 Abstract

The present research work is an analysis regarding the comparison of career maturity level among adolescents at the senior secondary school stage in terms of gender- male and female. The results were collected using the descriptive survey technique. A representative sample of 60 adolescent students including males and females was selected from senior secondary schools in Aligarh as respondents. For data collection, an Indian version of the career maturity inventory by Dr. (Mrs.) Nirmala Gupta was employed. The appropriate statistical measures such as mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test were applied for analyzing the data. Outcomes of the existing research indicate that most of the adolescents have revealed below average level of maturity in regard to attitude towards career selection, self-appraisal, knowing about jobs, and choosing a job. Whereas in the aspects of career planning and problem-solving, an average level of maturity was found among adolescents. The results also identify that among the six aspects of career maturity, significant gender differences were found on four dimensions namely self-appraisal, goal selection, planning, and problem-solving. Male adolescents scored marginally better in the aforementioned areas than their female fellow students. No significant gender differences were found in respect of attitude towards career selection and occupational information.

 Abstract

Not only do deposits contribute to the money supply, but they also have a significant impact on it. In response to major drivers like investment, the government creates and distributes money across the economy. Due to people's ability to save, transfer, and invest huge quantities of money, investment is essentially feasible and taking money out of bank accounts. The purpose of the study is to determine how consumers see bank investments, how well-informed they are about other types of investments, such as equities, gold, and real estate, and, secondly, how frequently and how satisfied they are with their investments. Finding the factors that motivate investors to participate in the banking sector is the primary goal of this study. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the major variables that affect consumer decision-making and risk tolerance when it comes to investments in the banking industry. The people may be neighbors and be equal in every way, yet they have quite different demands when it comes to financial planning. In light of this, the current study is an effort to identify the variables that influence individual investment decisions in the banking sector as well as the variations in investor perceptions of the choice to invest in banks.

 Abstract

In order to analyze and assess the financial performance of India's top public and private sector banks and to comprehend their NPA patterns, secondary data analysis is used in this research. The Indian banking industry has been under scrutiny as a result of certain substantial changes in monetary policy. When the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) boosted interest rates to support the weakening Rupee, the cost of funds for banks has dramatically increased. A rise in non-performing assets (NPAs) and a decline in profitability could be the results of this. Bank profitability is impacted by both internal and external variables. Metrics and risk variables relevant to each bank served as a guide for their earnings. SBI leverage financial ratios were judged to be more susceptible to default than HDFC. Efficiency metrics were the primary profit-generating factors at HDFC, the largest private sector bank in India, but not at SBI. Measures of asset utilization efficiency were essentially the same for both banks. The largest public sector bank in India, SBI had significantly higher NPA ratios. The liquidity ratios turned out to be the single most significant SBI determining factor. To determine whether there was a significant difference in the NPA ratio of SBI and HDFC bank over the past three years, a two sample T test with identical variances was also performed.

 Abstract

The global energy crisis and environmental pollution, which are largely the result of increased consumption of nonrenewable energy sources, have prompted researchers to investigate alternative energy technologies that can harness energy from the environment. Mechanical energy is the most prevalent type of environmental energy that can be captured and converted into usable electrical energy. Due to its high electromechanical coupling and piezoelectric coefficients, piezoelectric transduction is a superior mechanical energy harvesting mechanism when compared to electrostatic, electromagnetic, and triboelectric transduction. The scientific community is thus most interested in piezoelectric energy harvesting. Micro- and nanoscale advancements in materials and manufacturing techniques enable the fabrication of piezoelectric generators with advantageous features such as electromechanical coupling coefficient, piezoelectric coefficient, flexibility, ductility, and integrability for a variety of applications became Furthermore, as technology in the electronics industry advances, smaller devices with lower power consumption become available on the market. As a result, many electronic devices are expected to be powered by piezoelectric generators in the near future. This white paper provides an in-depth look at the current state of the art in piezoelectric energy harvesting. We review piezoelectric energy conversion principles and describe the working mechanisms and modes of operation of piezoelectric generators. Recent research on inorganic, organic, composite, and bio-inspired natural piezoelectric materials is discussed.Examine nano-, micro-, and mesoscale piezoelectric energy harvesting applications in transportation, structures, air and water applications, intelligent systems, microfluidics, biomedical, wearable and implantable electronics, and tissue regeneration. To do. Advances, limitations, and potential improvements in piezoelectric energy harvesting technology materials and applications are discussed. In summary, this review covers a wide range of piezoelectric materials used in wireless electronics for clean power delivery.

 Abstract

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of Inferiority and Insecurity on Adjustment among college students. Inferiority feelings are those general human feelings of incompleteness, smallness, weakness, unawareness, and dependency included in our first experiences of ourselves in infancy and early childhood. Insecurity is an inner feeling of being threatened and/or inadequate in some way. Being insecure means feeling anxious and fearful about yourself or something in your life. Adjustment is the behavioral process by which humans and other animals maintain equilibrium among their various needs or between their needs and the obstacles of their environments. A well-adjusted person is aware of his own strength and limitation, respects himself and others, has adequate level of aspiration, has flexibility in behavior, has the capacity to deal with adverse circumstances. A sample of 60 college students was taken. Inferiority & Insecurity Questionnaire developed by Dr. G.C. Pati (1976) and Adjustment Inventory developed by H.S. Asthana (1968) were used to collect data. Correlation coefficients were calculated from the obtained data. Findings suggest that inferiority and insecurity has negative effect on adjustment among college students (r1= -0.40 and r2= -0.66).

 Abstract

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ALGORITHM BASED ONLINE APPLICATION ABSTRACT Dr.R.Jamuna, Associate Professor in Computer Science,S.R.College,Trichy-2, and Ms.P.Kiruthika Rahini, Lecturer,Department of Computer Science,S.R.College,Trichy-2 Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence process by implemented by machines, like computer systems. The interaction between computers and human being is always interesting and challenging. An automatic answer checker software checks and marks written answers just as manual checking. This software application is built to check subjective answers in an online test and allocate marks using camera after verifying the answer. The system requires you to store the original answer for the system. This facility is provided to the administrator alone. The admin may insert questions and respective subjective answers in the system. In this project the admin can login the system using his/her user name and password. After the login process the admin can add and view the student details. The admin can upload the class video link to the student. The student can login the system using his/her register number. Once student logins to the test, webcam be switched on and video played is uploaded by the admin. After completing the video, the student can view the test questions when he/she does not using the skip or exit option during playing of the video. The student can attend the test by viewing the score option. The system uses artificial intelligence concepts like depth first search or breadth first search to verify the answers and allocate the marks as human intervention of correction. In this project work the entire process so designed to be maintained and monitored by admin alone.
