Objective: This study seeks to explore how therapy treatments affect the psychological traits linked to alexithymia in girls. Method: A study with a quasi-experimental design was carried out, involving a group undergoing treatment and another serving as a control. A team of 7 experienced psychotherapists employed the Functional Psychotherapy model during therapy sessions. The research gathered data through pre- and post-tests, examining empathy, anxiety, and emotional quotient (EQ) in individuals with alexithymia. Various questionnaires, such as the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) questionnaire, Toronto Empathy Questionnaire (TEQ), and Emotional Quotient Questionnaire (EQ-i), were used. The analysis involved techniques like Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) and diverse statistical tests conducted using SPSS software. Result: The examination showed notable enhancements in various mental aspects among those who received psychotherapy after the intervention compared to those in the control group. Noteworthy variances were observed in self-management before the intervention, self-awareness after the intervention, social skills after the intervention, and social awareness after the intervention between the treated and control groups. Conclusion: For female children with alexithymia, psychotherapy interventions resulted in significant improvements in emotional intelligence, empathy, and anxiety. These results underline the value of customized therapies in clinical settings and demonstrate the efficacy of psychotherapy approaches in treating psychological traits linked to alexithymia.

Potholes pose significant risks to road safety, causing accidents, vehicle damage, and potential harm to drivers and pedestrians. Annually, a considerable number of fatalities, approximately 3564, are attributed to these hazardous road imperfections. Addressing the pressing need for detection and prevention, this project introduces a novel pothole detection system aimed at mitigating these dangers. The primary objective was to develop an efficient detection system specifically tailored for identifying potholes, catering to the contemporary era's emergence of autonomous vehicles. Subsequently, the optimal model was employed to train the dataset, culminating in its application to detect potholes in real-time through a live video feed. featuring a user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) for easy interaction

Abstract: Siddha system is one of the traditional medicine systems in the world, which treats all chronic diseases through herbal drugs also. Most of the Siddha medicines needs standardization. AYUSH has given preliminary guidelines for standardization of the conventionally used formulations. Pramega prayogam is one of the Siddha medicines indicated for Kalladaippu, Sathaiyadaippu, Neeradaippu .This study reports the safety profile of the drug by Heavy metal and Aflatoxin analysis. The aim of the study is to evaluate the heavy metal and aflatoxin analysis of Siddha polyherbal formulation Pramega prayogam. The drug was prepared as per the Siddha literature Agathiyar pallu, page no: 165. The drug reveals the presence of lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg) at 4.517 and 0.024 ppm level in 217.0 and 253.7nm. The other heavy metals like cadmium (Cd) and Arsenic (As) are below detectable limit. The aflatoxin assay of the Siddha medicine Pramega prayogam is free from Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2. The reported results will be supportive for further research works.

The styles in the field of architecture were changing day by day. Parametric design is one of the futuristic designs. It is a new approach to architectural design based on the concept of parameters which provides great opportunities for architects and engineers. But the Parametric architecture will be difficult to attain manually, it can be done by using digitally (using software). Although earlier the software were used as a drafting tool for architects. Now in modern day, its lightly shifting as a design tool for architects.

ROLE OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING IN PATIENTS WITH CERVICALGIA IN A RURAL HEALTH SET UP INTRODUCTION: Neck pain is a common health problem throughout the world causing significant individual disability and economic burden on health care facility (1). The human spine is subjected to large compressive preloads during activities of daily living (3). MRI routinely demonstrates the cervical spine in multiple planes and provides complete information about all the structures as compared to CT. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: To study magnetic resonance imaging features of patients with cervicalgia. METHODS: A prospective hospital based study is done on a total of 50 patients with cervicalgia in the age group 20-80 yrs. RESULTS AND INTERPRETATION: Majority of the patients were in the age group of 31 - 50 years with male: female ratio of 3:2 and the most common complaint was of neck pain. Majority of the disc desiccations were noted at lower cervical levels viz. C5/C6. Majority of disc bulges were at C5/C6 level. Cervical spondylosis is the most significant cause (82%) of cervical pain in our study followed by other etiologies. CONCLUSION: MRI is the choice of imaging in the evaluation of patients with cervicalgia and provides complete information about its structural abnormalities.
