This study presents an advanced approach to the formulation and evaluation of luteolin-loaded thin films, designed to enhance bioavailability and targeted delivery of this bioactive flavonoid. Luteolin, known for its potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, faces challenges in traditional delivery methods due to its low solubility and stability. To address these issues, we developed a novel thin film matrix utilizing biocompatible polymers and advanced loading techniques. The films were characterized for their physical properties, including thickness, morphology, and drug content. In vitro release studies demonstrated controlled and sustained release of luteolin, while stability tests confirmed the integrity of the active compound over time. Additionally, the films exhibited favorable mechanical properties and ease of application. This innovative formulation represents a significant advancement in luteolin delivery systems, offering potential applications in therapeutic and cosmetic fields.

The use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in sports journalism is rapidly increasing and is redefining communication strategies. The objective of this study is to understand the role of AI and its impact in sports journalism. In modern times, AI technologies are being used not only in data collection and analysis but also in content creation, audience engagement, and providing personalized experiences. AI based tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) are capable of automatically generating sports related news and articles. This not only makes reporting faster and accurate but also allows journalists to focus on more creative and complex tasks. With the help of AI algorithms, sports journalists can customize content according to their audience's interests and behavior, thereby increasing reader and viewer satisfaction and engagement. AI is also being used in live coverage and real-time analysis during sporting events. It provides a better experience to the viewers and keeps them updated with the latest events and statistics. This research also found that the use of AI can also give rise to ethical issues in sports journalism, such as fake news and data privacy.

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all aspects of society, including the way we think about gender. In India, the pandemic has exacerbated existing inequalities and vulnerabilities faced by women. However, it has also created new opportunities for women to assert their agency and challenge traditional gender roles. This article explores the impact of the pandemic on women in India through the lens of literature. It examines how women's experiences during the pandemic have been reflected in Tamil literature, with a focus on themes such as increased vulnerability and marginalization, domestic violence and abuse, and new opportunities for women. The article argues that the pandemic has led to a more complex and multifaceted portrayal of women in Tamil literature. On the one hand, there is a greater focus on women's agency, resilience, and economic empowerment. On the other hand, there is also a continued focus on the challenges that women face, such as violence, discrimination, and poverty. Ultimately, the article concludes that the projection of women in Indian literature after COVID-19 will be shaped by the experiences of women themselves. As women continue to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the post-pandemic world, their stories will provide a rich source of inspiration and insight for writers and readers alike.

It is education, and its further reach amongst the population, which has helped women excel in all fields in today's India. Now, they are viewed as empowered, with an identity of their own, making choices on their own, enjoying greater freedom, and yet remaining attached to their household responsibilities. The various experiences of women, especially in regard to their relationships with men, have been sensitively brought out by men and women writers in India. The concept of relationships has prevailed in literature because of the absence of communication, love, or affection. Nayantara Sahgal takes up in her works the interior dilemma of women in marriages, portraying their sense of dissatisfaction and isolation from society.

The movement against the illegal and multiple taxation started a decade back when in 2010, the Nagaland Government issued a notification for setting up a high power committee, As a result on 05 August 2014, the High Powered Committee was set up to inquire into the illegal and multiple taxations in the State headed by justice(retd) H.K. Sema retired Supreme Court Judge as chairman, K.K. Sema IAS(Retd), Joel Nillo Kath as members and additional secretary justice & law as member-secretary. The committee submitted a report on 10 June 2015 to the Chief Minister however this report are yet to be released. On June 19 2013, the Action Committee against Unabated Taxation (ACAUT), under the aegis of the Naga Council, Dimapur, called for a 12-hour shutdown in Dimapur to protest against the heavy taxation. The rally movement in 2013 and 2018 headed by ACAUT had facilitated and acted a harbinger of the dawn of hope easing people from this burden of multiple taxation yet it still remain a distant dream to realize, that hope into reality and common people suffer the most in this imbroglio under a disguised unpatriotic nationalism. A Naga entrepreneur in 2015 claimed that the NNPGs groups demanded an amount of INR 2.5 lakh. So if the number are equally divided, it roughly comes to about 1.25 lakh per one group and if the same are demanded by 8-9 factions of the underground, it amount to approx. 11.25 lakhs. Each of the different factional groups claims they have a legitimate right to collect tax as a result each item are taxed multiple times. In 2018, the Public Action Committee under the aegis of the Naga Council Dimapur iterated its appeal to Nagaland political groups to immediately stop serving demand notes and keep their commitment to shun "tax collection. Every commodity is taxed multiple times, right from transportation to storage to the point of sale. The burden of taxation is added to the price of every product that a common man buys in the market. The rise of the extortion and illegal collection has been systemic, affecting transportation, every item sold in the market including service industry. With almost a hundred unions and associations and 20+-odd political groups actively involved in imposing their writ under fees or tax, the commercial capital is fast becoming a criminal capital. As per the report in August 2024 by the FGN, currently there are 26 Naga political groups in Nagaland.

A powerful tool for deep fake detection has been developed with the advent of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, a kind of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) designed to process sequential data. LSTMs, in contrast to regular neural networks, retain information over long periods, making them ideal for investigating links and patterns in picture data that occur over time. Inconsistencies or anomalies that don't appear in individual frames but manifest themselves in analysis over time might be spotted using this expertise. An important step forward in the battle against online disinformation has been the development of a deepfake face recognition system that employs LSTM and machine learning. An advanced method for identifying deepfake material is provided by the system via the use of spatial feature extraction in conjunction with long short-term memory networks for temporal analysis. It can detect artefacts and small discrepancies that humans would miss since it can examine pictures from a spatial and temporal perspective. From social media to forensic investigation, the system's modular architecture guarantees versatility and real-time processing capabilities.

Big data is an essential aspect of innovation which has recently gained major attention from both academics and practitioners. Considering the importance of the education sector, the current tendency is moving towards examining the role of big data in this sector. The educational system regularly accumulates huge amounts of data, so the issue of systematic processing of that data is one of the most pressing today. Big Data in education allows to rethink approaches, close long-standing gaps, and adapt the learning experience to improve the efficiency of the system all around. Big Data in Education is revolutionizing the way we approach teaching and learning. You will also get a clear view of how institutions can ensure the privacy of student data. This paper attempts to offer a broader definition of big data in education, varied applications of big data in institutional settings, tools and technique which are used to store and process the educational data and the benefits of using big data in education.

India's democratic experience of the past six decades has clearly established that good governance must aim at expansion of social opportunities and removal of poverty. According to the author, the participation of women in politics and government is essential to build and sustain democracy. Despite comprising over 50 percent of the world's population, women continue to be under-represented as voters, political leaders and elected officials. In spite of the many benefits of fully engaging women in society, women still face significant barriers to entering government and shaping the decisions and policies that influence their lives. Sometimes the barriers to women's participation are legal. Around the world, for example, women had to advocate and lobby for the right to vote. Besides, women's education and literacy levels are lower than men's. So even if women are not legally prevented from running for office, educational requirements or candidate registration processes may, in practice, exclude the majority of women. There are a number of "special measures" that can be either included in election laws or adopted informally by parties in order to guarantee women's representation in political bodies. Such special measures are adopted in situations where women may be particularly disadvantaged or discouraged from participation. Certain mechanisms may be used as a transitional way to enhance women's representation in situations where it would otherwise be low or non-existent. The paper deals with these subjects in detail that challenges are remain to women's meaningful political participation. Women must be equal partners in the process of democratic development. As activists, elected officials and constituents, their contributions are crucial to building a strong and vibrant society.
