This research paper examines the role of sports in Maharashtra's school education system, focusing on government policies, grassroots initiatives, socio-cultural barriers, and the impact of sports on student development. Using secondary data from reports, policies, and case studies, the study highlights gaps in infrastructure, gender disparities, and the potential of sports to improve holistic learning outcomes. Recommendations for systemic reforms are proposed. This study examines the integration, challenges, and socio-educational significance of sports within school curricula across Maharashtra, India. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses of urban and rural schools, the paper highlights disparities in infrastructure, access, and prioritization of sports. Findings reveal that while urban institutions often align with national sports initiatives (e.g., Khelo India), rural schools face systemic issues such as inadequate facilities, limited trained staff, and cultural biases favoring academics over physical education. The study also underscores the positive correlation between sports participation and holistic student development, including improved academic performance, mental health, and social cohesion. The paper advocates for policy reforms to standardize sports education, enhance funding, and promote community-driven programs. By contextualizing Maharashtra's efforts within India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 framework, this research emphasizes the urgent need to reimagine sports as a cornerstone of equitable education rather than a peripheral activity.

Legal chatbots are AI-driven virtual assistants designed to provide users with instant responses to legal queries, guidance on legal procedures, and automated assistance in various legal contexts. By leveraging advanced technologies like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning, these chatbots make legal services more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective. In the current technological era, chatbots represent the next significant advancement in the field of speech and conversational assistants. A chatbot, also referred to as a bot, is a piece of code designed and constructed to efficiently react to human input by leveraging innate abilities to comprehend questions and provide pertinent responses. Banking, healthcare, finance, legal, telecommunications, retail, logistics, travel, auto, sports, entertainment, and media are just a few of the industries and organizations that are adopting new interactive chatbots that are powered by artificial intelligence and deep learning. The overall chatbot architecture for response generation, application trends, and chatbots are all thoroughly examined in this study. Additionally, we contrast different chatbots according to their characteristics, languages, technology, and application domains. AI and deep learning-based chatbots are becoming an essential component of interacting with machines to get help and answer questions from clients.

This research explores the critical role of sports and good health in fostering holistic development during student life. Academic success is often prioritized in educational systems, yet physical activity and health maintenance are equally vital for cognitive, emotional, and social growth. The study examines how regular participation in sports enhances physical fitness, reduces stress, and improves concentration, thereby positively influencing academic performance. Additionally, it highlights the psychosocial benefits of sports, such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience, which contribute to well-rounded personal development. By analyzing existing literature and empirical data, the research underscores the interconnectedness of physical health and mental well-being. It addresses challenges such as sedentary lifestyles, poor dietary habits, and academic pressure, which undermine students' health. The findings advocate for institutional policies that integrate structured physical education, health education, and accessible sports facilities into curricula. Ultimately, the study emphasizes that prioritizing sports and health in student life not only combats lifestyle-related diseases but also cultivates lifelong habits of wellness. Educational institutions, parents, and policymakers must collaborate to create environments where physical activity and health awareness are foundational to student success. Neglecting this balance risks compromising both individual potential and broader societal health outcomes.

Khaled Hosseini's novel The Kite Runner offers a profound exploration of diasporic sensibility, capturing the complexities of displacement and its multifaceted impact on individuals. This paper begins with a concise overview of the concept of diaspora, followed by an analysis of its profound effects on those who experience it. In The Kite Runner, the primary catalyst for displacement is the pervasive war and violence that ravages the homeland. The study delves into the ways in which cultural factors shape the lives of immigrants, who, despite longing for their homeland, confront numerous challenges in their host country in pursuit of a better life. Immigrants grapple with issues such as social stratification, cultural crises, rootlessness, and profound nostalgia. Additionally, they endure significant psychological trauma, torn between the fear of losing their cultural identity and the necessity of adapting to the new culture of their host country. This internal conflict often leaves them in a perpetual state of existential dilemma, oscillating between the preservation of their heritage and the assimilation into a foreign society. Through this lens, the paper examines the enduring struggle of diasporic individuals to reconcile their past with their present, highlighting the enduring tension between identity and belonging.

Small-scale businesses (SSIs) are essential to job creation and economic expansion. Nonetheless, poor safety management, a lack of personal protective equipment (PPE), and a lack of regulatory compliance are the main causes of occupational health and safety (OHS) issues. According to studies, employees at SSIs are subjected to fire hazards, ergonomic risks, respiratory dangers, heat stress, and noise pollution. Research on the industrial, metalworking, foundry, and car repair sectors reveals safety flaws such inadequate illumination, a lack of emergency exits, and poor housekeeping. Mandatory PPE use, frequent safety audits, training programs for staff, risk assessment procedures, fire safety precautions, and better ventilation are some of the main suggestions for enhancing workplace safety. Strict adherence to safety laws, danger communication systems, and safety interlock adoption are crucial. In addition to improving worker productivity and well-being, addressing these safety issues will support long-term industrial growth. Keywords: Workplace safety, occupational health, small-scale industries, personal protective equipment (PPE), risk management, fire hazards, noise pollution, ergonomic safety, industrial hygiene, regulatory compliance.

The IoT-Based Shoot Sight Missile system is an innovative approach to automated target detection and engagement, leveraging ultrasonic sensors, an Arduino microcontroller, and laser targeting for high precision. The system uses an ultrasonic transducer composed of a transmitter and receiver to detect reflected sound waves, determining the distance and position of the target in real-time. A microcontroller processes this data and directs a servo motor to adjust the positioning of the launcher. The missile launcher is mounted on a rotating platform controlled by stepper motors, allowing it to cover a wide detection range. Bluetooth communication enables remote monitoring and control, while an LCD provides real-time feedback. A buzzer alerts users to detected threats. The system's automation and decision-making capabilities enhance security measures, making it valuable for military defence, border security, and autonomous surveillance. Additionally, the system is designed to function in various environmental conditions, ensuring robust performance in different terrains. The integration of real-time data analysis and wireless connectivity makes it a versatile solution for modern defence applications.

Forest Rights Act, 2006 was adopted in 2008, to recognize and vest legitimate forest rights and vocation in forest to the Scheduled Tribes and Other traditional forest dwellers who have been residing in such forest from many generations but whose authority could not be put down on paper for record; to provide a framework for registering the rightful forest rights so conferred and characteristic of confirmation necessary for such acknowledgement and confirming in respecting of woodland land. It seeks to abrogate the injustice historically dispensed out to the communities who are dependent on forest and forest products by granting and bestowing in them the authority to make use, administer and to protect forest wealth and to lawfully hold forests land that they have been inhabited on and raising food and pets.

Abstract - The present study conducted by the researcher investigates the laws governing the protection of children in India. Day by day, the children in our country are becoming vulnerable to sexual abuse. Be it a sexual assault, a penetrative sexual assault or an aggravated penetrative sexual assault, the laws provide for stringent penalties to the accused on one hand and child welfare programmes for the prevention of further victimization of the child on the other hand. It is pertinent to note that as far as child exploitation is concerned, it is mostly the member of the family or a relative of the child that exposes him or her to the grave social evils such as slavery, trafficking, sexual abuse, substance abuse, child labour, child prostitution, child pornography etc. Mention must be made of the fact that apart from the extreme penalties provided against the accused, the presiding officers, the judges, the prosecutors, the private advocates as well as the panel of child welfare group are also required to go through a compulsory induction training and sensitisation programmes in order to procure awareness about the causes, extent and measures to curb such heinous offences and promote the preservation of childhood in India.
