A pharmaceutical formulation requires two major components: an excipient and an API. Furthermore, excipients are made up of a number of components that are necessary for the manufacture of dosage forms and improve their medicinal properties. Any dosage form can use polymers as an excipient. Polymers should be compatible, stable, non-toxic, and cost-effective, with the potential to control medication release. Polymers are categorized into three types: synthetic, semi-synthetic, and natural. Because of many concerns with drug release and side effects, several pharmaceutical companies are turning to natural polymers. Polymers can be used as excipients in formulations for a variety of purposes, including consistent medicine distribution, rate control, flavor masking, stabilization, and protection. So, this review covers Polymers are utilized as excipients in formulations for a variety of reasons, including uniform medicine distribution, rate control, flavor masking, stabilization and protection, and more. In light of this, this paper looks at many natural polymers, their advantages over synthetic polymers, and their applications in drug delivery system design.

Surgery has been used throughout history, up to the present time. In some cases there is no way out except surgery. In some major operations the patient has to get blood of other persons, and in some cases it becomes very difficult to get enough blood of a proper group. Also, the doctors have to perform the operation in a minimum time to avoid unnecessary loss of blood by the patient. Generally during operation veins or arteries also get cut and to stop bleeding from the exposed ends, the ends are closed with different forceps. Generally the forceps are not enough to stop the bleeding form hundreds of spider veins, also known as telangiectasias, capillaries blood vessels etc., which hinders the operation work as it fills the wound giving poor visibility. The blood is to be removed frequently by suction tubes. In case of some malformation atop the spinal cord or deep in the brain, the surgeon cannot avoid cutting some of the blood-bearing vessels, and hemorrhages will not give clear vision of the area to be operated on. The surgeon cannot use a suction tube in such areas as it can destroy some important nerve cells. In such cases some perilous technique is adopted in which blood is drained out from the body and stored so that it can be pumped back into the arteries after the necessary surgery. The surgeon gets a blood-free field for surgery, but for a very limited time. Even if enough blood from the donors is kept transfused to the patient during surgery, it may fail to compensate for the rate of loss for complicated and long surgeries. A new method of surgery is suggested. It is based on the fact that if any part of the body is cut open in a space having pressure just above sum of atmospheric pressure and blood pressure of that part of the body, while keeping the rest of the body in atmospheric pressure with the opened part upward, there will be no bleeding from the exposed portion. It will assist surgeons to perform surgery more precisely during the required longer periods without any risk to the patient. The blood loss will be minimized and certain patients of heart or blood vessel diseases will not be required to stop taking blood thinners one to two weeks before surgery. As the Blood transfusion to the patient will be rarely required, there will be no emergency to find suitable blood donors.

Nowadays, women face numerous challenges related to their safety; even in today's society, women's protection remains a challenge, despite significant technological advancements. Not all places guarantee women's safety, especially when they travel alone through desolate roads and abandoned areas. Emerging hand-held safety features for women require physical activity, such as pushing a button or shaking a machine, to activate the system after detecting a threat. We suggest alternatives that seek to resolve the shortcomings of current structures and provide women with false evidence of protection. We are building an IoT-based safety device with the help of the research framework. It works by forming partnerships with protection through a signature method of connected devices and alerting nearby family members and police stations when a woman is not safe. In addition, an explosion machine is also built for first-hand protection, which women may use to strike the attacker. The development design also incorporates additional functionality, such as the ability to submit community notifications and record voice messages. The development design includes a mobile app for women's protection, which displays safe places on the map based on the victim's current position, enabling them to access the secure place from their current location.

The increasing demand for hands-free interactions with computer has led to the development of gesture recognition-based systems for controlling virtual input devices like the mouse and keyboard. This paper presents a novel approach to gesture-based control using computer vision techniques, where hand gestures are captured and processed to perform mouse and keyboard operations. The system utilizes real-time gesture recognition algorithms to map specific hand movements to corresponding actions such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and text input. By using machine learning and image processing techniques, the system offers an intuitive and accessible alternatives to traditional input devices. The proposed architectures is designed to be robust and adaptable to various environments, providing users with a seamless interaction experience. The study also highlights the challenges, such as environmental noise, lighting conditions, and gesture accuracy, while presenting potential solutions to overcome these limitations. The system has wide applications in areas such as accessibility, assistive technology, and hands-free computing.

Alcoholism is one of the serious issues that affects not only the individuals but also entire workforce that is engaged in some organisation. This adverse impact of alcoholism give rise to challenges that ripple through organizations. This research paper delves deep into how the problem of alcoholism among workforce impacts productivity, workplace safety, and the overall health of an organization. Through this research work the author try to explore the impacts of alcoholism on work performance, safety, and team well-being as stated in various studies and government reports. Through this analysis, authors try to highlight, how alcoholism contributes to lower productivity, frequent absences, and a higher risk of accidents, which, in turn, affect team dynamics and create hidden costs for employers. Beside this, this research work also aims to create awareness of the social and economic costs of alcoholism on both families and communities.

Unlocking the Mystery of TDS Credits provides an insightful exploration of the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) credit system under India's Income Tax Act and highlights the introduction of computerized processing of tax returns since April 1, 2008, improving the management of errors and refunds. It explains the TDS credit mechanism, wherein deductions are treated as taxes paid on behalf of taxpayers, and the role of Form 26AS in reflecting TDS details. Common mismatches, often due to errors like incorrect PAN details or unfiled TDS returns, are addressed with solutions including collaboration with diductors and guidance from the Central Board of Direct Taxes for streamlined processing. The document underscores the importance of checking Form 26AS prior to filing returns to avoid financial discrepancies and advises on steps for rectification. Overall, it provides a comprehensive guide to navigating TDS credits effectively, ensuring taxpayers receive their rightful credits.

This project explores the use of pyrophyllite, a natural clay mineral, as a partial replacement for fine aggregates in high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (HPFRC). The aim is to assess the effect of pyrophyllite on the mechanical properties and durability of the concrete when combined with different types of fibers, such as steel and synthetic fibers. Various replacement levels of pyrophyllite (7.5%, 10%, and 12.5% ) were tested for their impact on workability, compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, and durability characteristics, such as water absorption and freeze-thaw resistance.

Electronic medical records are an important part of healthcare organization. In recent years, there have been increasing concerns about privacy and integrity in the storage and use of patient information. In this case, for example, information provided under health and health insurance can be considered as evidence of health insurance and management. In the past few years, many problems in the management of medical records have threatened the privacy of patient information. The privacy of patient data is an important issue in smart medical applications. Therefore, blockchain is very necessary because it can increase transparency and security in medical practices. Therefore, this paper presents a secure blockchain framework for managing medical records using a research model. The proposed system consists of five elements: blockchain networks, smart contracts, self-regulation, data encryption, and integration with medical data. In this framework, healthcare institutions can manage health information for security and privacy. In addition, secure storage systems for electronic data have been requested to meet the needs of these institutions. It provides security and privacy for healthcare organizations, especially when managing health information, and also ensures that information that meets the needs of the organization is stored securely.
