Abstract
The real value of local Thai products is still not known by many people across the globe . the community of producers has followed identical style and pattern of product and they have not developed variety or uniqueness in their products. The weaving industry in Thailand does not have the governmental infrastructure required or a centralized organization to help and pave the way forward for the industry. Therefore, the key issue for manufacturers is to come together as a community to increase their overall value as a joint unit. this would help them in developing skills that and knowledge that would be advantageous to produce more innovative products to maintain an edge over the competition. This paper studies the new management process in a community enterprise and give suggestion about the innovative method for enhancing the effectiveness of social enterprise.

Abstract
The study was conducted on impact of website performance and behavioral consequence. The study seems to website performance and behavioral consequence focus on enjoyment, trust, navigation challenges, website design and ease of use. The study was conducted to know the changes in website performance before and after the behavioral consequences. The empirical phase of the research was focused primarily on identifying the underlying factors to measure the effect of Behavioral consequences on Website performance. For the study of this research work non probability sampling technique was used on 200 respondent. The final results of analysis confirmed that There exists a significant impact of behavioral consequences on website performance with significance value of .000 level of significance. This study gives a direction to the website companies to frame their website structure by considering the behavioral attributes of the customers in order to sustain for a long period of time in the market.

Abstract
Tobacco use is a major preventable cause of premature death and disease. Globally, it causes over five million deaths each year. Smokeless tobacco (SLT) is available in many forms in India and is widely used by all social groups. India is the second largest consumer of tobacco products and third largest producer of tobacco in the world. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the prevalence of smokeless tobacco in Assam based on Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS) India 2009-10 data. The present study reveals that there is significant association between use of smokeless tobacco and age, gender, occupation, educational qualification of the respondents. There is an urgent need to take effective steps, especially on launching community awareness programs for the school children and public to educate them about the consequences of tobacco use and on assessing their effectiveness in curbing this burning problem.

Abstract
Kinetic investigations in Keggin-type phosphotungstic acid catalyzed oxidation of p-methyl benzhydrol by N-Chlorosuccinimide in aqueous acetic acid medium. In absence of mineral acids, the oxidation kinetics of p-methyl benzhydrol by N-Chlorosuccinimide in presence of Phosphotungstic acid shows a first order dependence on N-Chlorosuccinimide and fractional order on p-methyl benzhydrol and PTA. Activation parameters for the reaction have been evaluated from Arrhenius plot by studying the reaction at different temperature. A mechanism involving transfer of hydride ion in rate determining step is suggested.

Abstract
After Independence, when India started building the work of the country, it chose the way of planning, which was flagged with the launch of five years of planning. As economic development is clearly low, financial development and development, indicating new factories, dams, mega projects, mining etc. mainly focus on the planning of the GNP's development. They are "temples of Modem India" and a sign of progress and prosperity. Although these mega projects have enabled the industry to grow, irrigation for thirsty areas and more, economic prosperity has contributed to the country, however, these mega development projects have led to the displacement of thousands of people from their ancestral lands. The "temples of Modem India" have become "temples of doom" for people who have been exterminated. Such projects have changed the landscape, water and other natural resources used patterns in the past. People dependent on land, forest and other biological resources have eliminated their livelihood through land acquisition and displacement.
