The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), is one of the most important procedural laws in India. It provides the framework for the fair and efficient resolution of civil disputes. Among its various provisions, the right to appeal is one of the most vital. An appeal gives a party the right to approach a higher court if they are dissatisfied with the decision of a lower court. It ensures that no injustice remains uncorrected and that judicial errors, whether of fact or law, can be reviewed and rectified. However, the appeal process also has its drawbacks. It can lead to long delays in justice, increase litigation costs, and cause backlog in courts. Despite this, appeals remain a cornerstone of natural justice and the rule of law. Here we will discuss in detail the concept, nature, and types of appeals under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. It explains the statutory framework, constitutional connection, important case laws, challenges faced by the appeal system, and possible reforms to make it more effective. The study concludes that while appeals are necessary for justice, they must be regulated to ensure speedy and fair adjudication.

Through this secondary data-based research article, the author hopes to highlight the identification and analysis of new NPA patterns as well as a detailed study of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The impact of IBC, 2016 in India is the main subject of the research. Key IBC provisions and the introduction of NPA are covered in the work. Specialized literature was chosen and employed for research, which gives the idea more vitality. Research papers, publications, and webpages are examples of secondary data. Because of its direct connection to SBI, the case study of Bhushan Steel, which was bought by Tata Steel, has been elevated on purpose. Additionally, IBC's quantitative and qualitative analyses were discussed. The effectiveness of IBC as a remedy for non-performing assets (NPAs) and emerging trends in NPAs were succinctly described. At the conclusion of the study, a diagrammatic depiction was used to show the effects of insolvency and bankruptcy in India. A few shortcomings of the IBC Act were also mentioned in the conclusion, along with the use of the BIFR Act of 1985 and the SARFAESI Act of 2002.

Manual resume screening is one of the most resource-intensive stages of recruitment, often consuming excessive time and introducing unconscious biases into hiring decisions. With the exponential rise of digital job portals, recruiters face overwhelming applicant volumes, making traditional keyword-based filtering insufficient. This paper proposes an AI-powered resume screening framework that integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and optional video resume evaluation to improve both efficiency and fairness in candidate selection. The proposed model extracts structured information from unstructured resumes, matches candidates with job requirements using similarity measures, and applies predictive models to forecast retention likelihood. An ethical layer ensures de-biasing, anonymization, and compliance with legal safeguards. A synthesis of prior research demonstrates that AI-driven systems can reduce screening time by up to 60%, improve candidate-job matching compared to keyword search, and enhance engagement when video resumes are included, though legal concerns remain,The findings highlight that AI-powered screening can significantly transform HR practices while requiring careful attention to bias and privacy challenges.

Punarvartaka Jwara is a recurrent fever that arises from a digestive disruption and an insufficient resolution of imbalance of dosha. Such recurring fevers are associated with Mandagni, Ama, Krimi, and Dhatu Kshaya in Ayurveda. In this case study, a 4.5-year-old boy with recurring fever and anaemia was successfully treated with Tapyadi loha, Rajanyadi Churna, and Kirattiktadi Kwatha, and some other Ayurvedic formulations. Within two months, there was a noticeable increase in immunity, digestion, and Hb levels (from 9.0 g/dL to 11.5 g/dL), and there was no recurrence of fever after that. The instance demonstrates how well the Ayurvedic treatment works to treat Punarvartaka Jwara in paediatric patient.

The airport stand assignment problem (ASAP) involves the allocation of arriving and departing aircraft to available parking stands (gates) while respecting operational and spatial constraints. An effective stand assignment significantly influences airport efficiency, passenger comfort, and airline performance. This research develops a mixed-integer programming (MIP) model to minimize total passenger walking distance, thereby improving transfer efficiency and traveler experience. The paper reviews recent studies (2020-2024) on gate and stand assignment problems, emphasizing passenger-centric optimization objectives. The proposed model uses binary decision variables representing flight-stand allocations, subject to exclusivity and non-overlapping temporal constraints. The optimization is implemented using Python's PuLP library with the CBC solver on synthetic datasets that simulate flight schedules and passenger volumes. Results demonstrate that minimizing walking distances yields considerable improvements over random or naive assignment strategies. Finally, scalability, trade-offs, and future research directions--such as multi-objective formulations and robust optimization--are discussed.

The legal industry is undergoing a revolutionary change as more and more virtual court sessions are being used to improve judicial systems' accessibility, efficiency, and openness. This paradigm change is not without difficulties, though. This study focused on the legal and constitutional ramifications of the Chief Justice's Practice Direction while examining the use of virtual court sessions in India. Although there are potential benefits to digitizing judicial procedures, significant issues remain, including concerns about privacy, technology inequality, and the protection of due process rights. The study used a recent legal case to support its conclusion that Indian laws do not cover administrative and practice guidelines. The paper analyzed and suggested a solution framework to maintain virtual court systems in India using the Innovation Diffusion Theory as a lens. The study's conclusions included the virtual court hearing's implementation strategy's inconsistency with the current legislative framework for upholding citizens' fundamental rights and due process. A balanced strategy that recognizes the benefits of technology and the conventional legal system is needed to find the answers. The tactics that address implementation and legitimacy issues, improve the security of virtual court technology's compliance with the current legal framework and practices, and guarantee long-term adherence to constitutional standards should be of utmost importance if virtual court hearings are to be sustained. To guarantee seamless implementation, substantive laws and regulations, including pertinent constitutional revisions, could be required.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the ability of computer systems to do tasks that normally require human intelligence. AI is rapidly developing and changing every facet of healthcare, including diet. This review has four goals in mind: The objectives are as follows: (i) to investigate the role artificial intelligence (AI) plays in nutrition research; (ii) to identify nutrition-related domains where AI is being applied; (iii) to understand the possible impact of AI in the future; and (iv) to investigate possible issues with the application of AI to nutrition research. The primary findings demonstrated that artificial intelligence's role in nutrition is still in its infancy, with a focus more on dietary assessment and less on lifestyle modifications, predicting malnutrition, and comprehending illnesses linked to diet. Clinical study is necessary to determine the efficacy of AI intervention. The ethics of employing AI is a significant topic that has not yet been addressed and has to be considered in order to prevent collateral harm to particular communities. The review's focus on specific dietary areas was limited due to the variety of the available evidence. Future study should prioritize specialized evaluations in nutrition and dieting in order to better grasp AI's potential in human nutrition.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands at a critical juncture, offering unprecedented innovation while simultaneously posing severe threats to digital privacy, security, and intellectual property. This review paper systematically analyzes the multifaceted privacy crises inherent in the AI era, focusing on non-consensual data collection, the proliferation of harmful deepfakes, and the contentious use of human creations for model training. It further explores a often-overlooked consequence: how AI privacy breaches fundamentally corrupt the integrity of data-driven product design, leading to biased, insecure, and untrustworthy outcomes. Synthesizing recent scholarly literature, the paper identifies significant gaps in current legal and ethical safeguards, arguing that a fragmented regulatory landscape is insufficient. The findings advocate for a proactive, interdisciplinary approach, including the mandatory integration of "Privacy by Design" principles, to ensure that technological advancement is balanced with the unwavering protection of fundamental human rights and the foundation of ethical innovation.
