Alur Venkata Rao played a seminal role in shaping the ideological and cultural foundation of the Karnataka Unification Movement, which aimed to bring together the fragmented Kannada- speaking regions under one administrative state. This paper explores his contributions as a historian, writer, journalist, and cultural leader who championed the cause of Kannada linguistic unity during British colonial rule and early post-independence India. Through an analysis of his literary works, journalistic efforts, and organizational activities, the study highlights how Rao fostered Kannada identity, countered linguistic marginalization, and inspired political mobilization. The paper also examines the challenges faced by the movement, including administrative fragmentation, regional rivalries, and colonial resistance. It concludes by emphasizing Rao's enduring legacy in Karnataka's political and cultural landscape and suggests ways to revive and sustain his vision in contemporary times.

With the beginning of 21st century trends of mankind found in accessing to the digital and information technology leaving the traditional age. In the same time the demand of online learning in human society is gradually growing high and high, Higher Education in India now-a-days is attributing by theeffective use of ICT. Here the chance is expected to have a profound effect on the way of life, money making and development of education. It would there be needed to evaluate the negative of development of ICTalong with also the development of Internet and Computer devices. Online education may provide through the means of open school and University, distance course, correspondence courses, e books, etc. It is a way of studying that allows people to learn when and where need during whole life.

This research explores the socio-economic aspects of the small tea growers in Titabar Subdivision of Jorhat District, Assam. Through the study attempt will be made to understand the local farming, the socioeconomic conditions of the small tea growers and the problems they face in the trading of tea leaves. The economic condition of the people of the study area was insolvent before the advent of small tea plantation. But gradually the socio-economic condition of the people is growing because of the growing ratio of small scale tea plantation. The first-hand data is collected through semi-structured interviews and close observation. For the secondary data previous study in that direction has been consulted. The findings show that the small scale tea plantation plays a significant role in shaping the socio-economic condition of the people of the locality. Though they have to face lots of hurdles in different aspects but it has some significant positive aspects also. Attempt has been made to discuss all the aspects in a descriptive manner.

Language is constantly evolving--over time, between speakers, and across regions. This continual transformation is a hallmark of any living language. Indeed, no language changes in just one way for just one reason; instead, it experiences linguistic change (also known as language evolution), emerging in multiple forms and from various causes.

The years between 1517 to 1800 was the darkest period in the history of Arabic literature. When the Arab lands were under the subjugation of the Turks. The modern period of Arabic literature started with the invansion of Egypt by the Frence under Nepolion in 1798 and with the occupation of that country by the British in 1882. During this period, for the first time Egypt came in contact with the European culture, its scientific progress and literatures. This contact contributed to the Arab renaissance and thenceforth with other branches of knowledge, the modern Arabic literature also began to develop towards its perfection. During the 19th century historical events, social, political and cultural developments influenced the modern Arabic poetry in two ways: 1. Neo-classicism 2. Pre-romanticism.

Abstract: This paper explores the evolving relationship between ecologism and global politics, emphasizing the growing significance of ecological thought in shaping international relations and policy-making. Ecologism, a radical ideology distinct from conventional environmentalism, challenges the dominant anthropocentric and growth-driven paradigms by advocating for a holistic, eco-centric worldview. As global environmental crises--such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion--intensify, the limitations of traditional political frameworks have become increasingly apparent. This study examines how ecologism influences global political discourse through environmental governance, multilateral agreements, and transnational movements. It also investigates the North-South divide in environmental negotiations, the securitization of ecological issues, and the tension between ecological sustainability and economic globalization. The paper argues that while ecologism remains a marginal force in mainstream global politics, its normative power and ideological critique present a necessary challenge to existing systems, pushing for transformative change towards ecological justice and sustainable global governance.

Expansion of urban residency and infrastructure has caused significant depletion of natural resources and the caused building and demolition (C&D) waste material. Traditional building practices have caused environmental degradation and resource scarcity. The integration of recycled material, specifically Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) and Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) are viable schemes for promoting sustainable construction. The study provides an evaluation of the public performance, application, and environmental impact of RCA and RAP in various infrastructure sectors. Drawing upon from the global practice in countries such as Germany, Japan, and the United States, the comparative analysis shows how governmental policy, technological promotion, and quality assurance models have enabled large-scale measurement acceptance of recycled material. RAP offers substantial energy savings and economic benefits by saving asphalt binder and aggregations while RCA contributes significantly to increasing green energy, minimizing landfill dependence and lowering nursery gaseous state emission. Environmental advantages of using RAP include reducing embodied free energy and Carbon footprint. Technical challenges such as variableness in recycled stuff property and durability and performance of binder are identified. The study emphasizes the demand for robust material characterization techniques, advanced processing methods and rejuvenation of technology and the evolution of public performance-based standards to ensure consistent quality and long-term structural integrity. Insurance policy intervention, manufacturer incentive, public consciousness, and continued research are needed to integrate recycled material into mainstream building practice. The research shows how the strategic usage of recycled material can transform infrastructure development into a more sustainable, resilient and resourcefulness efficient procedure. Their acceptance addresses environmental challenges but also fosters economic fight and contributes to achieving global sustainable targets within the building manufacture.
