The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of yoga asanas, pranayama and free hand exercises on stress, pulse rate and blood pressure of females of Sirsa. A sample of 100 females between the age of 13 to 19 years was randomly selected from Sirsa. For assessing the effect of yoga asanas, pranayama and free hand exercises on stress, pulse rate and blood pressure, yoga asanas, pranayama and free hand exercises were given thorough training of six months. The data were obtained through pre test and post test and were statistically analyzed. A significant difference was seen in pulse rate and blood pressure. Yoga asanas, pranayama and free hand exercises help in improving the pulse rate and blood pressure. Improving these variables shows that yoga asanas, pranayama and free hand exercises can increase the efficiency of the subjects.

Multi component analysis uses the analytical method of derivative UV spectrophotometry. It has significant implications for getting both qualitative and quantitative information in order from unresolved band spectra, and it frequently uses the first or higher derivatives of absorbance in accordance with wavelength for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The most straightforward technique for derivatizing spectra to increase selectivity is derivative spectroscopy. When a drug sample demonstrates significant, irrelevant absorption, this approach is employed. As long as Beer's law is followed by the fundamental spectrum, it entails converting the normal spectrum to its first, second, and higher derivative spectra, where its amplitude is proportional to the analyte concentration.

Folklore is a discipline within the paradigm of Cultural Studies. Oral narratives, oral poetry, folk speech, physical and material culture, social folk custom and performing arts, etc. are the different genres of folklore which each folk member of a folk group has as its constituents since quite early times. In fact, folklore can be regarded as an index of a folk group. folklore discipline is treated as a tool for producing new genres of culture. Folklore discipline is treated as a tool for producing new genres of culture. The Manipuris who settled in the North-east corner of India are a folk group having a vast treasure of folklore in their literature. In the cultural history of this group, only the pre-Vaishnavite period evinced a purely distinct culture of this group. As in the Medieval period, the impact of Sanskritisation engendered a diglossic situation in the Manipuri cultural scenario. Under the influence of Ramanandi and Goudiya Vaishnavite cult, temples in the name of Lord Rama and Sri Sri Govinda were constructed and in the process of a full-fledged Hindu religion started flowering in the domain of the then Manipuri society ever since. Eventually, the Manipuris started to immerse themselves in the philosophy of the great Hindu epics like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata and the Puranas like Sri SriMadh Bhagavat Gita, etc. New ritual performance texts of religious practices of the Manipuri Vaishnavite cult were composed in styles tinged with bona-fide Manipuri ethos under the patronage of royal families. In all these performance texts, in expressing Vaishnavite philosophy, folk arts as well as folk elements of Manipuri folklore were incorporated so freely that it resulted in creating a deluge of new performing texts of Manipuri culture in the gamut of the cultural history of the Medieval period.

There are three main types of factors - (Intrinsic, extrinsic and interpersonal) which tend to motivate the young students in making job choice. (Peter Akosaha-Twunasi et al, 2018). A number of studies have been conducted on the general factors affecting career choice of the students. The present study is specific to the analysis of extrinsic factors including salary, work culture, glamour and additional perks associated with a particular job. The main objective of this study is to explore the significance of extrinsic factors (Salary, work culture, glamour and additional perks) in job selection decision by the secondary school students. The study was conducted in district Rajouri of Jammu and Kashmir U.T by means of a sample survey. The data were collected from a sample of 240 secondary school students comprising of 120 boys and 120 girls reading in government and private high and higher secondary schools of the selected district. A self developed questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection. The data were analysed using descriptive statistical tools like mean, range, percentage and tables. The results showed that the intrinsic/job specific factors including ? salary, work culture and glamour have significant effect on the process of job choice decision making of the students.

Today information and communication technology have become an integral part of our day-to-day life and everyone including the children have access to computers at home, school, and cyber cafe. There is a knowledge boom in cyberspace and information technology has made available vast academic literature relating to all streams of academics making them accessible to all and can be used for achieving academic pursuits and building careers. At the same time obscene and pornographic literature and videos are also available in cyberspace and are accessible to all irrespective of the age of the users. Generally, computers are used for different purposes such as education, communication, and entertainment. But astonishingly it is an established fact that children use computers for entertainment purposes too for pornographic sites and tender minds have the curiosity and tendency to search for such sites. These sites have a very negative impact on young minds that adversely affect their psychological and physical well-being. Further, the children use social networking, such as the internet, computers, smartphones and other communication technology devices for email, Google, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, etc. But unfortunately, a good number of children are using information technology for such ulterior purposes which have the tendency to ruin them academically, physically, and psychologically. In view of this, the duty lies on parents, teachers, and guardians to make their children aware of the advantages and disadvantages of information technology.
