The physicochemical properties of each manufactured moisturizing cream formulation were assessed. including pH, particle size, spreadability, viscosity, and in vitro occlusivity test results. Adult skin has a surface area of about 2 sq m, weighs 4.5 to 5 kg, and accounts for nearly 16% of the body's weight. From 0.5 mm on eyelids to 4.0 mm on heels, it is thick. However, the body's overall thickness is between 1 and 2 mm. In a square centimetre of skin, there are typically 10 hair follicles, 12 nerves, 15 sebaceous glands, 100 sweat glands, 3 blood vessels within 92 cm of a nerve, and 3* 106 cells. Normal skin is very smooth, but as people age, their skin becomes rougher due to negative environmental factors. The ph of skin, which is the ph of the film of aqueous and soluble material present on the surface of the skin, ranges from 4 to 5.6. Sebum aids in sweat production, and fatty acid affects the pH of the skin's surface. The pathogen and other organisms' ability to grow is also prevented or limited by the range of its acidic pH. Skin provide the protection against sunlight also ultra violet rays. It is synthesis vitamin D

Women's participation in the business world is on the rise, but the gender gap in entrepreneurship performance persists. The inequalities and discrimination faced by women in the entrepreneurship ecosystem can lead to imbalance in the economic system resulting in regression in the quality of life and decelerates the human development. The gender gap implicates the economic growth and social welfare, hindering women from contributing to the economy by their perspectives and innovations. In this paper, the journey of women entrepreneurship is discussed analyzing the motivations and factors affecting the success of women entrepreneurs. The various difficulties and challenges faced by women in the pursuit of entrepreneurship is also discussed here. The study aims in providing a better understanding of contribution of women entrepreneurs for the overall progress of nation and humankind.

Teaching is a skilled occupation. It includes any activity and procedure that a teacher dose to impact the probability of intended learning. Teaching skills are the primary requisite to handle the classroom activities and students. By considering the significance of teaching skill for a teacher, researcher undertook a study to disclose the consciousness among teachers of higher education related to teaching skill. The study reveals that teachers awareness related to teaching skill are above average. But they are not fully familiar of several teaching skills which have been identified as core of teaching. Since teacher of higher education duringtheir qualifying degrees of education are not been taught or practiced with these skills thus without being aware of it they go into their professional carrier. With lack of these skills they cannot teach effectively and this will be pure unfair on part of students.

The reliability of dual-unit systems is critical for ensuring continuous operation and minimizing downtime. This study focuses on optimizing the reliability of dual-unit systems configured with a standby mode. By employing advanced reliability modeling techniques and comprehensive statistical analysis, we evaluate the performance and reliability metrics of various standby configurations. The research highlights the impact of different standby strategies on system reliability, identifying optimal configurations that enhance system robustness and reduce failure rates. The findings provide valuable insights for system designers and engineers, offering practical guidelines to improve the reliability of dual-unit systems in various industrial applications. The results demonstrate that strategic implementation of standby modes can significantly enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of critical systems, thereby contributing to increased system availability and reduced maintenance costs.

CAR T-cell therapy is a type of cancer immunotherapy treatment that uses immune cells called T cells that are genetically altered in a lab to enable them in locating in destroying cancer cells more effectively. CAR T-cell therapy modifies a patient's T cells with CAR proteins to target and destroy cancer cells. While effective for hematological tumors, challenges remain for solid tumors like antigen selection and safety. Ongoing studies aim to enhance CAR T-cell design for better efficacy and safety. CAR-T therapy holds promise for personalized immunotherapy and is expected to be a significant cancer treatment in the future. The present review provides a comprehensive overview of the principles, clinical applications, therapeutic efficacy and challenges of CAR T-cell therapy.

The Mughal Harems and the Royal ladies of the dynasty have always been an important topic for researchers. There exists a pool of information about the influential Mughal queens and princesses starting from Princesses Jahanara and Roshanara Begum to Akbar's aunt Gulbadan Begum. However, when it comes to the idea of the Mughal Zenazas or more derogatorily known as the "harems", the tawaifs, consorts and concubines of the Mughal Emperor played a huge role, but their lives and stories remain unexplored. This lack of research can be attributed to the overall presence of very scanty and blurred pictures of the lives of these women, as the largest source of information about the Mughals remained their chronicles and the Persian Chroniclers refrained from writing about these women, perhaps because they were mostly not allowed to do so or they never dared to collect information and get close to the women of the Harem. Therefore, Mughal ladies are mostly discussed as narratives rather than being discussed as a whole.

This paper examines the themes of colonialism and identity in M.G. Vassanji's "The Book of Secrets" and Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness". Its purpose is to demonstrate through close readings of these novels how the portrayal of colonial power dynamics and their respective effect on personal and communal identities within both the colonised and postcolonial are laid bare through narrative craft and historical context. Through Marlow's journey in the Congo, "Heart of Darkness" shows what European imperialism in Africa was like, showing the negative impacts it had on the oppressors and the oppressed. Conrad's use of the character Kurtz helps him to show how dark human nature can be and what the consequences are of letting one's own identity be used as a tool for exploitation by imperialists. Conversely, "The Book of Secrets" is a complicated study of colonial encounters in East Africa which fuses stories from various generations, it examines how colonialism influenced our way of understanding ourselves. Vassanji's storytelling art makes difficult concepts like hybridity between cultures and historical scars look simpler in understanding why a generation born after independence still lives under the shadow of its former colonizers today. The diary as well as people such as Pius Fernandes are used to demonstrate how memory relates to self-identity that comes after colonization. Through postcolonial theory and literary criticism, the aim here is to expand our understanding of literature concerned with colonialism and identity. This research seeks to demonstrate universal ideas concerning power, agency, and resistance embedded in both pre-colonial and post-colonial stories. Hence, this study adds to ongoing discussions about the long-term effects of imperialism also taking into account globalization complexities regarding constructing identities today.
