Women empowerment is a fundamental right. Over the years, efforts have been taken to empower women by providing equal access to education, health care, employment opportunities and resources. Gender equity is one sure way to empower women. Women must be made aware of their right to make their own choices and engaging themselves in the political, social, economic and health related decisions. On the contrary, ground reality is that many women still face violence, discrimination, oppression within their own homes. This article aims to throw light on the dual realities of celebrating women's success in the public while ignoring her existence and contribution at home. It aims to highlight the challenging life of women by not giving her chance to participate in economic decisions even when they are contributing to the household's income. This article is an attempt to present the two-faced reality of women empowerment- the visible remarkable achievements in the public domain and the subjugation in domestic life.

This research paper looks into how trauma shapes the identities of both heroes and villains in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. It does a character analysis to see how personal pain and tough experiences affect a character's morals, decisions, and whether they end up good or evil. Key characters like Harry Potter, Severus Snape, Tom Riddle (Lord Voldemort), and Neville Longbottom are studied to show how similar experiences of loss or neglect can lead to very different paths--some become selfless heroes while others go down a dark road. The research draws on trauma theory and literary analysis, arguing that trauma is a key narrative driver rather than just a background for character growth. It examines how feelings like grief and abandonment shape identities and how support from others can change the effects of these experiences. This work also discusses "chosen resilience" compared to "learned cruelty," pointing out how some characters rise above their pain while others get overwhelmed by it. Additionally, the study explores the ethics of showing trauma in children's literature and how the series helps readers empathize with complex characters by giving a look into their struggles. By focusing on trauma as a shared experience that characters handle differently, the dissertation shows that heroism and villainy aren't just in their nature but are shaped by how they deal with pain. Overall, this research aims to better understand moral complexity and emotional depth in fantasy stories, noting that Rowling's take on trauma adds a lot to the psychological richness of the Harry Potter world.

ABSTRACT The role of conflict in diverse workgroups is explained and described through research, which also reveals how organization affects the relationship between diversity and conflict management. Individuals working in diverse workgroups that exhibit strong organizational behaviours may undergo role conflicts, interpersonal conflict and generation gaps. This may reduce the likelihood that diversity will lead to task conflict and will worsen the possibilities that diversity may guide to conflict management and handling approaches. The study illustrates the significance of analyzing diversity and adapting handling techniques to the scenario, as well as the presence of age, value, culture, and gender that may limit the conflict among the employees and increase the work performance. The present study is focused on diversity and workplace conflict in fertilizer industry.

Abstract: In today's digital communication era, protecting image data from unauthorized access and cyber threats is crucial. This project introduces a strong image encryption framework based on Super Encryption. It combines three effective cryptographic techniques: Chaos-based scrambling, AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), and RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman) encryption. This layered approach ensures complete protection while maintaining both confidentiality and integrity of image data during transmission and storage. The first security layer uses a Chaos-based algorithm, specifically the Logistic Map, to create a highly sensitive pseudo-random key stream. This stream adds randomness by changing pixel positions and intensities, making it very hard to reverse without the right parameters. This step offers strong resistance to statistical analysis and brute-force attacks by disrupting the natural structure of the image. The second layer uses the AES-128 algorithm, a single key is used for the encryption. Operating in EAX mode, AES not only encrypts the chaos-scrambled image but also creates an authentication tag to ensure data integrity and detect tampering. This layer strengthens the encryption process by using multiple rounds of nonlinear transformations and key mixing. The final layer uses RSA algorithm to protect the AES session key and nonce. These are encrypted with the recipient's RSA public key, making sure that only the authorized party can decrypt and access the sensitive credentials. This guarantees a crytographic key exchange process, even over untrusted channels. The suggested hybrid encryption method, combining the unpredictability of Chaos, the efficiency of AES, and the secure key distribution of RSA, offers a solid solution for secure image handling. It is especially suitable for sensitive areas like medical imaging, surveillance, defense communication, and cloud storage, where data privacy and accuracy are essential.Experimental tests show that this system provides high security with little effect on image quality. The encrypted images seem statistically random, and recovery is impossible without the exact RSA keys, AES parameters, and Chaos initial conditions. The results confirm that this framework is a reliable and scalable method for current image encryption needs.

The widespread proliferation of unethical and unprofessional practices, such as paid news, sensationalism, fake news, and partisan reporting, has put journalism's integrity in jeopardy. By putting propaganda and profit ahead of the truth, these practices not only undermine public confidence in the media but also jeopardize democratic accountability. Effective enforcement of ethical standards is hampered by the lack of jurisdiction over digital media and the restricted punitive powers of regulatory bodies such as the Press Council of India (PCI). This analysis emphasizes how urgently systemic changes are needed, such as more robust regulatory frameworks, media literacy initiatives, self-regulation, and openness in media ownership. It also demands that the public consume media responsibly and that ethical journalists have legal protections. Journalism runs the risk of being compromised and losing its function as a watchdog for democracy if decisive action is not taken. The way forward necessitates cooperation between citizens, media outlets, and regulators in order to restore credibility and preserve the fundamentals of ethical journalism.

Market deregulation and globalization have caused competitive situations across a range of industries to constantly change, which has resulted in a rise in customer attrition. In order to maintain business development and keep their client base, organizations must effectively anticipate and mitigation of customer churns. This study explores the use of machine learning techniques in the Power Bi tool to anticipate client turnover. Emphasis is placed on the incorporation of these features, while focusing on well-known industries like telecommunication, employee churn for developing a predictive model, and features capturing customer social interaction and communications graphs and customer feedback are highlighted in the review. The findings encourage the use of profit-based evaluation criteria to increase profitability, improve customer retention, and support decision-making. Additionally, they draw attention to the dearth of studies on the profitability aspect of churn prediction models. In order to promote further advancements, the research concludes with recommendations that support the usage of ensembles, machine learning techniques, interaction visualization data utilizing Power BI, and explainable methodology. Churn prediction, which identifies customers who are likely to leave for a rival, has become the most important Business Intelligence (BI) application as a result. The purpose of this study is to provide widely used data mining approaches for identifying potential churning customers. These techniques look for patterns in past data that may point to potential churners.
