropis gigantea leaves extract. Calotropis gigantean L. Material and Methods: The latex of Calotropis gigantean L.is subjected to various extractions using ethanol and distilled water. The extracts were subjected to phytochemicals were screening and antimicrobial study was performed against different bacterial species i.e. E .coli, S.aureus, S. dysenteriae, B. subtilis using disc diffusion method. Result: The aqueous extracts and ethanolic extracts show presence of alkaloid, tannin, flavonoid, saponin and cardiac glycosides. The UV studies show the absorbance of the different concentration of the phytochemical extract.

Retained bee stinger after corneal sting is a rare accident responsible for a variety of clinical responses reflecting various pathogenetic mechanisms due to the venom rather than the stinger itself , Early detection of potential complications and the right care may help prevent irreversible vision loss, Removal of a retained corneal bee stinger still controversial , thus we present a case of a 46 years old man who presented to our ophthalmology department after a bee sting , this report highlights the management of a rare injury and its pathogenesis .

The pharmaceutical industry has found use for the fluidized bed processing technology. 1950 saw the creation of the fluidized bed processor. The newest and most promising area of pharmaceutical science at the moment is formulation development. With its cutting-edge methods, it is successfully grabbing the market today and keeping up with current developments and trends. The purpose of this review is to examine some general aspects of fluid bed granulation and certain widely used methods in the pharmaceutical sector. For granulation agglomeration, stacking, and coating of a wide range of particle sizes, fluidized bed technology is employed. The method can also be applied to the drying procedure. The three fluid-bed process patterns can be divided into three categories based on where the spray nozzle is located, i.e. top spray, bottom spray, or tangential spray.
