Water is necessary for any living life form. However, it has been discovered that water in the mantle governs the mechanisms that drive the dynamic earth system and keep the planet alive, unlike other planets in the solar system, which are considered dead. Water regulates the rheological properties of rocks in the mantle, and its existence has been confirmed through seismic investigations, which have revealed two notable discontinuities at 410 km and 660 km. The transition zone between these zones is considered a water storage site. It has been proved to contain approximately 1000 ppm of water, consistent with several other estimations of water content. Seismic tomography depicts the water transport mechanism and provides insight into the phase transformation kinetics occurring at discontinuities.

In the rapidly evolving field of network switching systems, high-speed digital circuits play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and reliable data transmission. As network demands increase and technologies advance, the design of these circuits must address several critical challenges to achieve optimal performance. This paper explores key design strategies for high-speed digital circuits in network switching systems, focusing on techniques to enhance speed, reduce latency, and maintain signal integrity. One fundamental aspect of designing high-speed digital circuits is managing signal integrity. At elevated frequencies, signal degradation due to factors such as signal reflection, crosstalk, and electromagnetic interference becomes a significant concern. Effective strategies to mitigate these issues include the use of controlled impedance PCB (Printed Circuit Board) traces, differential signaling, and proper grounding techniques. Additionally, the implementation of advanced signal conditioning components, such as equalizers and pre-emphasis circuitry, helps to compensate for signal attenuation and distortion. Another critical design consideration is the optimization of power delivery networks. High-speed digital circuits often require precise power regulation to ensure stable operation and avoid performance degradation. Techniques such as decoupling capacitor placement, power plane design, and the use of low-dropout regulators are essential for maintaining clean and stable power supplies. Efficient thermal management also plays a vital role in preventing overheating and ensuring long-term reliability. Clocking strategies are also pivotal in high-speed digital circuit design. Clock distribution networks must be carefully designed to minimize skew and ensure synchronous operation across the entire circuit. Techniques such as clock tree synthesis, phase-locked loops (PLLs), and clock gating are employed to manage clock signals effectively and reduce jitter, which can adversely affect performance. Furthermore, the choice of materials and fabrication technologies significantly impacts circuit performance. Advanced materials such as low-loss dielectrics and high-speed interconnects are used to enhance signal transmission characteristics. Additionally, innovations in fabrication technologies, such as fine-pitch BGA (Ball Grid Array) and advanced packaging techniques, contribute to higher circuit densities and improved performance. Design verification and testing are essential components of the development process. Simulation tools and hardware emulation techniques are employed to model circuit behavior and identify potential issues before fabrication. Additionally, real-world testing, including signal integrity analysis and thermal performance evaluation, ensures that the design meets the required specifications and performance criteria. In conclusion, designing high-speed digital circuits for network switching systems involves addressing a range of challenges to achieve optimal performance. By employing strategies to manage signal integrity, optimize power delivery, refine clocking methodologies, and leverage advanced materials and technologies, engineers can develop robust and efficient circuits capable of meeting the demands of modern network infrastructures. The continuous advancement in design techniques and technologies promises further improvements in speed, reliability, and overall system performance.

This study investigates the relationship between explosive strength (both leg and arm) and game performance among high school Kabaddi players (boys) in Vijayapura District, Karnataka. Utilizing a descriptive survey method, the study involved 45 boys Kabaddi players aged 14-17 years. Explosive strength was measured through the standing broad jump for legs and the medicine ball throw for arms, while game performance was assessed using a coaches' rating scale. The data analysis employed Karl Pearson Product-Moment Coefficient of Correlation, One-way ANOVA, and LSD's Post Hoc test. Results indicated a moderate positive correlation between leg explosive strength and Kabaddi game performance (r = 0.526, p < 0.05), suggesting that players with higher leg explosive strength tend to perform better. Conversely, arm explosive strength showed a weaker correlation with game performance (r = 0.305, p < 0.05) and significant differences among different play positions. ANOVA results revealed significant differences in leg explosive strength across play positions. However, no significant differences were found in arm explosive strength across play positions. The study concludes that leg explosive strength is a critical factor influencing Kabaddi performance, while arm explosive strength has a less significant impact. Based on these findings, it is recommended that training programs emphasize leg strength development, consider play positions in training strategies, and explore additional factors affecting performance in future research. These insights are intended to guide coaches and players in enhancing Kabaddi performance through targeted physical training and performance evaluation practices.

The advent of 5G New Radio (NR) networks marks a significant advancement in wireless communications, promising enhanced data rates, ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC), massive machine-type communications (mMTC), and improved energy efficiency. As 5G networks are deployed globally, optimizing network performance and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) becomes crucial. This paper explores various optimization techniques for 5G NR networks, focusing on enhancing KPIs such as throughput, latency, reliability, and energy efficiency. One of the primary challenges in 5G networks is managing the complexity and dynamic nature of the radio environment. This complexity arises from the need to support a wide range of services with diverse requirements, including enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB), URLLC, and mMTC. Each service category has distinct KPIs, necessitating tailored optimization strategies. For eMBB, the focus is on maximizing throughput and spectral efficiency, while URLLC requires minimizing latency and ensuring high reliability. mMTC, on the other hand, emphasizes energy efficiency and scalability to accommodate billions of devices. Beamforming and Massive MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) are key technologies in 5G NR that significantly impact network performance. Beamforming optimizes signal strength and coverage by directing radio signals towards specific users, thereby improving throughput and reducing interference. Massive MIMO, which involves the use of a large number of antennas at the base station, enhances capacity and spectral efficiency. These technologies require sophisticated algorithms for real-time optimization to adapt to changing network conditions and user mobility. Network slicing is another critical aspect of 5G optimization, enabling the creation of virtual networks tailored to specific service requirements. By partitioning the network into multiple slices, operators can allocate resources dynamically and ensure that each slice meets its respective KPIs. This approach enhances resource utilization and allows for the efficient management of network traffic. Machine learning and artificial intelligence play a pivotal role in network slicing, enabling predictive analytics and automated decision-making to optimize slice performance. Energy efficiency is a major consideration in 5G networks, given the increasing demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions. Techniques such as sleep mode for base stations, dynamic power control, and energy-aware routing are employed to minimize energy consumption without compromising network performance. Additionally, the use of renewable energy sources and energy harvesting technologies is being explored to power 5G infrastructure sustainably.

There are only two living representative of Probocidea, the African Elephants (Loxodonta Africana) and the Asian Elephant (Elephas maximus) are still living in the blue planate even after a prolong evolution of the species since the Eocene. The Great Elephant Census of 2016 conducted in the 18 African countries estimates that only 352,271 Great Elephants left in the savanna of Africa. Whereas the conservationists believe that the number of the African savanna elephant was as high as 20 million prior to the European colonization. In 1979 the number reduced to 1.3 million and still declining rapidly.

The diabetes-associated mortality rate is increasing annually, along with the severity of its accompanying disorders that impair human health. Worldwide, several medicinal plants are frequently urged for the management of diabetes. Reports are available on the use of medicinal plants by traditional healers for their blood-sugar-lowering effects, along with scientific evidence to support such claims. The Asteraceae family is one of the most diverse flowering plants, with about 1,690 genera and 32,000 species. Since ancient times, people have consumed various herbs of the Asteraceae family as food and employed them as medicine. Despite the wide variety of members within the family, most of them are rich in naturally occurring polysaccharides that possess potent prebiotic effects, which trigger their use as potential nutraceuticals. This review provides detailed information on the reported Asteraceae plants traditionally used as antidiabetic agents, with a major focus on the plants of this family that are known to exert antioxidant, hepatoprotective, vasodilation, and wound healing effects, which further action for the prevention of major diseases like cardiovascular disease (CVD), liver cirrhosis, and diabetes mellitus (DM). Moreover, this review highlights the potential of Asteraceae plants to counteract diabetic conditions when used as food and nutraceuticals. The information documented in this review article can serve as a pioneer for developing research initiatives directed at the exploration of Asteraceae and, at the forefront, the development of a botanical drug for the treatment of DM.

Title: EFFECT OF PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION TECHNIQUE IN REDUCING DEPRESSION AND IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE OF BURN PATIENTS Authors: Dev K.1, Yogesh.2 1.Assistant Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, GJUS&T, Hisar 2.MPT, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of the PMRT in reducing depression and improving QOL in post- burn patients. Burn patients are seen to be very depressed after the injuries and it affects their activities of daily living (ADLs). So this study may help in reducing the depression and improving the QOL with daily physiotherapy techniques. Methodology: The study enlisted the participation of 10 patients who met the inclusion criteria. They were randomly assigned to the experimental group (PMRT with routine physiotherapy program), which consisted of ten patients. PMRT was given one session each day for two weeks, for a total of ten sessions. PMRT is a simple relaxation method that may be mastered quickly. It is a low-cost remedy that requires little training. It is a mind and body relaxation technique that involves progressively tensing and relaxing muscle groups. The relaxation response reduces sympathetic nervous system tone by limiting the stress reaction. Muscle tension, oxygen consumption, blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate are all reduced as a result of this action. Result: The pre-assessment was done on the day of the first meeting after discharge, and the post-assessment was done after the 2-week exercise routine was completed. The patients were given an audio and leaflet with instructions, and their progress was tracked by phone calls. After a week, there was a significant improvement in depression reduction and mental components of QOL, as measured by the Beck Depression Inventory and the SF 36, respectively. Conclusion: PMRT has shown to be effective in lowering depression and enhancing quality of life. As a result, PMRT can be incorporated into burn rehabilitation.
