Traditional medicine is a catch-all word for centuries-old, culturally-restricted health care methods that persisted before the application of science to medical issues. Cardiovascular disorders, which include heart attacks, cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, and heart failure, can be caused by conditions of the heart and blood arteries and are treated using medicinal herbs. The risk of a heart attack and stroke is increased by hypertension, which interferes with the heart's ability to pump blood. Although there are several medications available to treat these conditions, most antihypertensive medications have a variety of negative effects. There are a number of pharmacologically active compounds in medicinal herbs that can be utilised to treat and prevent hypertension. An overview of several medicinal plants with hypotensive or antihypertensive characteristics is provided in this paper.

This project focuses on developing a machine learning framework to offer personalized spinach intake recommendations for cancer patients. Spinach, a very nutritious food, is an important component in the diet of cancer patients. Nevertheless, it is necessary to take into account the peculiar condition of every patient when to establish the best consumption. For this purpose we make use of K-Means Clustering to partition the patients according to health predictors such as body mass index (BMI), cancer type and metabolic rate. Grouping patients with similar profiles, we develop clusters that characterize shared dietary needs and treatment responses. After these clusters are defined, Gaussian Mixture Models (GMMs) are used to provide personalized spinach consumption recommendations. The GMMs offer a probabilistic solution to dietary recommendations, taking into account individual variability among the clusters. This guarantee that the intake query applied to each patient is specific, sensitive and personalized to their unique physiological requirement, nutritional deficiencies and treatment-related issue. By selecting those variables, the system can be geared to maximize the antioxidant, vitamin, and mineral content of spinach, a vegetable that has been associated with improvement in cancer treatment outcomes. This machine learning-based strategy improves the personalization of nutrition in cancer management by using patient health information to deliver targeted dietary guidance (that is, personalized dietary guidance). Combined with K-Means Clustering and GMMs, the project can not only enhance dietary recommendation accuracy, but also make contribution to the rapidly developing personalized nutrition. In conclusion, this framework seeks to assist cancer patients by tailoring their nutrition, improving health outcomes and quality of life during treatment.

All over the world, urban areas are passing through a process of speedy growth and expansion, not by increase in fertility or migration, but by land acquisition and merger of villages in their fringe. While greater space is required for the metropolitan cities to accommodate several industrial/technological, service, manufacturing, and commercial sectors, the fact that agricultural lands are acquired by law to enable the same is leading to a complex sociological process of rehabilitation and resettlement of the displaced people. The present paper is based on sociological research carried out in Mysuru City, highlighting several constraints and challenges faced by both the landowners and landless wage earners in the selected urban fringe villages of Mysuru City. Inadequacy of, delays, and absence of transparency in the procedure and absolute lack of participation by the local organization, the Grama Panchayat in the whole process of land grab and compensation, have pointed towards the need for a thorough revision in Rehabilitation and Resettlement Laws and Implementation from a people's perspective in development.

Rabindranath Tagore's The Post Office (Dak Ghar) is a literary masterpiece that explores the profound depths of the human spirit. Set in a small room where Amal, a terminally ill boy, is confined, the play transcends its apparent simplicity to delve into universal themes of freedom, resilience, and spiritual transcendence. Despite his physical limitations, Amal's unbounded imagination allows him to connect deeply with the world outside, reflecting the human capacity to rise above constraints through the power of thought and creativity. The play's central symbol, the post office, represents a bridge between the known and the unknown, evoking a sense of hope, divine connection, and the human yearning for liberation. Amal's interactions with various characters highlight his innocence, wisdom, and ability to find meaning in simple, everyday experiences. These interactions underscore the transformative impact of compassion and curiosity, which transcend societal roles and hierarchies. Tagore's portrayal of Amal's death as a peaceful transition challenges conventional perceptions of mortality, emphasizing liberation rather than loss. The play's philosophical undertones reflect Tagore's belief in the cyclical nature of life and death, presenting a vision of existence that inspires hope and spiritual growth. This article examines the symbolic and thematic dimensions of The Post Office, focusing on its portrayal of the human spirit's resilience and its ability to transcend physical, emotional, and societal boundaries. Through Amal's journey, Tagore offers timeless insights into life, freedom, and the eternal quest for meaning, making the play an enduring testament to the power of imagination and the human soul.

Electric vehicles are the way of the future. The rising EV market, along with the diminishing supply of petroleum fuels, demands the development of more efficient EVs. A battery management system (BMS) is an essential component of any electric vehicle. It consists of a number of electrical and electronic circuits (including converter and inverter circuits) that have been programmed to monitor and extract the maximum output from a battery system. The chemical reactions are what determine the battery's performance. The performance of a battery degrades as chemicals decay. As a result, these features of a battery must be regularly monitored. Because of their high charge density and lightweight, Lithium-ion batteries have proven to be a popular choice among electric vehicle producers. Despite the fact that these batteries have a lotof power for their size, they are quite unstable. It is critical that these batteries are never overcharged or discharged, requiring the use of voltage and current regulators. In this research paper, we will monitor various aspects of the vehicles like current, Voltage, SOC and temperature with the help of NodeMCU which is the Wi-fi enabled microchip that will send the data or crucial parameters to the server which is the Thing Speak. Therefore, in this way we can monitor these parameters from anywhere and also monitor battery health.

Modern diagnostic tools aim to be precise, quick, and affordable while effectively spotting diseases, infections, or illnesses. Detecting a disease early on is crucial as it can determine the difference between life-threatening outcomes and successful treatment. One difficulty with various diseases is that the ability to detect them increases as the disease advances. Because single molecule sensors like nanopores can detect biomolecules even at low levels, they could be important in medical practices today. Using nanopores for sensing means you need less of a substance to detect it, which can be helpful in clinics. Nanopores can also be adjusted to detect many different types of molecules, are inexpensive, and can be made in large quantities. We talk about past studies and how nanopores can be used in medicine to detect diseases early, track treatments, and recognize when a disease comes back. Infections are a big problem for public health and they are becoming more dangerous for people everywhere. New or familiar recurring germs, or germs that are hard to fight against, make it difficult for us to identify and manage them. Nanopore sequencing technology can help us improve our capability to detect infectious diseases. To diagnose, question, and monitor infectious diseases easily because of the flexible reading length and portable system. This review discusses how nanopore sequencing technology is used in diagnosing infectious diseases in clinical settings. The content covers a quick overview of nanopore sequencing technology and the sequencing platforms by Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). (i) Ways to use nanopore-based sequencing technologies; and (ii) How nanopore sequencing technology is used in keeping track of new developments. Identifying harmful germs, finding specific drug-resistant genes, and studying microbes linked to diseases are important areas of research in microbiology. In this paper, we talk about communities. Then, we look at the challenges, opportunities, and future of communities. The potential use of nanopore sequencing technology in diagnosing infectious diseases is being considered.
