In this paper Performance Evaluation of Various Binary Classifiers for Big Data describe each step along the way to create a scalable machine learning system suitable to process large quantities of data. The techniques described in the research paper will aid in creating value from a dataset in a scalable fashion while still being accessible to non-specialized computer scientists and computer enthusiasts. Common challenges in the task will be explored and discussed with varying depth. A few areas in machine learning will get particular focus and will be demonstrated with a supplied case-study using Adult Census Income data. Currently, every industry uses Big Data for essential information extraction. Adult Census Income Records (ACIR) store massive data and are continuously updated with information such as age, Income, Marital Status, No. of Dependents etc. There are various methods by which data is generated and collected, including databases, websites, mobile applications, wearable technologies, and sensors. The continuous row of data will improve service, research and, ultimately, easy to find income records of adults. Thus, it is important to implement advanced data analysis techniques to obtain more precise prediction results. Machine Learning (ML) has acquired an important place in Big Data. ML has the capability to run predictive analysis, detect patterns or red flags. Because predictive models have dependent and independent variables, ML algorithms perform mathematical calculations to find the best suitable mathematical equations to predict dependent variables using a given set of independent variables. These model performances depend on datasets and response, or dependent, variable types such as binary or multi-class, supervised or unsupervised. Machine learning techniques will contribution towards making Big Data symmetric applications among the most significant sources of new data in the future. In this context, network systems are endowed with the capacity to access varieties of experimental symmetric data across a plethora of network devices, study the data information, obtain knowledge, and make informed decisions based on the dataset at its disposal. The current research analyzed incremental, or streaming or online, algorithm performance with offline or batch learning (these terms are used interchangeably) using performance measures such as accuracy, model complexity, and time consumption. Batch learning algorithms are provided with the specific dataset, which always constrains the size of the dataset depending on memory consumption.

Buleleng is the name of a district located in the northern region of Bali. This area has abundant tourism potential, but ironically, in this region the largest poverty rate throughout Bali is held, which is by 43,430 people or approximately 6.74 percent of the average percentage of poor people, which is 4.74 percent. The current case condition in Buleleng Regency showed that the tourism development has not been able to provide significant economic benefits to the local communities, in fact, as has been witnessed in developed countries, tourism has a strong potential to become an instrument for poverty Alleviation. Such poverty Alleviation would be effective if tourism net benefits that feel on the poor are greater than the social, economic and environmental costs. The objectives of this study are: (a) to examine the effectiveness of poverty Alleviation policies and programs implementation and (b) to formulate the poverty Alleviation strategies through the development of tourism in Buleleng Regency, Bali. The poor households, who lived around the tourisms villages, were the population in the study. From the population the sample was taken by applying the Slovin method. The data collection was done through interviews, observation, and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and SWOT analysis. The findings of the study showed that in aggregate the condition of poverty in Buleleng Regency is in a critical category. This indicates that the problems of poverty still need a major concern that requires serious and comprehensive handling from all aspects with the result that it can be reduced properly. The poverty Alleviation strategies based on the SWOT analysis are as follows: (a) a strategy to improve community quality and capacity, (b) a tourism development strategy for community capacity building, (c) a strategy for upgrading education and skills to improve the community independence, and (d) an institutional strategy for increasing the regional and national competitiveness.

In India, the idea of GST was contemplated in 2004 by the Task Force on implementation of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003, named Kelkar Committee. The Kelkar Committee was convinced that a dual GST system shall be able to tax almost all the goods and services and the Indian economy shall be able to have wider market of tax base, improve revenue collection through levying and collection of indirect tax and more pragmatic approach of efficient resource allocation. Under the Goods and Service Tax mechanism, every person is be liable to pay tax on output and shall be entitled to enjoy credit on input tax paid and tax shall be only on the amount of value added. The historic GST or goods and services tax has become a reality. The new tax system was launched at a function in Central Hall of Parliament on 1st July, 2017 (Friday midnight). GST, which embodies the principle of one nation, one tax, and one market is aimed at unifying the countrys 2 trillion economy and 1.3 billion people into a common market. Under GST, goods and services fall under five tax categories: 0 per cent, 5 per cent, 12 per cent, 18 per cent and 28 per cent. For corporates, the elimination of multiple taxes will improve the ease of doing business. And for consumers, the biggest advantage would be in terms of a reduction in the overall tax burden on goods. Inflation will come down, tax avoidance will be difficult, India GDP will be benefitted and extra resources will be used for welfare of poor and weaker section, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said at GST launch event in Parliament. The Lok Sabha has finally passed the Goods and Services Tax Bill and it is expected to have a significant impact on every industry and every consumer. Apart from filling the loopholes of the current system, it is also aimed at boosting the Indian economy. This will be done by simplifying and unifying the indirect taxes for all states throughout India.

Abstract Since the Internet-of-Things (IoT) has been introduced, it is considered as one of the emerging technologies providing great opportunities to many industries. One of the major IoT application areas that get signi?cant attention is Smart Irrigation. Now days smart irrigation gives a great contribution in smart cities as well as build a developed Nation, because in India more than 50% population is depend on irrigation. Smart irrigation system gives less effort and more profit to farmer. By using Raspberry pi processor system become simpler and affordable because raspberry pi is less costly than other processor also it has good peripherals. With the help of python language system becomes simple and understandable because python is simple language. Today python is widely use in industry. For firmware development thonny platform get used. System get data from sensors here system use Rain detector Sensor, Soil moisture Sensor, DHT11 Sensor. From rain sensor system come to know rain fall or not, from soil moisture sensor system get soil moisture of soil, DHT11 is a combination of temperature and humidity sensor. By using this all information firmware controls the state of motor. For data storage in sql system use X protocol. This is commonly used for database maintenances. The study is showing that automatically extracting watershed features based on Arc Hydro tools are achievable and effective. ArcHydro is a model developed for building hydrologic information systems to synthesize geospatial and temporal water resources data that support hydrologic modeling and analysis. This automation of running the model to obtain the delineated watersheds, just like ArcHydro Add-on, is much simpler. Using this tool, a user can obtain the desired result with three clicks. It has the option to set input data, output file names, and output folders of ones convenience. Myntdu River is one of the major water bodies in Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya, has been taken as the study area. A Digital Elevation Model (DEM) is used to extract various watershed features of the Myntdu River basin to obtain hydrologic modeling and analysis.

Gun Island is a beautifully realized novel that effortlessly spans space and time. It is the story of a world on the brink, of increasing displacement and unstoppable transition. But it is also a story of hope and the future is restored by two remarkable women.Amitav Ghoshs new novel ,Gun Island ,express many of the writers recurring motifs irrawaddy, dolphins ,the Sundarbans, Climate change. But at the heart of the novel is the theme of illegal migration and refugee crisis, displacement and renewal. Amitav Ghoshs novel Gun Island is as much as etymological mystery as a compelling study of illegal migration a derivation that points to the deep and civilization over the ages. Ghosh write with deep intelligence and illuminating alacrity about complex issues. This ambitious novel memorably draws connection among history, poltical and mythology.Ghoshs story involving and intricate, speaks urgently to a time growing ever more perilous. A tender ,attentive and engaging account of the ways in which an individual sensibility might be altered by ironies of the history, chance alliances and climatological . Gun island is a rich and rewarding novel that reaffirms the transformative power of topographical and human connection and registers the rhythms of the quiet and the unquiet life.

Water pollution and the growing share of wastewater released into water bodies increased stress on water environment.. Proper environmental-friendly and sustainable techniques are important for treatment of these water resources. Phytoremediation in water deals with the application of aquatic plants for the remediation of pollutants in water resources or aquatic ecosystems. In this work, efforts were made to remove pollution load of municipal wastewater by using free-floating macrophytes like Spirodela polyrhiza and Lemna minor. Both were reported as very successful duckweeds for the phytoremediation and their low cost, long storage capacity, minimal chemical and biological sludge volume. Also, their ease of transport, ability to grow under different climatic conditions and fast reproduction rates are additional advantages. The interesting results obtained were percentage reduction in COD (82.2% and 68.8%), BOD (84.3% and 63.8%), phosphate (63.8% and 59.02%,), ammonia nitrogen (75.4% and 55.9%) and nitrate (79.1% and 55.4%) for Lemna minor and Spirodela polyrizha respectively. The maximum growth of duckweeds was during the experimental period in the pH range 7-8. The study showed that this treatment can be successfully carried out on a large scale by using Lemna minor as the phytoremediation agent for about 17days as an effective, low-cost tertiary treatment for heavy loaded municipal wastewater. Also, it could be given as a stand-alone treatment with preliminary facilities, in small villages.

In this paper, an innovative control technique for wind power generation for smoothening the stator active or reactive power swell components under unbalanced grid voltage using doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG) is projected. The negative order component of the rotor current is used to diminish the active and reactive power waves, which is extracted by band pass filters. It is revealed that reducing the reactive power ripples can lead to results in the torque ripple reduction. Simulation results shows that the proposed control algorithm can reduce the active or reactive power ripple components as well as reduceing the torque and speed ripples.
