This study focuses on the development and evaluation of herbal tablets formulated with Nyctanthes arbor-tristis leaf extract, a plant known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties. The leaves were collected, authenticated, and processed to obtain a concentrated extract through optimized extraction methods. Preformulation studies characterized the extract's physicochemical properties, followed by tablet formulation using direct compression with selected excipients. The tablets were evaluated for physical parameters (hardness, friability, disintegration time, weight variation, thickness) and chemical parameters (drug content, uniformity). Results demonstrated that the tablets met pharmacopeial standards, exhibiting consistent physical properties, high drug content, and uniform distribution, indicating their potential for therapeutic applications.

ABSTRACT Mesenteric lymphadenitis is an inflammation of the mesenteric lymph nodes and is a common cause of acute abdominal pain in children. Conventional medicine often resorts to symptomatic or supportive therapy. Homoeopathy offers a unique individualized approach to healing. This case study presents an 8-year-old girl with USG-confirmed mesenteric lymphadenitis, who was successfully treated with Nux vomica based on her characteristic gastrointestinal and constitutional symptoms [1,2] particularly her disturbed bowel function. The post-treatment ultrasound confirmed complete recovery.

Background: Curcuma longa (turmeric) is considered to be famous for its anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and immunomodulatory traits. One of the consequences chemotherapy patients face is weakened immune response that leads to increased infection risk and deterioration of treatment effectiveness. Aim: The study is intended to identify the antiviral and immunomodulatory activities of Curcuma longa and curcumin as adjuncts to chemotherapy. Methodology: A study both in vitro and in vivo was performed on 40 human volunteers and 60 BALB/c mice. Apart from just measuring the viral load, PD-1/PD-L1 expression, and cytokine profiles, hematological parameters were also registered on the treatment with curcumin extract only and together with chemotherapy. Results: The presence of Curcuma longa was documented to mitigate cancer-related immunodeficiency, bring cytokine profiles back to normal, repress PD-1/PD-L1 expression, and display a strong decrease in viral load, even to 98% reduction. Conclusion: Curcuma longa not only activates the immune system but also protects against the virus thus making it a worthy supplementary means of cancer therapy.

The ever-evolving threat landscape in cyberspace necessitates advanced and adaptive security mechanisms. Traditional Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) often struggle to detect novel and stealthy attacks due to their dependence on static rules or labeled data. This paper explores the integration of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) into autonomous IDS frameworks to enhance their ability to detect complex and unknown cyber threats. GANs, through their adversarial learning paradigm, enable the simulation of sophisticated attack patterns, which can be used to augment training datasets and improve the robustness of detection models. We propose a novel adversarial intelligence-driven IDS that dynamically evolves by learning from synthetic attack behaviors generated by the GAN. The experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in anomaly detection accuracy and false positive rate reduction, showcasing the potential of GANs to revolutionize intelligent threat detection. This approach provides a scalable and proactive defense mechanism, aligning with the future of autonomous cybersecurity systems.

Concrete is a most common material which is commonly used in all types of civil engineering works. The demand for aggregates is more in current situation and on the other side the industries are producing a large number of tanning wastes from the leather industries cause of this dumping and contamination of these tannery wastes it affects the environment and causes some disposal problems. So, the experimental studies carried on the tannery solid wastes to introduce it with concrete and make it as a partial replacement in reinforced concrete. In this study, by partially replacing of fine aggregate with tannery sludge with some limited percentage 0%, 10% ,20%, 30% in volume. The concrete grade M25 selected and specimens are casted and tested for both grades. The size of concrete cube is 150mm by 150mm by 150mm, the size of concrete cylinder is 300mm height ,150mm diameter, the size of concrete prism is 150mm by 150mm by 500mm.. So, these specimens are been casted and cured for 28 days and these specimens are tested to found the mechanical properties by compressive strength test for cube is done on 7th day, 14th day and 28th day respectively, split tensile test for cylinder is done on 28th day, flexural strength test for prism is done on 28th day, flexural strength test for RC Beam is done on 28th day respectively. And to compare the results with the normal conventional concrete with tannery sludge replaced concrete where the specimens undergo heavy loading conditions. So as a result, the compressive strength and tensile strength of 30% replacement of tannery sludge is a bit higher than the normal conventional concrete.

This study investigates the relationship between mathematics achievement and the family environment of secondary school students, as well as the influence of varying levels of family environment on mathematics achievement. The primary aim of the research is to examine the relationship between students' performance in mathematics and their family environment and to compare the mathematics achievement of students across different levels of family environment to test the stated hypotheses. The Family Environment Scale developed by Harpreet Bhatia and N.K. Chadha was used to assess the family environment of students. Mathematics achievement was measured using students' academic scores in mathematics, as recorded in school records. The sample comprised 210 Class IX students selected from a varied schools (government, private aided and unaided) in Bengaluru Urban District. Data analysis was conducted using Karl Pearson's Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation and one-way ANOVA (F-test), followed by Scheffe's Post Hoc Analysis where the F-value was found to be significant. The statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS software and MS Excel, with significance levels set at 0.05 and 0.01. The findings of the study provide valuable knowledge into how the family environment influences students' achievement in mathematics. The correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between mathematics achievement and the family environment. Additionally, the ANOVA results indicated a significant difference in mathematics achievement among students with varying levels of family environment. Students from a high-quality family environment scored significantly higher in mathematics compared to those from moderate or low family environments. This may be attributed to the fact that a conducive and supportive family environment plays a crucial role in enhancing students' performance in mathematics.
