Language is nothing but medium for communication and medium of instructions. Constitution of India recognises other 21 languages. That's the reason India doesn't have a national language. Master Macaualay suggested that English ought to be made the fundamental language to study. Most of languages spoken in India are Hindi and English. This makes an issue in three fields for example verifiable, political, and authoritative and they frequently cross over one another. The Linguistic reorganisation of India was brought up in the Constituent get together itself. Various commissions and committees were formed to solve the issue of language. Linguistic minorities are measured as a group or collectives of people residing in the territory of India or any part thereof having a distinct language or script of their own. The Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution makes reference to the scheduled languages of India. Official language & Official language for communication between one State and another or between a State and the Union. In Indian culture, a fantasy exists that Hindi is the public language of India. Be that as it may, this isn't accurate. We previously comprehended that India just has official languages. National Educational Policy 2020 of Ministry of human research development by Government of India. The purpose of the three-language formula was defeated to promote inter-state communications. A non-Hindi-speaking state like Tamil Nadu adopted a two-language policy and did not implement the three-language formula. And since then, in Tamil Nadu two-language policy is working. Public reconciliation in a multilingual nation doesn't need the inconvenience of one official language on the country, particularly when the language chose for the intention is one of its numerous regional languages.

The environment faces many threats that harm human health. To tackle these issues, Anastas and Warner introduced Green Chemistry. This concept helps people find safer ways to use and dispose of chemicals. This study investigates the level of green chemistry knowledge, awareness, and attitudes among college students of Rajasthan. It also explores the relationships between these constructs. Using a survey design, data were collected from 305 college students in Udaipur and Dungarpur districts of Rajasthan state through a 45-question questionnaire, consisting of 15 questions (right/wrong type) on green chemistry knowledge and 30 Likert-scale questions on awareness and attitudes. Descriptive analysis revealed high levels of green chemistry knowledge and attitudes, and very high levels of awareness. Pearson correlation analysis showed small correlations between knowledge, awareness, and attitudes. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) indicated no significant differences between urban and rural students regarding their green chemistry knowledge, awareness, and attitudes. The multiple-choice questions on green chemistry knowledge were converted into a new instrument to further analyze university students' knowledge levels, enabling a deeper study of green chemistry knowledge, awareness, and attitudes.

Background: A premature baby's delivery is an immediate and significant source of worry for parents. Research has shown that parents of preterm infants endure much more stress than parents of full-term infants. Support and care are needed for both moms and fathers of infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Parents find the experience of their prematurely born child being admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to be upsetting, and it has been linked to symptoms of anxiety, sadness, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Methodology: Parental Stressor Scale- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support these scales were taken. Both the scales were translated in local language i.e. Marathi A total 30 samples were selected randomly. Both scales were administered in local language. Data analysis & Results - Descriptive analysis was used for PSS-NICU and MSPSS. As per PSS-NICU More than 70 % fathers have stress. On MSPSS they reported that they have social support from family and friends. Conclusion: According to our study we conclude that father's also experience stress when the child is in NICU. Social support is essential in this crucial period when the baby is in NICU. More than 70% fathers feel they have support from friends and family. It may be due to inclusivity of family members in decision making and supportive Indian culture.

The Stockholm Conference of 1972 was a significant milestone in the development of global environmental governance. It played a crucial role in bringing about a fundamental change in international policy and had a profound impact on national legal frameworks around the world. The conference centred around the acceptance of the Stockholm Declaration, a significant document that confirmed principles asserting the entitlement to a healthy environment and the need to protect it for future generations. The Stockholm Conference had a significant impact in India, leading to constitutional amendments and legislative measures focused on environmental conservation. In 1976, the Indian Constitution was amended with the 42nd Amendment, which included clauses that made it mandatory to safeguard the environment. This amendment laid the foundation for future environmental laws. The Environment Protection Act of 1986 was established as a comprehensive framework to govern pollution and hazardous industries in response to international imperatives and domestic environmental catastrophes, such as the Bhopal Gas Tragedy. This article offers a concise summary of how the Stockholm Conference of 1972 had a widespread impact, greatly influencing India's environmental laws by passing the Environment Protection Act in 1986.

Under the authorities of the white people in colonized Australia, both the Aboriginals and the white have their own stories to tell. The Aboriginals as men and women commonly experience exploitation in the hands of the white and in specific cases; even the white women became the victims of exploitation on the cattle stations, run and managed by the white men. The Aboriginals are restricted from being idle. In case they don't work, they are not entertained to stay on the stations. They are not paid wages for their work. Due to the cruel treatment the people on the stations receive from their white bosses, there are many painful memories of their lives associated to the cattle stations. The cattle stations are like graveyards, filled with memories. Series of deaths are found to occur on the cattle stations for various seasons. David Milroy's Windmill Baby, the winner of Patrick White Award (2003) serves as an album to the memories associated to an abandoned cattle station. Old Maymay, the narrator of the story accounts to her audience, the exploitation that the Australian Aboriginal men, women, and the missus - a white woman and the wife of the boss undergo on a cattle station. Pain, suffering, insult, love, loss, death, and cruelty are found to occur in the play due to the way the residents are treated. The present paper focuses on the exploitation that the people have undergone on an abandoned cattle station.

Transport plays a very important role in the economic, social and cultural development of the country, just like blood vessels work for the smooth functioning of the human body; similarly transport networks play a special role in the development of the country. There are many types of transportation such as road transportation, rail transportation, water transportation, and air transportation, but among all these modes of transportation, road transportation is used the most. Each year, a staggering 1.3 million people are killed on roadways around the world and millions are injured or disabled. Road crashed are estimated to be the eighth leading cause of death globally for all age groups and leading cause of death for children and young people in the 5-29 age group. India accounts for the highest number of road crashes globally, with 1.5 lakh people being killed and more than 4.5 crippled annually in 4.5 lakh road crashes with losses accounting to 3.14 of the GDP. Maharashtra has reported 13528 deaths which is an increase of 14 % in the number since 2020. Two and three wheelers occupants topped in the number of deaths and non-fatal injuries of all road users. Two wheelers and three accounted for 54 % of all deaths followed by pedestrians with 20 % the vulnerable road users including pedestrians, two and three wheelers and the cyclists accounted for 75 % of total deaths. Men between 25 to 45 years of age accounted for most deaths and non-fatal injuries. Most two wheelers deaths and injuries caused by other two wheeler and cars. [1]. A total of 1239 accidents occurred in Nashik district in the year 2020, in which 746 people were killed and 801 were injured, mode of accidents by motorcycle which is 36%, cars 19% and pedestrians 14% percent and truck 5 % and rest of accidents seen in the other modes. Most of the accidents occurred in the month of December and highest time observed 07.00 pm To 9.00pm. The research paper is based on secondary data and the secondary data is taken from Maharashtra Road Crash Report 2021. The main objective of the research is to find out the reasons behind the road accidents and to find out the measures to reduce them.

The Indian subcontinent is famous for its different types of structures and monuments. Buddhist architecture was home to some of the most notable and historically significant works of art that date back centuries. The beautiful architectural buildings belong to different dynasties. The word stupa is described in the Vedic literature of the Rig-Veda, the Vajanseyi samhita, the Atharveda, etc. However, the modern perspective of Stupa is related to Buddhism. Buddhism and stupas are interchangeable terms. The oldest architecturally-based object of worship in India is the Stupa. Initially the shape of the stupa was like an uplakar, bulbulakaar and dhanyakar. This well-built platform houses the Buddha's and his disciples' physical remains. In a Buddhist text, Angutarnikaye Mahatma Buddha said the Stupa could be built on the remains of Tathagata and the Chakrabarti king. This deep dialogue between Mahatma Buddha and Anand, related to the Buddhist Stupa, is described in Buddhist text as the Mahaparinirvana Sutta. The word Chaitya is also used for Stupa in literature, but Stupa is directly related to remains, and Chaitya had an imagination of the remains. After the Mahaparinirvan of Mahatma Buddha in Kushinagar, Drona divided his relics into eight parts, and eight state rulers received his body relics and built the Stupa on their remains. There are five main categories of Stupa based on their form and functions. Throughout India, the Mauryan Emperor Asoka built many brick-built stupas. The remains of this Stupa have been covered in Pakistan and Afghanistan, in addition to several locations in India, including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab etc.

Background: Cultural intelligence refers to the skill to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It's the capability to cross boundaries and prosper in multiple cultures. Sedentary activity refers to the act of sitting for extended periods with minimal muscle movement. Emotional regulation, refers to the processes by which individuals influence which emotions they have, when they have them, and how they experience and express these emotions. Quality of work life is a generic phrase that covers a person's feelings about every dimension of work including economic reward and benefits, security, working conditions, organizational and interpersonal relationship, and its intrinsic meaning in a person's life. Purpose: The aim of the study was to examine the role of cultural intelligence, sedentary behaviour on emotional regulation, quality of work life of corporate employees, and to find out is there any difference in emotional regulation and quality of work life among public and private corporate employees. Methods: A descriptive survey research design was used with convenient sampling; total 148 corporate employees were selected in this study. Data were collected using four psychological tools namely, Cultural Intelligence Scale, Sedentary Behaviour Questionnaire, Emotional Regulation Scale, Work-related Quality of Life Scale, in Purulia, Bankura, Howrah district of West Bengal. Descriptive statistics, regression and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. Result & Conclusion: Through this study it is concluded that cultural Intelligence and sedentary behaviour have significantly predicted quality of work life of corporate employees. However, no significant association has been found between Cultural Intelligence and Emotional Regulation. This indicates that while cultural Intelligence may contribute to a better overall work experience, it does not necessarily enhance an individual's ability to manage emotions. Sedentary behaviour negatively influence emotional regulation and it's positively influenced quality of work life. In the present study no significant difference among private and public sector have been found in terms of emotional regulations and quality of work life of employees. Hence more geographical area with large number sample is suggested for future research.
