 Abstract

The most popular cosmetic surgical operation nowadays in Western countries is liposuction. Since A. and G. Fischer's initial experiments with it in the 1970s, this technology has advanced quickly. It is presently frequently utilized in therapeutic settings for a variety of circumstances in the realms of aesthetics, reconstruction, and functionality. Practitioners of medicine and surgery will likely come across these people in their work as liposuction is the second most popular surgical treatment performed on patients between the ages of 35 and 64 in the United States. The function of liposuction and fat transfer in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery is covered in this succinct review, along with important factors, indications, and safety issues. Nowadays, liposuction is frequently performed under tumescent anesthesia with high dosages of lidocaine. The current study's goal was to assess the plasma levels of lidocaine and both objective and subjective symptoms 20 hours after abdominal liposuction under tumescent anesthesia using 35 mg of lidocaine per kilogram of body weight. In these reviw it is also tried to cover thr measures over consequences or complication which ever documented after liposuction.

 Abstract

This study examines the key variables that contribute to the success of bKash, a prominent Mobile Financial Service (MFS) brand in Bangladesh, and how they impact the company's brand image. bKash has become a leading figure in the rapidly expanding worldwide MFS sector, especially in countries like Bangladesh where a significant portion of the population lacks access to conventional banking services. The study's backdrop provides a framework for the emergence of MFS, highlighting the crucial influence of technology and the distinctive demographics of Bangladesh that facilitated the growth of these services. The study aims were to ascertain the key determinants of bKash's performance, assess their impact on the company's dominance in the Bangladeshi MFS market, analyse their influence on bKash's brand reputation, and provide policy recommendations for MFS brands in Bangladesh. The findings demonstrate that technical innovation, the ability to access services using basic mobile phones, strategic collaborations, and user trust are crucial elements for the success of bKash. bKash's comprehensive understanding of Bangladesh's financial landscape, coupled with its focus on accessibility and innovation, has earned it widespread trust and loyalty. Its robust agent network and convenient services bridge the gap between traditional banking and the unbanked population, propelling it to the top of the MFS leaderboard. The report also emphasises the positive influence of bKash's achievement on moulding the public impression of mobile financial services in Bangladesh, cultivating trust, loyalty, and contentment among users. Policy proposals highlight the significance of regulatory assistance in promoting the continuous expansion of MFS in emerging countries.

 Abstract

This research paper examines the themes of idealism and realism as they are found in the plays, "Arms and the Man" and "Candida" by George Bernard Shaw. The emphasis is on character analysis as a requisite to understanding the techniques which Shaw uses to demonstrate the themes in a brighter light. The characters have been examined in the light of realism with the intention of understanding why the concept is important and whether idealism as an opposite philosophy is necessary or not.

 Abstract

BACKGROUND: Tinea infection is defined as circular, itchy erythematous eruptions on the various parts of body. The different variants of tinea are tinea capitis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea mannum, tinea unguinum, tinea facie and tinea barbae. The incidence of tinea infection according to WHO is 20%-25% in population. As in the concern of its treatment many antifungal topical and steroid medicines are present in conventional system of medicine but it only showed temporary relief. Homeopathy, on the other hand being the second most popular mode of treatment showed the exponential relief in the patient suffering from varieties of tinea infection. It not only cut down the recurrence of the disease like tinea, but also improves the health of patient as a whole. Due to scarcity in research related to tinea in previous years compel us to do the research on this topic. Homeopathy literature has ample amount of information related to tinea infection and these information will be utilised in this thesis work.MATERIAL AND METHODS: A prospective observational clinical study on 40 (=n) patients was carried out at the National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata.Medicines were prescribed on the basis of individualization and reportorial totality through BBCR. Outcome was assessed by improvement in patient as a whole or reduction in size of the lesion, pruritus intensity scale using numeric rating scale(NRS) and DLQI (dermatology life quality index).RESULT: Study showed that out of 40 (=n) patients, moderate improvement showed by 18 patients i.e 45% and complete improvement showed by 14 patients i.e 35%. The difference in the mean value of Lesion size, pruritus intensity scale using numeric rating scale (NRS) and DLQI (dermatology life quality index) score before and after treatment was 4043.07, 5.42 and 13.72 respectively. ANOVA (analysis of variance)test was used and it showed that result is significant at p <= 0.05 which reject the null hypothesis (H0) in treatment of tinea infection.CONCLUSION: The response of homoeopathic medicine was encouraging with evidence of improvement in patient condition as a whole which shows the importance of BBCR in making totality of symptoms and selection of homoeopathic similimum during clinical practice.
