Total Quality Management (TQM) has been a widely researched area, and numerous researchers have highlighted the benefits of implementing TQM philosophy in organisations. TQM practices in organisations have advanced over time and have significant impact on organisational performance. The study attempts to gain insight of the nature of practice of Total Quality Management and to understand the relationship between organisational performance and practice of TQM in the ISO 9000 certified manufacturing organisations in Kerala. Variables related to TQM and Quality performance and Organisational performance in the Kerala state scenario are identified in the light of review of literature and consultation from experts. The changes in the practice of TQM in the organisations after the acquisition of ISO 9000 certification is analysed. Data is collected from managers in ISO 9000 Certified manufacturing organisations in public and private sector. Findings reveal that there is improvement in practice of TQM in manufacturing organisations after getting ISO 9000 certification. A causal model on relationship of the practice of TQM and organizational performance in ISO 9000 certified manufacturing organisations in Kerala is put forth. The study revealed that there exists significant relationship between TQM practice and ISO 9000 certification among the manufacturing organisations in Kerala. Suggestions for the better implementation of TQM in ISO 9000 certified manufacturing organisations are formulated.

Poverty and food security are complex and multidimensional in character and both are interlinked. Eradication of poverty and provision of food security is indispensible for economic growth and development. The objective of the study is to focus on three important aspects of food security namely, -role of public distribution system, prevention of food wastage and scope of technology/bio-technology in achieving the objective of food security to eradicate poverty. Public distribution is corrupt and inefficient therefore, efforts should be made to eliminate corruption (36% of cereals are sold in black market). Food wastage is inevitable because of traditional practices and methods which have strong resistance to change. Technology in particular bio-technology is giving us hope by adding nutritional value and stimulating agricultural production besides conservation of natural resources. So food security is an ambition to be achieved in the years to come.

Binary and ternary mixtures of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), cethylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and polyethylene glycol hexadecyl ether (BRIJ-58) were mixed in different mole ratios to prepare aqueous homogeneous solutions. Their surface tensions were measured and studied in details. Accordingly critical micelle concentration (CMC), activity coefficients, interfacial adsorption, minimum area per molecule and energy related parameters for binary and ternary systems were assessed.

The use of non-renewable fuels for meeting rising demands of power generation is the main challenge that the world will face in next few years. Keeping this in mind among all the renewable sources of energy wind, hydro and solar, solar energy is the best and most beneficial. In order to harvest the energy of sun coming from sun to earth many different types of solar panels are used. Harvesting this energy efficiently throughout the day is a major challenge so in order to maximize the efficiency of solar panels systems for sun rays tracking are required. In this study various types of systems for sun rays tracking are discussed and the best among them is studied. In this study a thorough study has been done on the various types of devices for sun rays tracking throughout the day developed all over the world. It has been find out that these tracking devices can be classified into single axis and dual axis tracking systems based on the process by which they work in order to track sun most effectively and efficiently.

Incorporation of biosynthesis technique into nanotechnology is a significant step in nanoscience research because this green protocol of synthesizing nanoparticles is cost effective, quite safe and eco-friendly compared to the conventional chemical and physical methods. For these reasons, in recent years, this green and bio-based route for the preparation of nanoparticles has gained much attention, and many metal and metal oxide nanoparticles have been prepared by using this method in which plant source, bacteria, fungus and some biological materials are used. In this paper it is reported that the biosynthesis of Tin Oxide nanoparticles (SnO2-NPs) using guava leaf exact. Inorganic-organic hybrid nanocomposites are synthesized by dispersing nanosized SnO2 in the conducting polypyrrole matrix. The morphology of crystalline phase of nanocomposite was determined from Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopes (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra. The average size of SnO2 nanoparticles was in the range of 15 nm and the observed morphology was spherical. Complex impedance and dielectric permittivity of SnO2-PPY nanocomposite have been investigated as a function of frequency and temperature at different compositions. The dielectric permittivity 3800 is observed. Large value of permittivity is well described by Maxwell-Wagner polarization. Broad and asymmetric dielectric spectra are analyzed by Harviliak - Nigami relaxation function.

(To accomplish an economy's financial well-being, public, private, and foreign sector banks must work together. Their existence is one of the most important factors in increasing competition and improving the country's banking system's efficiency. A study of the productivity of public, private, and international banks operating in India has been undertaken. Various statistical values were calculated using data from 2001 to 2015 linked to productivity indices. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests are used to determine if a distribution is normal. The homogeneity of variance is checked using Levene's test, and the mean is utilised as the foundation for variance comparison. The Kruskal-Wallis Evaluate was performed to test the hypothesis of the dependent samples.)

The Research design is planned to provide a suitable structure for a study. It is an important part of any research work. As we know that research is to see what everybody has seen and is to think what nobody else has thought there are a number of pathways used in this research technique design. The aims of this endeavour are to design the methodology of the research pathway through various types of research design. The research pathway also clinches the researchers on how to come across the research outcome findings. Research design is not attached to any particular skill of data assortment or any particular kind of data. This study has sketched the Meaning of Research Design, Types of Research Design, Characteristics of Research Design, Need for Research Design, Different Research Design and Important Concepts relating to Research Design. The research design is directed for the different objectives. However, the fundamental objectives of this study are to make the investigator homely with the word research design. The endeavor will particularly make an effort to make the investigator familiar with the various feather of research design. It will also discuss various outlooks of research design and its structure.

The era of technology has brought a variety of approaches that aim to improve the quality of service. This has changed from the traditional scopes of practice to a technically superior age where the machine plays a critical part in society. This has also raised competitiveness since every faction is obsessed with being the best, providing the best quality of service, and appealing to several intricate domains. These systems have a way to ensure data and information are safeguarded by firewalls that encrypt the data preventing any leakage or breaking the confidentiality between two individuals bound by an agreement of privilege and trust. However, these systems can be hacked or information sullied by cyber terrorists. These crimes have egregious implications and pose ethical dilemmas since crucial personal data is no longer covertly preserved. Some of these implications can prove to be detrimental for several actors. For instance, if critical personal records and history are leaked or shared between or among individuals who do not have the authority or jurisdiction to do so, this is considered a cyber-crime. As such, the law is allowed to prosecute and charge that individual. This paper aims to identify the underpinning factors that promote Data Science in Healthcare and provision. It highlights the study's relevance today and how we can relate to the changing scope of Medicine. It then outlines the significance of the research and use of Data Sciences in the United States. Through a variety of literature on the subject, this paper outlines how Artificial Intelligence functions in the 21st Century and how it has revolutionized the practice of practically every single relevant field and or sector. The main points discussed are the changing scope and practice of health, the utility of Artificial Intelligence and adoption of Data Science in Healthcare, and the significance to the U.S.
