Introduction: Skin diseases significantly impact health-related quality of life and are ranked as the fourth most common cause of illness globally. Their prevalence has been rising due to factors like lifestyle changes, poor hygiene, stress, and nutritional deficiencies. Skin disorders are among the most common health issues encountered in general clinical practice. In Ayurveda, the term "Kushta" encompasses nearly all skin diseases. These conditions involve the imbalance of Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and affect bodily elements such as Rasa (plasma), Rakta (blood), Mamsa (muscle tissue), and Ambu (body fluids). Among these, the vitiation of Rakta (blood) is considered the primary cause of skin diseases (Twak Vikaras). For diseases arising from blood-related disorders (Raktaja Vikaras), Virechana (therapeutic purgation) is the recommended detoxification procedure (Shodhana Karma) in Ayurveda. Methods: This case study discusses a 44-year-old Female with Stasis dermatitis symptoms treated with Ayurvedic therapies, including Shodhana Chikitsa (body purification) using Virechana Karma and Shamana Chikitsa with various herbal formulations. The aim was to balance the tridosha and purify Rakta. Results: The patient showed improvement, demonstrating the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatments for Dermatitis. The results suggest that Ayurveda may serve as a main stay approach for treating skin conditions.

This study posits that arbitration, as a dispute resolution mechanism, is establishing its role inside the legal system and is becoming a dependable method for resolving disputes, circumventing the protracted processes of courtroom litigation. This paper will emphasize that arbitration has historically been an essential component of the judiciary, as evidenced in our history and scriptures, where references to arbitration, whether direct or implied, are noted. However, the necessity for trust to facilitate its efficient operation has not been adequately demonstrated. The article will elucidate the reasons for the historical lack of faith and trust among the populace in settling disputes through arbitration, as well as the circumstances that prompted the Chief Justice of India to underscore the significance of arbitration in his words. Finally, the article will elucidate the growth of arbitration as a transformative force in Indian judicial operations through section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Arbitration Act of 1940, and numerous arbitration case settlements.

Ayurveda is an ancient health science focused on reducing human suffering and promoting overall wellness.Ayurveda's classification of 107 critical points in the body, known as Marma, as outlined by Acharya Sushruta. Marma is formed by the convergence of Mansa (muscle), Sira (vessels), Snayu (nerves, tendons and ligaments), Asthi (bone), and Sandhi (joints).Marma Chikitsa is a treatment that focuses on specific vital points to redirect Pranna (the body's vital force). Stimulating a Marma point can induce biochemical changes in the body, prompting the production of healing neurochemicals. Low back pain affects 65% to 85% of people during their lifetime, while sciatica is less common, affecting 2% to 5%. Acharya Charaka classifies Gridhrasi into two categories: Vataj and Vatakaphaja. Vataj Gridhrasi is characterized by pain originating in the buttock (Sphik) and extending to the lower back (Kati), back (Prushta), thigh (Uru), knee (Janu), calf (Jangha), and foot (Paada), along with stiffness (Stambha), pain (Ruka), pricking sensation (Toda), and twitching (Spandana). Vatakaphaja Gridhrasi includes symptoms such as anorexia (Aruchi), drowsiness (Tandra), and heaviness (Gaurava).Treatment of Gridhrasi involves manipulating the Marma points Kshipra Marma, Gulpha Marma ,Indravasti Marma ,Janu Marma, Ani Marma, Urvi Marma, Nitamb Marma ,Katiktarun Marma, Kukundar Marma. Each point is stimulated in sync with breathing, approximately 18 times per minute. Marma Chikitsa is administered every other day for a two-week period.

Woman is the important person of the family, society, nation and the World. Each phase of women's life is beautiful and should be considered as gracious. Right from the moment that she entered the world, steps in Adolesence makes her capable to prepare to experience motherhood and finally the transition to menopause. The word "Menopause" comes from the Greek word Menos (Month) and Pausis (cessation). Menopause refers to cessation of menstruation with group of symptoms, at which the woman gradually changes from the reproductive life into cessation of reproductive life. Menopause is a natural phenomenon occurs at age of 45-55 years, and it is a transitional phase of adjustment between the active and inactive ovarian function. It is associated with a number of symptoms ranging from Physical, Psychological, Vasomotor and Urogenital symptoms. In Ayurveda, the context of Menopause is depicted as "JARA PAKWA AVASTHA" of body and Rajonivrutti. Menopausal symptoms are regarded as imbalance between the amsaamsa kalapana of dhatus which leading to kshaya which causes the diminishes the Agni which leads to imbalance in doshas like Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which occurs as a natural and gradual consequence of aging. Ayurveda, the science of life, advocates a holistic approach towards the management of menopausal syndrome by modification of Diet, lifestyle, utilizing various herbs, samsana therapy, Panchakarma therapy, Rasayana Therapy and Yoga.

The most common cause of plantar heel pain is Plantar Fasciitis. It is mainly diagnosed clinically by the patient symptoms which typically appears with pain that worsens with the first few morning steps. It is a condition, which arises from the degenerative irritation of the plantar fascia origin at the medial calcaneal tuberosity of the heel and its surrounding perifascial structures.. While multifactorial in its origins, overuse stress is often the leading cause, following with having plantar calcaneal spur. The treatment for plantar heel pain varies due to the multiple etiologies and unknown pathogenesis of the disease. Therefore therapeutic efficacy of treatments varies, and beside the fact that the ailment is self-limiting, due to the intensity of the pain and disturbances in daily life, and high relapse rate medical assistance is sought.[1]. If risk factors are managed properly and several therapy methods are started earlier, symptoms will subside more quickly. Many previous studies have showed that Homoeopathic medicines provides long term solutions and treats the root cause of the disease , and this article is an attempt to embark the importance of different homoeopathic medicines for homoeopathic management of plantar Fasciitis .

This paper examines the current state of public education in Peren District, Nagaland. It focus on the challenges and prospects for improvement in the education system. Declared as a full-fledged revenue district in 2004, Peren has achieved significant progress in its educational infrastructure through centrally sponsored schemes such as Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rastriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA). Despite all these achievements and increased enrolment, numerous issues such as teacher absenteeism, inefficiency of local education committees in carrying out their role and responsibilities, inadequate monitoring, and political interference has continue to hinder the effective functioning of the public education system in the district, especially in remote areas. This paper is based on secondary data gathered from government sources and previous studies done by researchers in the related field. The study highlights the significance of the public education system in the district, challenges faced by both the community and the concern authorities, and proposes strategic recommendations for improving the quality in management and execution of the programs; ranging from teacher recruitment and training, rationalizing teacher postings, strengthening local governance, and upgrading infrastructure. The findings also underscore the urgent need for comprehensive policy interventions in school education system so as to ensure sustainable educational development and impart quality education for the students in the district.

Although organ transplantation is an important medical process, inefficiency in adapting donors and centralized data management often leads to delays and incorrect adjustments. Organ trackers are decentralized systems developed using blockchain technology and machine learning to improve transparency, safety and efficiency of the organ donation process. The system securely stores donor and receiver data in a blockchain network, ensuring immutability, accessibility and reliability. Random forest machine learning models assess compatibility based on multiple donor factors. and as well as health status, it is searched as recipient ID, age, blood type, organ type, HLA typing, BMI, infection status, emergency level, waiting time, geographic location, and health. This approach minimizes human distortion, optimizes organ allocation, and reduces implantation speed. Additionally, organ trackers actually track organ availability and promote seamless communication between hospitals, donors and recipients. Our experimental findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the system in improving contract contracts simultaneously with data integrity and security guarantees. This study uncovers the potential of a decentralized, AI-driven solution in the global revolution in organ donation systems.

In many ongoing repairable frameworks, when a unit fizzles, it could be quickly recognized, found and supplanted with coverage factor likelihood by a backup on the off chance that one is accessible. When developing reliability models for repairable systems, some of the most important considerations that should be taken into account include the availability of standbys, the coverage factor, and common cause failure. Coverage factor is used to study measures of the reliability of a backup system, which is a combination of primary and backup equipment. Provisioning has been made for the proper functioning of the framework. In case the main unit's reserve units are down, the reserve units will take over the base units, and in case the backup units fall, the frame will go into bombardment completely. The frustrations and remedies of each unit follow general circulation and are notable individually. Under the conditions of inadequate coverage and common cause failure, the entire system has been analyzed. To determine the probabilities of state transients, a Markov model has been created. Using Laplace transformation, various reliability metrics like availability and MTTF have been evaluated. A few graphical outlines have been taken for better comprehension of the model.
