Diatoms are microalgae that live in the houses made of the glass which is made of silica wall. Diatoms are the only organisms on the planet whose cell wall is composed of opaline silica which is transparent. The Diatomaceous earth, which is a substance that composed of the fossil of diatoms which is used in the filters, for insulation purpose, paints, as a base in the dynamite and abrasives like products. This review is based on the role of diatoms in the cancer drug delivery. The capacity to specifically kill such cancer cell that are large in populations while leaving solid cells which is unaffected is a critical objective in anticancer therapies and its treatment. The utilization of nano- porous material which is silica-based substance used as drug delivery method and used as vehicles which has recently proven and very successful method, yet creation of these materials requires exorbitant and toxic synthetics. Microalgae-determined nano- porous biosilica from diatoms are used to deliver chemotherapy drugs or medications to the cancer cells of the organisms that suffer from cancer. The species of diatom like Thalassiosira and Phaeodactylum is well defined and genetically designed to show an IgG-binding domain of the protein G which is present on the biosilica surface of the diatom which, empowering the connection of cell which targeting on the antibodies. The Neuroblastoma and the B-lymphoma cells that are specifically well being targeted and killed by the biosilica showing explicit antibodies which sorbed with drug loaded nanoparticles. The treatment with the exact similar biosilica prompts tumor growth relapse in a subcutaneous mouse xenograft which is a method where the mice is the model of neuroblastoma. Therefore, it is observed that hereditarily designed biosilica frustules might be utilized as flexible 'backups' for the targeted delivery of ineffectively water-dissolvable anticancer drugs to the tumor specific sites.

ABSTRACT- The Khapra beetle T granarium everts is one of the most destructive insect species of stored food worldwide & is subject to strict phytosanitary legislations In present study ,We evaluated the larval mortality of T,granarium on concrete surface treated with three different medicinal plant leaves (Tobacco leaves, Pudina leaves and Tulsi leaves) The result that ,the medicinal plant leaves powder should high efficiency against T granarium with respect to mortality Tobacco leaves powder most effective medicinal plant powder against T.granarium in compare of pudina &tulsi leaves powder showed no toxicity on treated rat relative to control with respect to biochemical & histological changes The results suggest the ability of using these leaves powder for wheat grains protection as a Safe alternative to insecticides.

Blood donation and transfusion has been an ever-serious issue and the shortage of blood throughout the world has caused many people to lose their life. The lack of a centralized system for blood donation is majorly responsible for those losses. Now in the era of online and digital processes, the conventional methods of collecting blood are absolute. An automated system is required to manage the centers and to showcase the information to the interested parties. We have developed a website that singlehandedly solves all these issues related to blood donation and reception. We have designed a SQLite database as an integral part of the integrated framework to store historical blood donation data in a centralized database for analytical processing. The proposed system would enable people to register as a donor to make themselves available whenever in need of their blood type. We have introduced a search tab to search available people ready to donate. In our proposed system in the donor registration, health-related details would be updated in the blood management system database for all to see.

There is an audio lag/packet loss in the video streaming/meeting services and video platforms, and sometimes listeners cannot understand what their host is talking about because of network connectivity issues. This generates delays/communication errors in the meeting/streaming and the audience cannot understand the message. Lip-Reading is an art that helps a listener understand, even without hearing it and just observing the Lip-movement, what a speaker tries to say. It's this combination of using a person's lip gestures, facial eloquence, and other nonverbal cues to "read" speech. We describe a recurrent neural network-based system for text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis that can generate speech audio in the voice of different speakers by reading their Lip-movements, including those unseen during training. Our model will demonstrate these capabilities by reading the speaker's face by extracting the Lip features. Next, the model will convert the Lip-movements to sound waves using relevant APIs. Following this, our model will generate artificial speech, synchronous to the speaker.

Hypertension is a medical condition in which blood pressure is chronically elevated. According to WHO World Health Report 2002, there are approximately 600 million people suffering from hypertension in the world. It causes an estimated 50 millions premature deaths and 13% of global fatalities worldwide. This study aimed to assess the dietary habits, body mass index and blood pressure among hypertensive clients residing at Muthialpet, Puducherry, INDIA. Methods: Cross-sectional Survey design was used among 30 hypertensive patients (patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hypertension for at least six months or with current blood pressure ? 140/90 mmHg). Data were collected using Semi structured Questionnaire consists of Demographic variables, BMI Assessment, Dietary habit during the past month. Results: With regard to the assumption of this study, a statistically significant relationship was found between Fatty foods consumption, Fruits, Vegetable, Salty foods and Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). BMI has not found statistically significant relationship with either Systolic or Diastolic Blood pressure at p<0.05. Conclusion : Lifestyle related risk factors such as consumption of unhealthy diets were evident of increase in Systolic Blood Pressure and Diastolic Blood Pressure of hypertensive patients.
