This study offers a thorough overview of current studies about the impact of new media on mental health and educational results, especially among adolescents. As digital technologies and media platforms like social media, online video content, and instant messaging grow quickly, young people are using new media more and more in their everyday lives. This study examines peer-reviewed publications, empirical investigations, and theoretical works produced in the last twenty years to comprehend the good and bad ramifications of this transition. The findings show that new media makes it easier to get educational materials, helps people study together, and makes people better at using technology, but it also has serious effects on mental health. These difficulties include more worry, trouble sleeping, trouble paying attention, mood swings, and trouble focusing on schoolwork. The research that were looked at show that modern media has both good and bad effects on learning and mental health. This study also points out gaps in current research, notably in cultural and regional contexts. It stresses the need for additional focused studies to look at how new media use patterns vary by age, gender, and setting. The research continues by asserting that a balanced approach to new media utilization, underpinned by awareness and regulation, is crucial for fostering healthy mental health and facilitating effective learning among kids.

Although the Internet, cellphones, artificial intelligence, and other forms of electronic communication are becoming more useful, they are also exposing young people to these kinds of connections, which endangers their physical and mental health. "Cyberbullying, a new potential threat in the digital society, and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it" -- attitudes on this are rather divided. It is imperative that everyone stays abreast of technology developments and participates actively in online forums that are prone to bullying. Most schools take bullying very seriously and work to eliminate it. The majority of educational institutions have anti-harassment and anti-bullying policies in place via their student conduct offices or disciplinary procedures. The research paper examines the effects of cyberbullying on society at large while developing an understanding of the concepts of cyberbullying. The research paper will conclude by giving suggestions to avoid the possible threat of cyberbullying.

Water is fundamental to daily life and plays critical roles across numerous sectors. To address increasing water-related challenges, innovative solutions are being developed, such as adaptive management and advanced remote sensing, along with concepts like water security and global information integration. Dam safety, in particular, is becoming more critical as aging infrastructure, seismic activity, and extreme weather events increase the risk of dam damage or failure. In response, dam safety has become a top priority for national disaster management strategies. Governments are enacting regulatory measures to ensure dam safety, and various organizations are implementing both institutional and technical safeguards. one of the primary gaps in dam safety is the lack of standardized protocols for water release, especially in emergency situations.

Background: Menopause is a significant physiological milestone in a womens life often accompanied by a range of physical, emotional and psychological changes. Aim : This cross sectional study aimed to the assess the level of knowledge and the prevailing attitudes towards menopause among perimenopausal women residing in Coimbatore district, Tamilnadu Objective: To assess the knowledge and attitude towards menopause among perimenopausal women in Coimbatore district . Methods: A descriptive cross seectional study was conducted among perimenopausal women aged 40-45 years in selected areas of coimbatore district .A structured questionnaire was used to evaluate the knowledge and attitude regarding menopause.data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistic Results: The study examined the relationship between knowledge and attitude, found a statistically significant correlation, with a p-value of 0.010 indicates there is a meaningful link between how much women know about menopause and how they feel about it. Women who were more informed about menopause tended to have a more positive or balanced attitude, while those with less knowledge were more likely to hold negative or uncertain views. This finding reinforces the importance of health education and open conversations. By increasing awareness and providing accurate information, can help women approach menopause with more confidence and less fear, leading to better mental and physical health outcomes during this important life stage. Conclusion: The study hightlights the need for commuity -based awareness health related programs to educate perimenopausal women about menopausal improving knowledge can foster postive attitudes and better coping strategies, ultimately enhanceing womens quality of life during this transitional period

The enormous impact of technological innovations related to social media platforms on the mass media, especially the news media, has triggered a massive interest among the researchers who want to examine different aspects of this transformation. One of the distinctive characteristics of social media platforms is the algorithmic curation of news, which possesses the potential to influence news agendas. It should however, be kept in mind that the research in this field is limited. The role of media in society has been defined at least since the beginning of the last century as the one of an agenda-setter and public opinion influencers. The items in this agenda, however, are carefully selected, filtered and produced by a limited number of media corporations and other powerful organizations that have the resources and connections to do so. Therefore, these items will reflect the interests of the actors behind the production of this information.

Abstract This study investigates the influence of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG-400) as a self-curing agent on the workability, mechanical strength, and durability of M25 grade concrete. PEG-400 was incorporated at 0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% by weight of cement. Experimental evaluations included slump cone test for workability, compressive, split tensile, and flexural strength tests, and durability assessments such as water absorption and mass loss. A comparative cost analysis between conventional concrete and PEG-based self-curing concrete was also conducted. Results indicated that PEG-400 enhances slump, compressive strength, and durability, with optimal performance observed at 1-1.5% dosage. Moreover, the 1% PEG-400 mix was found to be the most economical.

In the present age of digital education, OER act as useful resources that provide free learning materials, support modern teaching practices, and help learners study on their own. The study explores the awareness and utilisation of open educational resources among pupil teachers in Balasore district. The primary objectives of the study are to examine the awareness of OER among pupil teachers, compare this awareness across academic streams i.e. Arts and Science, analyse the extent of OER usage, and assess differences in usage between Arts and Science pupil teachers. A descriptive method was adopted, and 60 pupil teachers were selected as sample by using simple random sampling. Self-made awareness scale and standardised rating scales by N. Ojha and A. Surana were employed for data collection. The findings indicate that the pupil teachers of Balasore district have average awareness of OER, with no significant difference between science and arts groups. Similarly, both groups showed comparable levels of OER usage, indicating consistent utilization across streams.

Sepsis is a life-threatening condition resulting from an infection that leads to systemic inflammation and organ dysfunction, often occurring in critically ill ICU patients. Timely detection is vital to enhance patient outcomes, as delayed intervention can result in serious complications and higher mortality rates. This paper proposes an AI-powered early sepsis detection system that leverages advanced machine learning models, specifically Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks and Temporal Convolutional Networks (TCN), to predict sepsis in ICU patients based on clinical data from the MIMIC-III/IV datasets. The system integrates Explainable AI techniques, such as SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) and LIME (Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations), to provide transparent insights into prediction factors, fostering clinician trust and informed decision-making. A real-time dashboard offers actionable alerts and visualizations, aiding clinicians in timely interventions. By improving prediction accuracy, optimizing resource allocation, and reducing ICU mortality rates, the system demonstrates significant potential for enhancing clinical outcomes and generating cost savings in critical care settings.
