ABSTRACT The Malicious Link Predictor (MLD) presented in this abstract is an innovative cybersecurity solution designed to combat the escalating threats posed by malicious links in digital environments. Leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms and real-time analysis, the MLD excels in accurately identifying and neutralizing harmful links across diverse online platforms. Key features include comprehensive feature extraction, considering URL structure, content analysis, and behavioral patterns. A dynamic machine learning model, trained on a diverse dataset of malicious and benign links, ensures adaptability to evolving cyber threats. The MLD's real-time analysis component processes links promptly, minimizing detection latency and enhancing user protection. Integrated behavioral analysis tracks user interactions, contributing to the system's ability to identify anomalous behavior associated with malicious links. Continuous learning mechanisms, including threat intelligence integration and user feedback loops, further fortify the MLD against emerging risks.

Noam Chomsky's concept of justice emerges from his deep-seated critique of power, language, and moral responsibility. While widely recognized for his groundbreaking work in linguistics, Chomsky's political philosophy offers a radical challenge to institutionalized power structures, economic inequality, and media manipulation. His anarchist ideals emphasize individual autonomy, participatory democracy, and resistance against authoritarianism, positioning justice as a process of continuous struggle rather than a static legal or political framework. This paper critically examines how Chomsky's views on justice are shaped by his theory of manufactured consent, which reveals the ways in which language is used to sustain power hierarchies and distort public discourse. By analysing his critique of neoliberalism, state violence, and corporate dominance, this study highlights Chomsky's argument that true justice requires dismantling oppressive institutions and fostering structures that promote collective well-being and moral responsibility. His vision of justice is not merely theoretical but also deeply practical, calling for activism, intellectual engagement, and ethical responsibility in confronting systemic injustices. Additionally, this paper situates Chomsky's concept of justice within broader philosophical traditions, comparing his ideas with classical and contemporary theories of justice, including those of John Rawls, Karl Marx, and Michel Foucault. While Chomsky's libertarian socialist framework departs from traditional Western models, it provides a compelling critique of existing power structures and offers a morally grounded approach to justice. By bridging philosophy, linguistics, and political theory, Chomsky's work challenges us to rethink the foundations of justice in contemporary society. This study aims to critically engage with his insights, assessing their relevance and applicability in addressing modern global crises related to human rights, democracy, and economic inequality.

Emotional intelligence (EI), defined as the ability to identify, understand, manage, and regulate emotions, has emerged as a critical elementmanipulating learning outcomes. This paper explores the theoretical foundations of EI, its dimensions, and its effect on cognitive and socio-emotional learning. Drawing from current research, the analysis highlights how EI nurtures self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, creating aencouraging learning surroundings. The study also investigates the interaction between EI and academic performance, motivation, and collaborative learning. Recommendations are offered for incorporating EI into educational structures to improve holistic development of child. Future research directions are suggested to discourse gaps in realistic studies and expand understanding across various educational settings.

: Plant tissue culture, or the aseptic culture of cells, tissues, organs, and their components under defined physical and chemical conditions in vitro, is an important tool in both basic and applied studies as well as in commercial application. It owes its origin to the ideas of the German scientist, Haberlandt, at the beginning of the twentieth century. The early studies led to root cultures, embryo cultures, and the first true callus/tissue cultures. The period between the 1940s and the 1960s was marked by the development of new techniques and the improvement of those that were already in use. It was the availability of these techniques that led to the application of tissue culture to five broad areas, namely, cell behavior including cytology, nutrition, metabolism, morphogenesis, embryogenesis, and pathology, plant modification and improvement,

The Apocynaceae family includes the tough, evergreen, spiky, indigenous flowering shrub known as Karonda (Carissa carandas L.). It is widely spread throughout South Asia, with areas of India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia being its most common locations. South Africa and Australia also have it. that 80% of people on the planet still use traditional medicine to treat a variety of illnesses. While the ripening season lasts from August to September, unripe fruits are harvested from mid-May to mid-July and are ready for planting after 6-7 months. Fruits, leaves, roots, stems, and bark are among the parts of these plants that are also used medicinally. Another use for this plant is as a nutraceutical product. Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, cardiotonic, hepatoprotective, antimalarial, antibacterial, anti-ulcer, and other chemical compounds found in these plants exhibit phytochemical actions. The most widely used technique is maceration with solvents like ethanol or ethyl acetate.
