By identifying key factors that influence work-life balance for both genders, the study provides insights into effective strategies for promoting equity and supporting diverse needs within the workforce. This comprehensive analysis underscores the importance of fostering a balanced and inclusive work environment that accommodates the unique demands of all employees.

 Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to understand the user's perception towards features of Google forms in Tirupur City. From this research it is found that attitude and personal norms are positively influencing level of satisfaction and attitude towards features of Google forms and services. This study helps the authorities to design strategies for improving the services of Google forms. The structured questionnaire was used collect primary data and analyzed using software package. This study aims to investigate the effect of demographic factors towards user's level of satisfaction towards features of Google products and services. A total of 120 completed questionnaires were collected via convenience sampling from customers in Tirupur City. Six demographic variables were used in this study including Gender, Age, Marital Status, Type of Family, Family Monthly Income and Employment Status. The findings of the present study showed that the most used statistical techniques were percentage analysis, rank analysis, Chi-Square and Anova Test. Based on the findings of the present study, several suggestions and recommendations to improve the usage of Google forms have been identified.

 Abstract

Perusing with the potent embodiment of Jane Austen's strong and radiant idea of womanhood - duly drawn and developed with her charismatic heroine protagonists, the study seeks to envision the beauty and strength of a woman from the cultural camera of the contemporaneous subject of Post Feminism; wherein it also paints and develops substantially with the calligraphy of a new woman from the candid narratives of the scholarly Sophie Kinsella. The world of Sophie Kinsella ponders on the requisites of contemporaneous finances, fashion, technological advances and consumerist approach encompassing the sociological milieu of her central characters throughout her narratives. In lieu of this thought process, the present study seeks to design the approach with a commemoration of the idea of Post Feminism and Chick literature as a subject more of Sensibility and ethos, than that of the premises of a critical movement only.

 Abstract

India's foreign policy has evolved significantly since its independence in 1947. Initially, India, along with other newly independent colonies, established the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in 1961 as a voice for developing countries at multilateral forums. After the end of the Cold War in 1991, India took political steps to improve its relationships with the USA, Western European countries, and China, and adopted a new economic policy centered around liberalization, privatization, and globalization. In recent years, several experts have attributed changes in India's foreign policy to the leadership of Narendra Modi, who was elected in 2014. They have referred to this new approach as the "Modi Doctrine" and argue that it differs significantly from previous policies. However, while Modi's objectives are more energetic, some experts suggest that his foreign policy is similar to that of his predecessors Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh. India has faced numerous challenges in its 75 years of independence, including the confrontation with China in 1962 and the IPKF's misadventure in Sri Lanka. To navigate the challenging road ahead in this era of geopolitical transformation, India can draw lessons from its foreign policy since independence, which has been divided into six broad phases.

 Abstract

Secularism is a concept that has been widely debated and discussed in India. The country's unique brand of secularism has evolved over time and is distinct from the Western model. India's secularism is based on the principles of religious freedom in personal life and the exclusion of religion from public life. The goal of secularism in India is to create a society that respects and protects the rights of all individuals, regardless of their religious beliefs, and promotes equality and fairness for all. India's decision to adopt secularism was influenced by its diverse ethnic makeup, which it was believed was necessary for the survival of the Indian state. Secularism was intended to address the issue of religious and ethnic pluralism by uniting India and drawing inspiration from the concept of modernity. Despite this equality, secularism has confronted resistance both within and outside India. External challenges emanate from Pakistan, while internal challenges stem from religiously motivated ethnic groups, such as Hindus, Sikhs, and Muslims, as well as specific regions within India, like Kashmir. These groups and regions pose a threat to secularism and federalism through their secessionist or separatist aspirations, which are partly rooted in religion but also have political, economic, social, and cultural implications for the affected regions.

In today's fast and competitive world, many gynaecological cases are rapidly style, faulty food habits, depression, addiction and loss of mental peace. In Ayurveda, increasing because of sedentary life sthanika chikitsa (local therapies) are specialized treatment procedures for women. The procedures basically deal with the disorders of tryavarta yoni (three coverings of vagina). Among them Uttarbasti is an important and a unique Ayurvedic procedure. It is mentioned for the genitourinary disorders of both, the males and the females. Vitiation of vata is mainly responsible for yoniroga and artav vikar. Basti treatment stands best in vata shaman chikitsa. In this study, uttarbati is reviewed through ancient text and an effort is made to understand the concept of uttarbasti.

 Abstract

Finance is defined as the management, creation and study of money and investments. The management of finance has become very important for individuals to save the money for future. There are several options like Fixed deposits, Insurance, Gold Deposits, Bonds, Real estates, Stock market investments, Mutual Funds, Post office schemes etc for saving the money. Due to the invention of various virtual trading applications the participation in the stock market investments has increased. There are various virtual trading applications like Upstox, Zerodha kite, Grow, Angel one, Dalal Street, Trading view etc. The present research study is mainly focused on understanding the awareness and impact of various virtual trading applications in retail investors behaviour. The study also focused on understanding the motivating factors and the behavioural patterns of the retail investors. The present research study also aimed to identify the challenges and reason for using virtual trading applications. The present research study is 'Descriptive' in nature. The data collected is through a standardized questionnaire circulated to the respondents living in Hyderabad city, Telangana state. The sampling technique used in the study is 'Cluster sampling'. The study concluded that there is a moderate impact of virtual trading applications on retail investors in decision making.

 Abstract

The study titled "Association Between Techno-pedagogical Competence and Critical Mindedness among the Prospective Teachers of Tripura" investigates the association between techno-pedagogical competence and critical-mindedness among prospective teachers in Tripura. The research employs a descriptive survey design, with a sample size of 328 participants, determined using Slovin's formula. The study focuses on two primary variables: Techno-pedagogical Competence, assessed using the "Teacher's Techno Pedagogical Competence Scale" developed by Rajashekar and Sathiyaraj (2013), and Critical Mindedness, evaluated using a self-developed questionnaire. The Chi-square test was employed to ascertain the association between these two variables. The findings reveal a significant association between techno-pedagogical competence and critical-mindedness among prospective teachers in Tripura. This association underscores the importance of integrating technology into pedagogy and the role of critical thinking in this process. The study affirms the need for teacher education programs to place a strong emphasis on developing both techno-pedagogical competence and critical-mindedness among prospective teachers, ensuring they are well-prepared to educate the digital natives of the 21st century.
