Abstract :- Saline vegetation are common in rajasthan specially western part of rajasthan. Salinity associated with drought is severe ecological threat in the western part of rajasthan which is recognised as Thar desert. The Halophytic plants are widely distributed throughout several reasons of the western part due to their saline extent such as Lunkaransar, khajuwala, chhatargarh, panchbhadra etc. But some Eastern part of rajasthan is also included in saline extent such as Nawa, Didwana, sambhar, raiwasa etc. The saline land and arid or semi arid zones are promising foodstuff alternative for animals. Some common Halophytic plants are present in saline area such as Salsola, Sueda, Heloxylon, Trianthema, Portulaca, Tamarix, Salvedora and some grasses.

Transdermal patches are a non-invasive drug delivery system designed to deliver medications through the skin directly into the bloodstream, offering an alternative to oral and injectable routes. This method provides sustained and controlled release of drugs, potentially enhancing therapeutic efficacy and patient compliance. This paper reviews the mechanisms of transdermal delivery, the types of drugs suitable for this route, the design and development of transdermal patches, and the advantages and challenges associated with their use. Current advancements in technology and materials, as well as future directions for research and development, are also discussed. Purpose: Transdermal patches deliver medication more directly to the bloodstream by by passing processing in the liver. Transdermal patches deliver medication over a longer period of time than traditional systems, which can be easier on patients who experience extreme side effects. Method: The process of solvent casting can be utilized for manufacturing Transdermal patch utilizing polymers such as HPMC , PVPK-30 and Eudragit L-100. The ratio of chloroform to mthanol employed as a solvent was 5:5. The mechanical stirrer's speed was 500 rpm. Result: Among the various formulations evaluated, batch F4 emerged as the most suitable choice for preparing Etodolac Transdermal patch. This particular formulation contains 50% (w/w) Pvpk-30 and 17% (w/w) PEG 400, which have proven to be effective in achieving the desired outcomes. The F-4 formulation exhibited good organoleptic properties and a folding endurance of 5, indicating its durability during handling. In-vitro dissolution studies demonstrated a rapid drug release rate of 97.66% within 8 hr, while the patch disintegrated in just 8 hr. These findings highlight the significant potential of utilizing polymers like Hpmc, Pvpk-30 and Eudragit L-100 for the development of highly effective and patient-friendly Transdermal drug delivery systems. Conclusion: The research indicates that utilizing the solvent casting process with HPMC , PVPK-30 and Eudragit L-100 to create Transdermal patch containing Etodolac is an acceptable method.

This report presents an in-depth exploration of image segmentation techniques, focusing on Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) and their comparison with K-Means clustering and Otsu's Thresholding. Image segmentation is a crucial process in computer vision, widely used in applications such as medical imaging, object detection, and autonomous navigation. Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) provide a probabilistic approach to segmentation, effectively modelling complex distributions within an image. By utilizing multiple Gaussian distributions, GMM can distinguish different regions based on their pixel intensity distributions, making it highly effective for images with overlapping clusters or multi-modal intensity distributions. However, this method comes with a computational cost, as it requires iterative Expectation-Maximization (EM) optimization, which can be slower compared to other clustering methods. This study highlights the flexibility of GMM in handling complex distributions, its trade-off with computational efficiency, the practicality of K-Means for quick clustering, and the simplicity of Otsu's method for threshold-based segmentation. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of these techniques in segmenting images, providing insights into their practical applications, strengths, and limitations. The comparative analysis offers guidance on selecting the appropriate segmentation technique based on specific application requirements.

Work-life balance has emerged as a critical factor in stress management, particularly in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the IT sector. The rapid technological advancements, high workload, tight deadlines, and constant demand for innovation often lead to significant stress among IT professionals. This study explores the role of work-life balance in mitigating stress and improving overall well-being in the IT sector. It examines the impact of organizational policies, flexible work arrangements, and individual strategies on stress levels. The research employs an approach, combining quantitative surveys to gather information from IT employees at different organizational levels. The findings reveal that achieving work-life balance significantly reduces stress and enhances job satisfaction, productivity, and mental health. Organizational interventions, such as remote work options, wellness programs, and realistic workload expectations, are identified as essential enablers. Personal factors, including time management, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care, are highlighted as vital for stress management. The study underscores the importance of creating a supportive work culture that fosters work-life balance and equips employees with tools to manage stress effectively. It contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing information for HR managers, organizational leaders, and policymakers to design strategies promoting employee well-being in the IT sector.
