 Abstract

With the post-pandemic business environment, hybrid work arrangements have become a prevalent trend, fusing online and on-site work models. This article discusses the impact of hybrid work models on team collaboration, specifically in regard to communication patterns, trust establishment, productivity, and organizational culture. The shift toward hybrid work has changed the way teams work, presenting opportunities as well as issues. While the employees enjoy more flexibility, improved work-life balance, and shorter commute times on one side, the teams tend to combat coordination, collaboration equity, and interpersonal relationship maintenance when the team members are not co-located. This study examines the degree to which hybrid frameworks impact collaborative processes and outcomes in teams. Based on a review of the existing literature, organizational case studies, and qualitative interviews with employees from multiple industries, the study reveals the critical enablers and barriers to successful collaboration. It also investigates the contribution of digital collaboration tools, leadership flexibility, and team norms towards alleviating the issues created by physical distance. Evidence indicates that although hybrid work enhances the autonomy of the individual and might contribute to job satisfaction, it can also deter spontaneous interactions and brainstorming sessions--crucial aspects for effective teams. The success of hybrid collaboration is highly dependent on effective communication channels, psychological safety, and fair access to information and resources among in-office and remote staff. Leadership is also crucial in establishing inclusive norms and building trust among dispersed teams. The paper also outlines best practices by organizations to maintain collaboration, such as asynchronous communication plans, formal virtual meetings, regular in-person team interactions, and collaborative platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. It also emphasizes the need to redefine performance indicators to assess collaborative success in hybrid environments. This study adds to an increasing pool of information that seeks to assist organizations in creating hybrid work spaces that support successful collaboration. With hybrid work arrangements set to become the new norm, knowing how they affect collaboration is imperative for organizational resilience, innovation, and staff well-being.

 Abstract

The increasing awareness of environmental sustainability and the pressing need to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change have transformed traditional business operations, particularly within logistics and supply chain management. Green logistics, a modern approach integrating environmental considerations into logistics activities, has emerged as a strategic tool for achieving both ecological sustainability and enhanced supply chain performance. This research paper examines the multifaceted impact of green logistics on various dimensions of supply chain performance, including operational efficiency, cost reduction, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative assessments with quantitative data analysis derived from surveys conducted among 50 supply chain professionals in manufacturing and retail sectors. Key green logistics practices such as eco-friendly transportation, sustainable packaging, carbon footprint tracking, and energy-efficient warehousing were evaluated to determine their influence on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery lead time, inventory turnover, logistics costs, and customer satisfaction. Findings reveal a positive and statistically significant correlation between the adoption of green logistics practices and improvements in supply chain performance metrics. Notably, logistics cost reduction and customer satisfaction exhibited the highest positive correlations, while a reduction in carbon footprint and delivery time reaffirmed the operational benefits of adopting sustainable practices. Despite these advantages, the study also highlights challenges such as initial investment costs, limited infrastructure, and lack of awareness that hinder the widespread implementation of green logistics, particularly in developing economies. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on sustainable supply chain practices by providing empirical evidence of the tangible benefits associated with green logistics. It underscores the importance of integrating environmental goals with logistical strategies to build resilient, efficient, and future-ready supply chains. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for businesses and policymakers to facilitate the adoption of green logistics and emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts to achieve sustainable supply chain transformation globally.

 Abstract

Abstract Domestic abuse, social norms, armed conflict, and state militancy are all contributing factors to the plight of women. In addition to experiencing intense humiliation and abuse, they have also had startling encounters with ongoing sadness that have left them psychologically sick. Women's rights have been violated and their hardships have been exacerbated by the violence in Jammu and Kashmir. Nobody was aware of the number of women who became widowed and had to raise their children. Using secondary sources of information, the researcher concluded that issues and challenges pertaining to education, health, domestic violence, politics, declining sex ratio, state violence, dowry harassment, eve teasing, unequal wages, child labor, female feticide and infanticide, and other issues continue to affect women in many parts of Jammu and Kashmir. The central government, state governments, and non-governmental organizations should collaborate to empower women in Jammu and Kashmir in order to overcome these obstacles. This essay highlights the efforts made by the government and outlines the policies in place to empower women in the area.

 Abstract

As educational institutions grow in scale and complexity, traditional methods for managing academic schedules and placement activities become inefficient and fragmented. Existing systems often address these functions separately, lacking integration and automation. The College Placement and Staff Timetable Management System is developed to overcome these limitations by providing a unified, rolebased platform for managing both academic and placement operations. The system assigns tailored access to Admins, Heads of Departments (HODs), Staff, Students, Placement Officers, and Placement Coordinators. HODs manage department data and assign staff timetables, with automated email reminders sent to staff five minutes before each class. Staff are required to log their "work done" per session for academic tracking. Placement Officers can designate departmental Placement Coordinators, who post placement drive links based on eligibility. Students can register for these opportunities, and coordinators can monitor responses and validate certificate verification. Coordinators monitor student participation and assist in document verification. Students receive automated email notifications when placement drives are posted and upon selection for interviews or offers. The system incorporates secure login, logout, and rolebased redirection features for all users. By automating workflows, providing real-time email notifications, and enforcing secure role-based control, the system enhances institutional efficiency, transparency, accountability, and communication across all academic and placement operations.

 Abstract

This study explores the role of Ayurveda, with a focus on the concept of Prakriti, in understanding Vatarakta, a condition closely related to Gout. Ayurveda's holistic framework, which balances the Doshas--Vata, Pitta, and Kapha--provides valuable insights into the physiological, psychological, and environmental factors influencing health. The findings indicate that Vatarakta is most prevalent in individuals aged 40 to 50 years, with a notably higher incidence in males, aligning with research linking elevated uric acid levels and metabolic factors to gender differences. The condition is also more common in rural areas, potentially due to limited healthcare access, delayed diagnoses, and dietary habits high in purine-rich foods, underscoring the need for better healthcare access and dietary awareness in rural populations. The study further highlights the significant role of diet in the development of Vatarakta. Both vegetarian and mixed diets, particularly those with high purine content from plant-based foods, contribute to elevated uric acid levels, thereby increasing the risk of Vatarakta. The distribution of Prakriti types reveals a predominance of Vata-dominant constitutions, with Tridoshaj individuals exhibiting the most severe symptoms, followed by Vata-Pitta and Vata-Kapha types, while individuals with a purely Vata constitution show milder symptoms. Symptom severity correlates with Prakriti, particularly in areas such as Svayathu, Stabdha, and Kathinya. These findings emphasize the importance of personalized management strategies, considering Prakriti to prevent and treat Vatarakta effectively, while addressing dietary habits and healthcare access, especially in rural areas.

 Abstract

In today's modern workplace, where organizations are working to create inclusive, resilient, and high-performance cultures, emotional intelligence (EI) has become a critical driver of employee behavior and workplace outcomes. Emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, is a major determinant of how employees experience their environment, react to stress, navigate interpersonal relationships, and ultimately find satisfaction in their work. This article examines the crucial relationship between employee satisfaction and emotional intelligence, highlighting how emotionally intelligent staff members are key to enhancing better working relationships, improved engagement, and less conflict. Employee satisfaction, once reserved for extrinsic factors such as compensation and rewards, is becoming more and more directly associated with outcomes of intrinsic motivations such as strong relationships, acknowledgement, autonomy, and emotional well-being. Here, emotional intelligence is both an organizational and individual asset, allowing workers to manage emotional issues, build team work, and merge individual and organizational goals. Emotionally intelligent managers especially excel at building a positive working environment, boosting morale, and establishing a culture of trust and openness--the core factors in enhancing job satisfaction. This research utilizes a qualitative, non-statistical method to evaluate the impact of emotional intelligence on employee satisfaction within various organizational contexts. Through interview, open-ended questionnaire, and thematic content analysis, the research elicits real-time employee experience and managerial opinions on EI-based practices. The results show that employees with greater emotional intelligence are more flexible, self-motivated, and satisfied in their jobs. They also have more robust interpersonal relationships, reduced stress levels, and enhanced value and recognition of their organization's values and goals. Additionally, teams with emotionally intelligent leaders are more cohesive, communicative, and responsive to problems, and this contributes to higher general satisfaction among team members. The research also has practical implications for organizational development and human resource management. It indicates that training in the development of EI skills, as well as EI leadership models, can not only improve individual job satisfaction but also organizational productivity and employee retention. Through an emphasis on emotional intelligence in hiring practices, training programs, and performance management, organizations can create a professionally satisfied and emotionally resilient workforce. IN summary, emotional intelligence is not only a soft skill but a strategic resource that creates employee satisfaction and long-term organizational success. The present study highlights the necessity of incorporating emotional intelligence models into employee engagement initiatives and calls for further research into its complex influence in workplace relationships.

 Abstract

Advancements in power systems have led to the transformation of traditional centralized power grids into decentralized energy trading networks. This digital transition is facilitated by the integration of powerful operating systems, communication technologies, and smart meters, allowing consumers to engage in energy transactions with power-producing entities and the grid. Decentralized networks promote renewable energy adoption and enhance energy reliability through consumer-prosumer collaboration. A smart contract between prosumer and consumer is essential for successful integration of renewable energy, as it addresses intermittency and variability challenges. This study focuses on developing a smart contract participation matrix (SCPM) for a power system with most renewable sources to address scalability issues and minimize strain on the main grid.

Abstract In the digital age, online payment applications have revolutionized financial transactions by offering speed, convenience, and accessibility. However, with growing competition and user expectations, retaining customers and building long-term loyalty has become a critical challenge for service providers. This research paper explores the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices on enhancing customer loyalty in the context of online payment applications. The study examines key CRM dimensions such as personalization, service responsiveness, user engagement, trust-building, data privacy, and loyalty programs, and evaluates their influence on user satisfaction and repeat usage. A structured survey was conducted among active users of popular online payment platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Amazon Pay, using a quantitative methodology supported by statistical tools such as correlation and regression analysis. The findings reveal that personalized experiences, timely customer support, and transparent communication significantly boost customer trust and emotional attachment, which in turn lead to increased loyalty. Furthermore, CRM strategies that focus on user feedback, grievance redressal, and rewarding loyal behavior were found to be effective in creating long-term customer relationships. This study contributes to the literature on digital customer engagement and offers actionable insights for online payment service providers. By adopting strategic CRM initiatives, companies can not only enhance user satisfaction but also ensure customer retention and advocacy in a highly competitive fintech landscape.
