This paper focused on "A Comparative study of Active & Non-Active student in Physical Activity & Recreational Sports". The main objective of research paper is to compare the level of student's participation in physical activity & recreational sports and to compare the level of active & Non-active Students in physical activity & recreational sports to their fitness & self-confidence. Our sample size is 150 college level students. The tool was used Fitness Test Scale & Self Confidence scale made by investigator. The main finding of the study is there is difference between Male & Female Students to participate in physical activity & recreational sports and there is significant difference between active & Non-active Students in physical activity & recreational sports to their fitness & self-confidence. After study we can say that physical activity & recreational sports is very impotent role in student growth, fitness & self-confidence. Sport has the capacity to transform the lives of individuals. It bolsters physical, psychological, emotional, and social well-being and development. At the same time sport plays a significant role in cultures and communities around the world. These factors alone justify investment in sports programming. But there is also a growing understanding that sports programs merit support because they are powerful vehicles for achieving broader goals, particularly in advancing development and peace agendas.

Inclusive workplaces are increasingly recognized as critical drivers of sustainable development, organizational performance, and social justice. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), emphasize the need for equitable employment practices and inclusive organizational cultures. While Human Resource Management (HRM) has traditionally been responsible for recruitment, policy formulation, and employee relations, Social Work brings a rights-based, psychosocial, and advocacy-oriented approach to addressing inequality and exclusion. This concept paper examines the role of collaboration between HR professionals and Social Work practitioners in promoting inclusive workplaces aligned with SDG 5 and SDG 10. Using a qualitative secondary research methodology, the paper analyzes global reports, organizational studies, and scholarly literature to identify structural inequalities in workplaces and evaluate inclusive practices. The paper proposes an integrative HR-Social Work framework that combines data-driven HR strategies with social justice-oriented interventions. The study highlights that such collaboration enhances gender equity, reduces workplace discrimination, improves employee well-being, and supports sustainable organizational development.

94% of the labor force in India works on a contractual basis. Contract workers are present across all sectors today. Due to their lack of organization, these workers are unable to present their issues to the government or their employers. While various laws have been passed for the welfare and protection of workers, the lack of proper implementation of these laws has resulted in contract workers facing several social and economic challenges, preventing their economic and social development.

Abstract Central Universities in India persist to encounter institutional constraints in managing digital knowledge resources, including redundancy subscriptions, licensing costs, identity fabric, and Open Irony to scholarly content. Although blockchain technology has garnered global attention for secure and transparent digital transactions, its systematic application within inter-university digital library ecosystems in India remains largely unexplored and under-theorized. This paper presents a conceptual and design science-based blockchain framework for digital library resource sharing among Indian Central Universities. Grounded in design science research principles, the study proposes a decentralized architecture integrating blockchain-enabled digital identities, smart contracts, and distributed ledgers to manage access rights, lending workflows, and audit trails across institutions. Rather than reporting an implemented system, the paper focuses on architectural logic, governance assumptions, feasibility considerations, and alignment with national higher education policies. The proposed framework contributes a theoretically grounded, policy-relevant model that can inform future pilot studies, consortium-level strategies, and national digital knowledge infrastructure initiatives. Limitations and directions for empirical validation are explicitly acknowledged.

Estimation of parameters say mean, variance, median and coefficient of variation etc. is necessary under various studies. The bias and mean square error (MSE) of the estimator reflect the appropriateness and usefulness of the estimator. The improvement in the efficiency of the estimator using auxiliary information motivates the researches to suggest new estimators. Logarithmic ratio type estimator is one of the new classes of estimators where improvement has been suggested by only few authors in the literature and hence contribution to such estimators attempted for possible improvement in the efficiency of the estimators. In this study, we introduced an improved logarithmic ratio type estimator for estimating the finite population means using auxiliary information under simple random sampling scheme. The bias and mean square error (MSE) expressions for the proposed estimator have been derived up to the first order of approximation. The theoretical efficiency comparison has been carried out with the existing estimators. Also, the MSE and percentage relative efficiency (PRE), results has been calculated with real data set and artificial data set generated by using R software with bivariate normal distribution by simulation approach. The result shows that the proposed estimator performs well as compared to the other existing estimators of this class, also some new application areas might be explored in respect of such estimators.

With the increasing need for enhanced security in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, smart surveillance systems have become essential. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Smart Intruder Detection System that integrates sensor technology, real-time monitoring, and intelligent alert mechanisms to detect unauthorized access effectively. The proposed system utilizes motion sensors and camera modules to continuously monitor the protected area. Upon detecting suspicious activity, the system captures visual evidence and instantly notifies the user through alerts such as mobile notifications or alarms. Advanced processing techniques help reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy. The system is cost-effective, scalable, and easy to deploy, making it suitable for homes, offices, and restricted areas. Experimental results demonstrate reliable intruder detection with minimal response time, thereby enhancing overall security and safety. This smart system offers an efficient alternative to conventional security solutions by combining automation, accuracy, and real-time response.

In today's India, political communication depends heavily on social media to connect with voters. Political parties carefully design their online messages to appeal to people's emotions, strengthen what they already believe, and highlight "us versus them" differences between groups. This research project looks at the official social media posts of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress (INC) during the 2024 General Election, from May 1, 2024, to June 1, 2024. Using both numbers (quantitative analysis) and interpretation (qualitative analysis), the research project explores how each party used certain cognitive biases such as emotional language, confirmation bias, framing, and in-group/out-group messaging. The findings show that both parties used these techniques, but in different ways. The BJP focused more on emotional appeals and "us versus them" language, while the Congress used framing and confirmation bias to strengthen its support base. These strategies influence how people think about politics, reinforce existing divides, and shape voting behavior. So, there is a growing need for media literacy so that citizens can better understand and critically evaluate political messages shared on social media.

This study examined the relationship between specialized mathematics subjects (Pre-Calculus and Basic Calculus) and specialized science subjects (General Physics 1 and General Physics 2) among Senior High School STEM students. A quantitative-correlational design was employed, analyzing the grades of 430 students from S.Y. 2023-2024. Descriptive statistics were used to determine mean grades, Pearson's correlation tested relationships among the four subjects, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the predictive power of Pre-Calculus and Basic Calculus on Physics 1 and 2 performances. Results revealed that students generally performed well across subjects (with mean grades in the mid-80s). Correlation analysis showed that all subjects were significantly and positively related (p < 0.001). The strongest relationship was between Pre-Calculus and Basic Calculus (r = 0.76), confirming their sequential nature, while moderate to strong correlations were also found between Calculus and Physics subjects. Regression results showed that both Pre-Calculus and Basic Calculus significantly predicted Physics performance. For Physics 1, both were nearly equal predictors (? = 0.387 and ? = 0.393), explaining 53% of the variance. For Physics 2, Basic Calculus was the stronger predictor (? = 0.469 vs. ? = 0.240), accounting for 45% of the variance. This means that being strong in Math, especially in Basic Calculus, helps students in Physics. Teachers are then encouraged to connect Calculus and Physics lessons so students can clearly see how the two subjects work together.
