There is an urgent need for a safe and open system for verifying products because of the explosive rise of fake goods in markets. In order to provide dependable and impenetrable product authentication, this project presents a multi-layer architecture for product authenticity that combines Blockchain, QR code technology, and Near Field Communication (NFC). To improve consumer trust and brand protection, the suggested approach integrates hardware-level and digital security.Every product has a unique QR code that is connected to a Blockchain ledger that contains vital information like the batch number, supplier details, and manufacture date. The decentralized and unchangeable nature of blockchain guarantees that product data cannot be changed or replicated. By scanning the QR code with a smartphone app that pulls information straight from the Blockchain, customers can instantly confirm the legitimacy of a purchase. The solution incorporates NFC tags that are inserted in the product packaging to further improve security. In order to avoid duplication and facilitate contactless verification, these NFC chips function as hardware-level identifiers. The Blockchain ledger, QR code, and NFC tag work together to provide a safe, multi-layered system that guarantees product uniqueness and supply chain transparency. For sectors like electronics, cosmetics, and medicines, this strategy provides an affordable, scalable, and user-friendly solution. Through the use of NFC for physical product identification and Blockchain for data integrity, the system successfully lowers the danger of counterfeiting and creates a trustworthy framework of trust between customers and manufacturers.

Abstract Agadtantra, one of the eight branches of Ayurveda, deals with the study of poisons (Visha), their effects, and their management through natural antidotes and detoxification methods. Children are particularly vulnerable to toxic influences due to their developing physiological systems and increased susceptibility to environmental, dietary, and microbial toxins. The principles of Agadtantra provide a holistic approach to prevent and manage such toxic exposures through herbal formulations, lifestyle regulations, and immune-strengthening practices. In the modern context, where pollution, chemical exposure, and food adulteration are common, the integration of Agadtantra into pediatric healthcare is essential for promoting safe growth, disease prevention, and overall well-being in children.

Abstract: The Online Internship Portal is a comprehensive web-based application designed to streamline and digitalize the internship recruitment process for students, companies, and academic coordinators. In the modern educational ecosystem, internships serve as an essential bridge between theoretical knowledge and practical industry exposure. However, the traditional approach to managing internships often involves manual processes, physical documentation, and fragmented communication, leading to inefficiency and delays. This project aims to overcome these challenges by developing a centralized, user-friendly, and secure digital platform that connects students with companies offering internship opportunities. The system allows students to register, browse verified internship listings, apply online, and track their application status in real-time. On the other hand, companies can post internship openings, review applications, and manage selected candidates through an intuitive dashboard. Administrators and training coordinators are provided with tools to monitor activities, validate company postings, and ensure smooth functioning of the platform. The portal includes essential modules such as user authentication, internship posting, application tracking, and real-time notifications, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Technically, the portal is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend to provide a responsive and interactive interface, while the Django framework (Python) handles backend operations, including database management and server-side logic. The SQLite database ensures secure, efficient, and reliable data storage. Additionally, the system emphasizes scalability, data security, and modular design for future enhancements such as feedback systems, performance analytics, and resume-building tools. In conclusion, the Online Internship Portal successfully bridges the communication gap between students and organizations by automating the entire internship management process. It promotes transparency, reduces manual workload, and enhances accessibility for users anytime and anywhere. The project not only demonstrates the power of web technologies in solving real-world academic challenges but also contributes to the digital transformation of educational institutions and career development processes.

Background - Nursing is one of the most demanding professions, often characterized by high workload, emotional labor, and limited resources. In challenging contexts such as Himachal Pradesh, India, these stressors are further magnified due to geographical isolation, staff shortages, and heavy patient loads. Job crafting--defined as proactive modifications employees make to their job tasks, relationships, and cognitive perceptions--can serve as an effective strategy for sustaining nurse well-being and enhancing patient care. Objective - The objective of this study is to identify the extent of job crafting among nurses in Himachal Pradesh. Methods - A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving a quantitative survey of 338 nurses and a qualitative survey of 35 nurses conducted at government hospitals in Himachal Pradesh, India, using purposive sampling. The data analysis comprised descriptive statistics and thematic analysis of qualitative responses for triangulation. Results - Quantitative findings revealed high overall levels of job crafting among nurses (M = 4.03), with cognitive crafting (M = 4.22) reported most strongly, followed by task crafting (M = 4.01) and relational crafting (M = 3.86). Thematic analysis of qualitative responses showed that nurses derived meaning from patient care, sought to align tasks with their skills, and valued supportive peer relationships. However, relational crafting was constrained by workload and organizational pressures. Conclusion - Nurses in Himachal Pradesh exhibit proactive job crafting behaviors, particularly cognitive reframing of work, which enables them to cope with stress and find purpose. The study extends job crafting research into a non-Western context, highlighting the role of autonomy and peer support within resource-constrained healthcare systems. Training and supportive leadership practices should be integrated into hospital management to promote job crafting and sustain workforce resilience.

Lung cancer is still the top cause of cancer-related deaths. Getting a diagnosis early and having a precise prognosis are vital for boosting survival rates among patients. This paper puts forward an innovative Hybrid Quantum Classical (HQC) Framework aimed at improving lung cancer detection and outcome predictions. The framework takes advantage of multimodal imaging data specifically, it taps into integrated features (radiomics) from Computed Tomography (CT), Positron Emission Tomography (PET), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to provide a well-rounded view of tumor diversity. We also introduce a Quantum Machine Learning (QML) element, using a Variational Quantum Classifier (VQC), to enhance the way features are mapped to outcomes. The HQC method tackles the computational challenges and restrictions of traditional deep learning when handling large, high-dimensional radiomics data, showing better performance in terms of both diagnostic accuracy (classifying malignant nodules) and predicting prognosis (patient survival).
