The arts and crafts of any region are the reflection of its environment, people, and traditions. Rajasthan is among the richest states of the country in the field of arts and crafts are concerned. Stone, clay, leather, wood, ivory, lac, glass, silver, gold, and textiles were given the most brilliant forms. It is the crafts and traditions of India that make it stand out in the world. However, the numerous arts and crafts are slowly getting extinct and so have to be renewed and brought back to life. Wooden blocks used for printing is one such art that is fading, due to screen printing and lack of awareness and a few other reasons. It is such an art which is used for making every piece of cloth, every design unique and different from others yet involving a sustainable process in production. The art, which was once flourishing and attracted customers from all across the world, is now struggling to survive. The artists who have been working in this field for several generations are struggling for livelihood. Incorporating the techniques of block printing along with modern technologies to create an interior space would provide a sustainable solution for both the artist as well as the designer. The feature wall and the furniture is broken down into modules, the wooden blocks used for the printing is used as modules, designed by an artist from their place. Later these blocks are arranged in the site by interlocking together. As designing of wooden blocks is a time taking process, Terracotta will be used for mass production and to obtain seamless patterns yet maintaining the essence of art would reduce the cost and carbon impact on the environment. Thus, provides a sustainable solution for preserving of art, artist, and designers.

The National Leader, Father of our Nation , Mahatma Gandhi was an embodiment of all noble qualities. His way of life is a message to all humanity and inspiration to whole mankind. He developed his knowledge and carer and struggled for Indias freedom and development. Dedication to the welfare of the nation was the aim of his life. He was an cotemporary issue to discuss and immense source of writing fot writers of that era. Different discipline like history, sociology, politics, literature and philosophy have a great impact of his ideology and he was the central figure for writers of the novelist who characterized different characters in their writings who were depicting the change in the society duo to Gandhian freedom struggle. He taught the people of India to live in peace and harmony, to love all humans and to follow a disciplined life. The non-violence principle of Gandhiji changed the lives of many people and introduced a technique of perseverance, resistant to evils and untruth. He became the centre of all socio-political developments. The Satyagraha movement inspired the local people to protest against evils and misconduct. It created a strong bond of love and compassion which united the people irrespective of their caste , creed, colour, religion. Gandhiji was an idol of truth. He was a spokesperson, who opposed the inhuman behaviour like exploitation of slaves, discrimination of people , abasement of poor and weak. During his struggle, he evolved a novel technique or method of struggle which he called Satyagraha . This method was latter used by the Indians during their freedom struggle. World peace can be established by following Truth and Non-violence. We can also solve the problems of unemployment and become prosperous through Grama- Swaraj. This is why Mahatma Gandhis teachings are relevant even today. He met with success and became popular with the masses. He dominated the Freedom Movement from 1919 to 1947. That is why this period has been called the Gandhian Era. He has been rightly called the Father of the Nation and the creator of Morden India because India won freedom in 1947 under his guidance and leadership.

The purpose of the present study, Understanding Cultural Differences in Emotional Intelligence and Attachment Style among Young Adults is to find out whether there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and attachment; whether there is a significant cultural and gender differences in emotional intelligence and attachment among young adults and whether there is a significant difference between the two variables based on culture. The sample for the study consisted of 120 young adults within the age group of 18-25 years. The samples were collected from different states of India through random sampling method. The tools used for the study are The Assessing Emotions Scale, developed by Nicola S. Schutte, John M. Malouff and Navjot Bhullar in 2008 and Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ) developed by Feeney, Noller, & Hanrahan in 1994. Karl Pearsons Correlation Coefficient, Students t-test and Descriptive Statistics were used to analyse the collected data. The results indicate that there exists a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and attachment among young adults; there is no significant gender difference between emotional intelligence and attachment; there is no significant cultural difference between emotional intelligence and attachment and there is no significant difference between emotional intelligence and attachment based on the locality.

The biopharmaceutical industry has signi?cantly turned its biologics production towards mammalian cell expression systems. The presence of glycosylation machineries within these systems, and the fact that monoclonal antibodies represent today the vast majority of new therapeutic candidates, has largely in?uenced this new direction. Recombinant glycoproteins, including monoclonal antibodies, have shown di?erent biological properties based on their glycan pro?les. Thus, the industry has developed cell engineering strategies not only to improve cells speci?c productivity, but also to adapt their glycosylation pro?les for increased therapeutic activity. One way to favor human-like glycosylation would be to use human cell lines for recombinant protein production. This strategy would warrant that proteins harbor, if not the ideal glycosylation pattern, at least a non-immunogenic glycans. The most commonly used human cell lines to manufacture glycoprotein ther- apeutics are the HEK293 cells and the HT-1080, respectively from human embryo kidney and ?brosarcoma origin.
