Agriculture is considered as primary livelihood in India . It is considered as primary sector is Indian economy. Size of agriculture sector is very vast in India. The most prominent issue faced in this sector is lack of accuracy to predict the suitable crop that can grow in available soil fertility , fertilizer that can prove to be beneficial for that crop yield as well as lack of knowledge about crop disease and reason behind it. This paper deals with optimized detection of crop type , fertilizer and as well as crop disease using Machine Learning techniques. Several machine learning algorithms can be used for recommendation and prediction. This system can turn out to be very useful in precision farming.

According to Sushruta, Raktamokshan (Blood-letting) is beneficial in case of intense pain and redness arising in the oedematous wound. Those people who keep giving Raktamokshan (Blood-letting) from time to time, never get skin defects, leprosy, goitre, dyspepsia, mumps, gland disease, Oedema etc. Many diseases arise due to inflammation, there is constant excess of blood in the inflamed area. Due to the removal of deformities by removing blood, there is a law to conduct blood transfusion in these diseases.

Sanga literature was not composed with the aim of recording history, but the Sangha poets recorded references to the neighboring countries and the connections of Palantamizhar by mentioning the neighboring peoples who were in contact with ancient Tamil Nadu. Similarities between Tamil Nadu and the Ganga plains, Patna, Egypt, Rome and Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Java, Sumatra, Philippines etc., ancient coins and inscriptions confirm the messages mentioned in the Sangha literature. The ancients knew many countries of the world three thousand years ago. This theory examines in detail the neighboring countries, the cities and the reasons for their relationship with those countries, and the status of those countries.

Graphene and graphene-based materials have recently gained enormous importance in biological domain besides its multifarious applications in other domains like electronics, robotics, material science, sensing etc. The extraordinary physicochemical properties possessed by this wonderful nanomaterial have paved the road to find its utilities in biological field. Moreover, the sudden COVID-19 pandemic caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) has immensely widened the research on graphene and graphene-based materials. This short review presents the potentials of graphene and graphene-based materials that can play a vital role to combat against the current COVID-19 and future pandemics. In this regard application of graphene and graphene-based materials as bio-sensors, wearable devices, PPEs and face masks, antiviral surfaces and coatings, filters and membranes, 3D printing etc are briefly discussed. Further the limitations of these materials are pointed out.

India is one of the nations in the world to have expanded special arrangements for the hundreds of ethnic minorities in general and tribal communities in particular. The most important of the various rights that needs immediate protection by several domestic laws to the tribal people. The economic and social rights of the tribal communities must be protected in India with the integration of new laws that will be in tune with the human rights movements across the world. The protection of Human Rights of the tribal peoples is a large issue that attracts global norms beyond the national frontier. The present study has taken into justification the development of the laws relating to the tribal peoples in international as well as the national sphere. The study has also brought to attention the part played by the judiciary in the protection and upliftment of these tribal people. The provisions of the Indian Constitution in parts III, IV, X call for special consideration to the protection of tribal and tribal areas. Scheduled V and Scheduled VI are specially created for the tribal people in India. The problems are the scarcity of adequate legislation to protect the rights of this section of society. The existing legislation falls short of providing the basic rights to these people and satisfying their basic needs to a great extent. They have to fulfil the Constitutional objectives in the form of equality before the law and equal protection of the law.

ABSTRACT A nosocomial infection is also known as a hospital-acquired infection,(HAI) is an infection which is developed by the hospital environment, such as one acquired by a patient during a hospital visit or one developing among hospital staff. Such infections include fungal and bacterial infections and are aggravated by the reduced resistance of individual patient. Urinary tract infections are responsible for over a third of all hospital acquired infections. Most of these (at least 80%) follow some type of invasive procedures or instrumentation of the urinary tract, usually catheterization. Urinary tract infections associated with urinary catheters is the leading cause of secondary nosocomial bacteremia. Approximately 20% of hospital- acquired bacteremia are due to indwelling catheters and the mortality associated with this condition is about 10%. At this point it was important to prevent the occurrence of catheter associated urinary tract infection through a proper catheter care and to promulgate the best solution to be used for catheter care among patients with indwelling catheter in preventing catheter associated urinary tract infections. Methods: The research design used in the study was randomized block design. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was used for selection of samples. The data was collected from 30 catheterized patients using CAUTI checklist. Post test was conducted after 5 days of catheter care to know the incident rate of Urinary Tract Infection using the same CAUTI checklist and urine microscopy reports. Results: The overall mean percentage in the pre test and post test was, In Betadine group (Experimental group A) the pre test mean percentage is 37.39% and the post test mean percentage is 75.65%. Enhancement in mean percentage is 38.26%. with the significant t value 6.24 at 0.05 level. In Normal saline group (Experimental group B) the pre test mean percentage is 37.39% and the post test mean percentage is 76.15% the Enhancement in mean percentage is 38.76% with the significant t value 6.69 at 0.05 level. There is no significant association found between the incident rates of Urinary Tract Infection and the selected demographic data. The study findings shows that normal saline is more effective when compared with betadine in preventing the occurrence of urinary tract infection among catheterised patients.
