Background: Pakshaghaat, described in Ayurveda, resembles hemiplegia or cerebrovascular accident (stroke) in modern medicine. It occurs due to obstruction (Avarana) of Prana Vayu by aggravated Pitta, leading to neuromuscular dysfunction.Aim: To evaluate the role of Ayurvedic interventions, specifically Pitta Shamana Chikitsa and Prana Vayu Balya Chikitsa, in the management of Pakshaghaat (Pittavrita Prana). Methods: A 58-year-old female presented with facial deviation, slurred speech, and right-sided weakness. She was treated with Ayurvedic formulations (Suvarna Sutshekhar Rasa, Godanti Bhasma, Abhrak Bhasma, Mahayograj Guggulu) and Panchakarma procedures (Nasya, Shiropichu, Sarvanga Abhyanga, Pinda Sweda). Physiotherapy was also administered. Clinical assessments, MRI, cardiac evaluation, and lipid profile were performed before and after treatment. Results: Within 15 days of treatment, the patient's right upper limb muscle power improved from 3/5 to 5/5. Speech clarity was restored, and she regained daily functional abilities. MRI revealed ischemic pathology, while lipid profile and cardiac reports supported vascular involvement. Sustained recovery was observed after one month of continued therapies. Conclusion: Ayurvedic management using Shamana, Panchakarma, and supportive physiotherapy demonstrated significant improvement in neurological deficits of Pakshaghaat. An integrative approach may enhance recovery and quality of life in stroke patients.

Healthy Hair adds beauty and self-confidence. Healthy, long and vibrant hair helps a lot in improvement of personality. In Ayurveda, hair-fall is known as Khalitya. Acharya Sushruta and Acharya Vagbhata mentioned it under the heading of Kshudra Roga and Shiroroga respectively. It is the most common condition in both young age. Khalitya is primarily a Pitta dominant Tridoshjanya Vyadhi and rakta dushti. Khalitya is primarily caused by the overuse of various hair products, poor dietary habits; and lifestyle choices. contamination; hormonal imbalances; and others. Indulging in Vatakara aahara and vihara leads to vata prakopa in turn further leads to Asthi Kshaya. "In Asthi K?haya, Keshapatana is described as a characteristic manifestation. This indicates that depletion or reduction of Asthi Dh?tu adversely affects its mala, thereby leading to Keshapatana (hair loss)." A 29-year female patient reported at the Kaya chikitsa department's OPD in the Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya and Hospital, Hubballi with chief complaints of knee joont pain on prolong standing and Hairfall. In this case, patient was suggested to take Abha Guggulu thrice a day with milk for 45 days. The effectiveness of the therapy was assessed by examining the difference in the patient's signs and symptoms before and after treatment. A distinct scoring scheme was devised for the purpose of evaluating.

Title: Impact of Regular Yoga Practice on Building Resilience in IT Professionals Background: IT professionals face unique stressors such as long working hours, demanding projects, and constant technological change, making them highly susceptible to burnout and decreased well-being. Harnessing internal strengths such as resilience is assumed to act as a buffer against occupational stress in high-demand work environments. Aim/Objective: To examine the levels and interrelationships of resilience dimensions (self-reliance, meaningfulness, equanimity, perseverance, and existential aloneness) in IT professionals who practice yoga. Methods and Materials: The 14-Item Resilience Scale (RS-14) was administered to a sample of 50 male and female IT professionals aged between 30 and 55 years, from different companies, who had been regularly practicing yoga at least three days per week for the past six months. Each session included one hour of yoga practice consisting of asanas, pranayama, and short meditations. Data collection was conducted at the end of the practice period. Results: Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to examine the interrelationships among the five resilience dimensions in IT professionals practicing yoga. All dimensions were found to be positively and significantly correlated with each other at the 0.01 level (two-tailed). Conclusion: Regular practice of yoga--including asanas, pranayama, and meditation--may contribute to building resilience in IT professionals.

Abstract Drumstick leaves powder (DLP) is recognized globally for its nutritional benefits, but its use in local recipes is limited due to its bitter taste. Therefore, this study focused on producing high-quality DLP using nutrient-preserving techniques such as chemical blanching and cabinet drying. The prepared DLP was incorporated into crackers, which were then analyzed for their proximate, mineral, and phytochemical content. The results showed that crackers enriched with 5% DLP had good sensory properties, comparable to the control. Additionally, a 100 g serving of these enriched crackers could meet the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for children in terms of protein, calcium, beta-carotene, and some ascorbic acid, while providing 33% of protein for men, 50% for women, and fully meeting beta-carotene needs of pregnant and lactating women.

This study aims to evaluate concrete having Waste Marble Powder (WMP) as partial replacement of cement. Marble is a standout amongst the most imperative materials utilized as a part of the development business. Marble powder is produced from processing plants during the sawing and polishing of marble blocks and about 20 - 25% of the processed marble is turn into powder form. Disposal of the marble powder material from the marble industry is one of the environmental problems worldwide today. The present study is aimed at utilizing Waste marble powder construction industry itself as Marble powder contains high calcium oxide content of more than 50%. The potential use of marble dust can be an ideal choice for substituting in a cementitious binder as the reactivity efficiency increases due to the presence of lime. A total of five concrete mixes, containing 0%, 20%,40% partial replacement of cement with marble powder are investigated in the laboratory. The Results of an experimental investigation on the effects of concrete materials-, mix- and workmanship-related variables, on the Rebound Number and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity of concrete, are presented. The investigations aimed at developing a method of combined use of both the non-destructive tests for assessment of strength of concrete with greater accuracy. Workmanship variables included different lengths of moist curing

Before 2011, Jharkhand, like other states, had no maximum time limit for civil services. Effectively curbing red tape and unnecessary delays was difficult. However, the enactment of the Jharkhand State Service Guarantee Act, 2011, in 2011 marked an ambitious beginning in this direction. While the Act covered a limited number of services at the time, its objective was noble: good governance, transparency, and timely service delivery. After 2011, numerous changes were made to the Act as needed, making it even more beneficial year after year. Following its enactment, regulations and guidelines were developed, services were expanded in several phases, and timely deadlines were altered. With a total of 363 notified services, this Act has become an effective measure of accountability and good governance. If services are not provided within the stipulated timeframe, the concerned officials are now facing fines or penalties. After continuous changes over the past 14 years, from 2011 to the present, the right to timely service is now being realized for the citizens of the state.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)--spanning OCR, knowledge graphs, and large language models (LLMs)--is now capable of turning India's sprawling, multi-format financial data into structured, decision-grade reports at scale. This paper synthesizes the background and need, global and Indian applications, and near-term use cases across corporate finance, banks/NBFCs, taxation, investment research, insurance, and regulation. We quantify time, cost, and carbon/ESG benefits using official datasets wherever possible and provide transparent assumptions for guesstimates where official numbers don't exist. We incorporate RBI's emerging FREE-AI governance, SEBI's 2025 AI/ML consultation, GST e-invoicing scale, UPI/payments indicators, and Account Aggregator (AA) adoption to ground a pragmatic roadmap for Indian institutions. We close with implementation risks, research gaps, and a five-year outlook (FY26-FY30) for measurable national savings.

The Code of Criminal Procedure (2nd Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 is a great step in making Bangladesh's criminal justice system more modern and sophisticated. People have constantly condemned Bangladesh for its history of violating human rights during colonial times. The current transformation didn't happen all at once; it was the product of judicial activism, especially the Supreme Court's final rulings in several major cases over the years. The highest court of Bangladesh made a lot of critical decisions for building a criminal justice system free from torture, inhuman treatment and deprived of fundamental rights. The current interim government, which has a unique political mandate, recently passed enactment now make these decisions into legislation so that they can be enforced more widely. The new elements introduced to the CrPC, 1898 help the rules work better and improve the way they are utilized more in keeping with constitutional rights, which are the basic rights. In order for this modernization to function, we need to address the fundamental issues of politics and legitimacy and fix the deep-seated problems in our institutions, like a lack of resources and public trust.
