With the advancement of technology, it is imperative to exalt all the systems into a user-friendly manner. The Library Management system (LMS) acts as a tool to transform traditional libraries into digital libraries. In traditional libraries, the students/user has to search for books which are hassle process and there is no proper maintenance of database about issues/fines. The overall progress of work is slow and it is impossible to generate a fast report. The librarians have to work allotted for arranging, sorting books in the book sells. At the same time, they have to check and monitor the lend/borrow book details with its fine. It is a tedious process to work simultaneously in different sectors. LMS will assist the librarians to work easily. The LMS supports the librarians to encounter all the issues concurrently. The users need not stand in a queue for a long period to return/borrow a book from the library. The single PC contains all the data in it. The librarians have to assess the system and provide an entry in it. Through LMS the librarian can find the book in the bookshelves. The LMS is designed with the basic features such as librarian can add/view/update/delete books and students' details in it. Once he/she ingress into the system they can modify any data in the database. The complete model is developed in Dot net technology, whereas the SQL server is exploiting as database. The authorized person can only access the LMS system, they have to log in with their user id and password. As aforementioned that the LMS is designed in a user-friendly manner, so the admin can smoothly activate the system without expert advice. Every data is storing and retrieving from the SQL database so it is highly secure. Thus our system contributes its new approach towards the digital library setup.

Many consumer items, including soap, mouthwash, shower gels, hand-wash, shampoo, deodorants, and antibacterial lotions, contain TCS. TCS is environmentally resistant and persistent due to its aromatic character and significant chlorination. One of the manufactured antimicrobials that is persistent in the environment and a major cause for concern is triclosan. When various species are exposed to TCS, cross-resistance--that is, resistance to TCS followed by resistance to antibiotics--develops. Exposure to TCS can result in a number of negative effects, including endocrine disruption, liver carcinogenesis, liver fibrosis, and antibiotic resistance. Low-dose exposure to TCS exacerbates colon inflammation and colon carcinogenesis linked to the development of colitis, indicating negative consequences of TCS exposure on gut health. Alpha diversity in the gut microbiota of children who were fed breast milk containing TCS was lower than that of children whose TCS levels were undetectable. Children who were fed breast milk containing TCS also showed modulation of abundant species.

This study explores the rising influence of the gig economy and its transformative impact on traditional employment structures. With the proliferation of digital platforms such as Uber, Upwork, and Fiverr, the workforce has increasingly shifted toward short-term, flexible, and freelance-based work. While gig work offers autonomy and income opportunities, it also raises concerns about job security, worker rights, and income stability. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys of 120 respondents from Coimbatore, to analyze employment patterns, income trends, and worker experiences. Findings reveal a growing preference for gig roles, especially among younger demographics, but also highlight issues like delayed payments and limited access to social security. The study integrates Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences to understand how various skills align with gig and traditional roles. Ultimately, the report underscores the need for policy reforms and balanced labor strategies to safeguard worker welfare in this evolving employment landscape.

U.S. Federal Reserve changes the Fed Rate to control inflation. Consequently, Changes in the Fed Rate put pressure on developing economies (especially India). Likewise, the Reserve Bank of India changes its Repo Rate on its stance and on account of changes in the Fed Rate to attract the Foreign Institutional investors and Foreign Direct Investments. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between the Fed rate and the Indian repo rate in the respective countries (U.S. and India), with that of inflation only. Various finance experts believe that the Indian Repo Rate is affected by the Fed rate and other factors like the Dollar Index, Gold rate, US Federal rate, inflation (in the US, India, and the world), and oil prices. The Federal Reserve (U.S.) and the Reserve Bank of India (India) control monetary policy in the respective countries to maintain the excess supply of money to control inflation. The article highlights various suggestions and conclusions. Growth rate and foreign exchange reserves both may positively or negatively affect. Likewise, imports or exports may increase or decrease. FIIs may be tempted to invest/disinvest more by bringing huge volatility in the stock market

A concrete's durability and mechanical strength can be affected by unoccupied spaces and macropores created by improper vibration and compaction, which can also be one of the reasons why concrete deteriorates. Okamura first developed Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) in 1986, and it is a well-considered answer to the issues mentioned above. Concrete that compacts itself under its own weight is known as self-compacting concrete and requires no further effort to do so. Numerous studies have been conducted to examine the behaviour of plain SCC. Additionally, numerous studies from the past have shown that different fibres can be used to enhance the structural qualities of concrete. But here the combination of steel fiber and recycled concrete aggregates on the flexural behavior of SCC to be investigated. Steel fibres are added to concrete at several rates (0%, 0.5%, 0.75%, and 1%) and recycled concrete aggregate is used to replace coarse aggregate to a certain extent 25%. Cubes, Cylinders, Prisms and RCC beams were casted. Also founded the properties of fresh and hardened concrete. It had been found that the RCASF 3 mix performed better than the RCASF 1 and RCASF 2 replacement mixes. Results from the experiments and analytical were examined. Results from analytical are slightly lower to those from experiments.

Fitness into daily life is not just about physical appearance it significantly contributes to a woman's overall quality of life, from health to mental well-being. Fitness helps women feel more energetic throughout the day. Whether it's managing household everyday jobs, working, or caring for loved ones, regular exercise improves endurance and helps combat fatigue, allowing women to stay active and productive. Fitness is essential for every woman for several reasons, which include mental, emotional and physical benefits that can improve various aspects of their lives. It improves their quality of life and reduces the risks of several diseases and illnesses Women need to exercise regularly for their health. The findings indicate that most of the user's opinion with the service quality of fitness centre cleanliness; safety, availability of women-only spaces, quality of equipment, and professional, respectful staff are top priorities for female users. Additionally, many participants emphasized the importance of a supportive, non-judgmental environment and flexible scheduling. The study highlight that fitness centre's can enhance their appeal and effectiveness in engaging female clientele. Recommendations are provided for management practices, staff training, and facility improvements tailored to women's specific needs and preferences. The study also revealed that user's opinion was influenced by their age, marital status, and Income level. Overall, the study suggests that women's opinion towards fitness centre has been successful made for women's fitness.

This study investigates the formulation and detailed characterization of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) and ethyl cellulose microspheres encapsulating Boswellia serrata and Aloe vera extracts for controlled drug delivery. Pre-formulation studies assessed the physicochemical properties of the extracts, followed by microsphere preparation using the emulsion-solvent evaporation technique. Evaluations included particle size, percentage yield, drug entrapment efficiency, drug loading capacity, and in vitro drug release profiles. The microspheres demonstrated uniform particle sizes, high entrapment efficiencies, and sustained release characteristics, indicating significant potential for pharmaceutical applications targeting inflammation, wound healing, and related therapeutic areas.
