The Preventive measures and therapeutic strategies are attaining timely with a great efforts of clinicians and scientists of the same on oral cancer. Mere improvement in therapeutic strategies is not enough to decrease the mortality and morbidity rate of oral cancer. However the recent studies have proved that delay in diagnosis remains one of the major causes of the high morbidity and mortality rate. Therefore the aim of this review is to cover the most recent data on salivary biomarkers in the detection of oral cancer. Salivary biomarkers serve as the diagnostic tool in oral cancer namely increased salivary fluid levels of cell cycle regulatory proteins such as Cyclin D1, Ki67, glycolytic enzymes like Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and Matrix Metallo Proteinase (MMP) as diagnostic tools in oral cancer is reviewed.

This research project aims to analyse the underperformance of the Book Build IPOs launched into the Indian stock market during the COVID-19 pandemic, on the day of listing and the subsequent underperformance in the short-run period individually as well as with respect to two major indices- NIFTY50 and NIFTY500. The paper also aims to understand the factors affecting the listing day underpricing of the IPOs. The factors taken under consideration for this purpose include- Issue size, Issue Price, Oversubscription, Absolute Market (Nifty50) returns, Proportion of fresh issue. The paper uses a t-test including several variables to study the listing day and post-listing performance of the IPOs. In order to study the factors affecting the listing day underpricing, the OLS regression model has been employed.

International organisations consumed seriously in the construction of institutions and fragile state in order to help democratic elections, because Elections are the core of democracy or democratic government, most relatively Bonn Agreement was the base for democratization process and as well as for the first presidential election in Afghanistan, according to this agreement transitional government has been brought to the country and Karzai was selected as president of Afghanistan in the year of 2001. In a broader concept this study is an attempt to help the readers to have a general idea about the election process in the mentioned country and specifically it emphasises more and more on the election process within Paktia province, this academic work is carried out through mix method (Qualitative and Quantitative), with the help of questionnaire and certain interviews with citizens, election system specialists and professors of the universities. Secondary data is collected from the election commission of Paktia province, independent election commission of Afghanistan, ministry of justice, independent election grievances commission of Afghanistan and previous researches and reports from internet, and furthermore some proper solvation or ways are determined and suggested by this particular study.

Nowadays human activity detection has come to be an implicit service in lots of smartphones. Everyone is turning into fitness conscious. Smartphones have embedded sensors consisting of accelerometers and gyroscopes. Therefore, the algorithms for such activity recognition should be very light to function on most smartphones or any wearables however correct at the identical time. During this paper, we will develop a lightweight software for human activity detection supported Long Short-Term Memory networks, which can learn features from raw accelerometer information, absolutely bypassing the process of generating manufactured features. We are going to assess our algorithm on information collected in a managed setting, in addition to information collected under field conditions, and we display that our algorithm is robust and performs almost equally well for each scenario even surpassing other approaches from the literature.

Smart farming system is an innovative technology that helps improve the quality and quantity of agricultural production in the country. Plant leaf disease has been one of the major threats to food security since long ago because it reduces the crop yield and compromises its quality. diagnosis of accurate diseases has been a major challenge and the recent advances in computer vision made possible by deep learning has paved the way for camera assisted disease diagnosis for plant leaf. It described the innovative solution that provides efficient disease detection and deep learning with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) has achieved great success in the classification of various plant leaf diseases. A variety of neuron-wise and layer-wise visualization methods were applied and trained using a CNN, with a publicly available plant disease given image dataset. So, it observed that neural networks can capture the colors and textures of lesions specific to respective diseases upon diagnosis, which can act like human decision-making.

Natural ingredients have been used from ancient times for skincare purposes. Nowadays, they are becoming more common in formulations, due to consumers concerns about synthetic ingredients or chemical substances. The use of bioactive extracts from a variety of plant in cosmetics are for two purposes such as body care and also influence the biological functions of the skin, providing the nutrients for the healthy skin. Generally, plant extracts are a rich source of vitamins, antioxidants, essential oils, hydrocolloids, proteins, terpenoid, and other bioactive compounds. According to their composition, these extracts can provide different properties. Nigella sativa also called black cumin and kalonji is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae. It contains many bioactive like thymoquinone, thymohydroquinone, dithymoquinone, thymol, etc. Along with pharmacological activities it also provides cosmetic activities like sun protection; anti-skin pigmentation, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial etc. Thymoquinone is the main constituent of N.Sativa seed responsible for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve skin complexion, boost the production of melanin, help to decline in skin hyperpigmentation, and cure pimple by antibacterial property. N.sativa extract helps to brightening the skin. The current review highlights the potential use and benefits of Nigella sativa in cosmetic formulation.

Medical data is one of the most sensitive types of data. Secure storage and making full use of personal medical records has always been a concern for the general population. The emergence of blockchain technology brings a new idea to solve this problem. The current way of sharing medical data is mostly done by physically transporting the document or sharing it online via email. These methods are prone to MTM (Man in the Middle) attacks where an unauthorized person might get access to medical records. Also in case if the transportation medium is compromised our data will also be compromised. Our solution is to develop a storage scheme to manage personal medical data based on blockchain and cloud storage. The system can be used by both patients and doctors. The patient can choose which report they want to share with the doctor. The Files would first be used by an OCR (optical Character Recognition ) pass which will extract the important data from the files using keyword filtering .The data will then encrypted using AES which can only be decrypted with a special key which can only be used by the patient or doctor who is authorized by the patient. The system would also have different analytical tools to help the doctor in recognizing different illnesses or take a second opinion. The system will have different endpoints through which they can avail different facilities such as Detection of pneumonia in chest x-rays.

Education competence in the present world is interwoven with the progress of every society. The most significant agency of education is school, where an individual should learn not only academics but to adjust with the surrounding in specific and society at large. The social standing of an individual is strongly characterized by the predominant features of his or her family background. School achievements are considered to be the most important in determining the career of a student. Analysis of data collected shows that the adjustment pattern is similar among students in boys, girls and co-education state board schools at the secondary level. It is also further seen that the co-education students are better than the boys in the socio-economic status of state board schools. It is also concluded from the study that co-education students are better than boys and girls in their academic achievement of state board schools. This can be due to the competitive spirit between the opposite genders with each of them trying to perform better than the other.
