Abstract- In everywhere throughout the world the vitality emergency is a fundamental issue. In the eighteenth century, when non-renewable energy sources appeared to be the perfect vitality source and immense amounts of non-renewable energy sources have been utilized like oil, coal, and flammable gas and so forth. Most urban communities in India have high air and commotion contamination caused by transport vehicles, particularly petroleum/diesel-fueled three-wheelers. An enhanced and electric cycle rickshaw can give a non-dirtying and quiet transport framework for urban and country regions of India. It can likewise give expansive scale work to a huge number of urban and rustic poor. The goal of this paper is to plan an electromechanical cycle rickshaw that can be driven by electric power framework. The proposed plan additionally contains a covering which is utilized to shield the puller and travelers from Chinese Manja utilized for kites, daylight, rain, wind and other occasional effects. This cycle rickshaw will likewise affect the economy by encouraging a lower white collar class individual through compelling utilization of efficient power vitality. This proposed model comprising of engine, battery bank, shade, wipers and headlights for brightening.

Data is now the focus of strategic decision-making in today's cloud-driven world, especially in financial and insurance businesses where data velocity, volume and variety are extremely high. However, legacy data warehousing systems that proliferate across these industries do not meet the scalability and flexibility needed for real-time analytics, resulting in bottlenecks in operational efficiency and customer insights. In this paper, we explore Snowflake as a transformative platform for moving traditional data warehouses to cloud-native architectures within these sectors and challenge them. The paper explores critical points in the migration process, including the smooth application of legacy data, schema optimisation, workload prioritisation, and governance frameworks. With its elasticity, multi-cluster architecture, and native support for semi-structured data, financial and insurance firms can be scaled up and down effortlessly, cost-effectively, and with faster time to insights. Best practices are illustrated by real-world case studies that highlight the use of automation in the reduction of migration complexity while maintaining data integrity. The paper also discusses Snowflake's security and compliance capabilities, proving it meets industry regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. With this strategic migration, organisations can turn the cloud era into an opportunity to deploy data-driven innovations like predictive analytics, personalised and personalised customer experience, and findings from fraud detection, becoming a leader.

India has played an instrumental role in influencing regional cooperation in South and Southeast Asia with its leadership in the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC). The agenda of BIMSTEC has been primarily guided by India, the largest economy and founding member, particularly concerning areas like commerce, connectivity, security, and sustainable development. Ineffective institutions, geopolitical rivalries, economic inequality, and the conflicting interests of regional and extra regional actors like China, however, present a threat to India's leadership. This paper focuses on prospects of BIMSTEC for India and the primary obstacles to BIMSTEC's efficacy as well as India's strategic vision for the initiative and the opportunities it offers for regional economic integration. By reviewing India's diplomatic efforts, policy initiatives, and infrastructural projects, the study suggests strategies to bolster India's leadership in BIMSTEC. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing India's position through reconciling institutional gaps, boosting inclusive collaboration, and using BIMSTEC as an anchor for economic expansion and stability in the region.

Growth and employment are two crucial components of economic development that are interrelated. Growth leads to increased employment, which raises living standards and employment levels. The rise in employment is a topic of great research. In this study, we have examined the elasticity of employment, or the degree to which employment rises in tandem with GDP growth. The research is based on data collected over a 12-year span, from 2009-10 to 2020-21. The results of this study demonstrate that, with the exception of three years from 2009-10 to 2020-21, employment elasticity in India has been almost unit less.

This study investigates the impact of work stress on employee performance at Nuron Network India Pvt Ltd. The modern work environment has increasingly become complex, leading to elevated stress levels among employees, which can directly affect their efficiency and productivity. The research aims to identify key stressors in the workplace and analyse how they influence various aspects of employee performance, including job satisfaction, motivation, and overall productivity. Data were collected through a combination of surveys and interviews with employees at different hierarchical levels within the organization. The study reveals a significant correlation between work stress and decreased performance, particularly when employees experience role ambiguity, excessive workload, and lack of work-life balance. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of stress management programs, organizational support, and effective communication in mitigating the adverse effects of stress. The findings suggest that while some stress is inevitable, a supportive work culture can help minimize its negative impact and enhance employee performance. The study concludes with recommendations for Nuron Network India Pvt Ltd to implement stress-reducing strategies and improve the work environment to foster higher employee satisfaction and performance.

Mathematics, the study of shape, arrangement, quantity, and related concepts, is crucial for understanding quantitative and analytical aspects of various natural and mathematical phenomena. While it finds applications in accounting, surveying, engineering, economics, and more, many students perceive it as a difficult subject. This perception has led to a decline in student enrollment in undergraduate math courses. This study explores personal preferences, perceived difficulties, home and college environments, physical facilities, career aspirations, and teaching-learning processes to gain insights into why some students may opt out of studying mathematics. Understanding these reasons can inform educational strategies to make Mathematics more inclusive.
