Women's representation in Indian literature and arts has a rich and diverse history, spanning centuries. Despite the societal norms and patriarchal structures that have often marginalized women's voices, Indian women have made significant contributions to the country's literary and artistic landscape. In literature, Indian women writers have explored themes of identity, belonging, and empowerment, often challenging traditional gender roles and societal expectations. Authors like Rani Rashmoni, Sarojini Naidu, and Mahasweta Devi have written about women's experiences, struggles, and triumphs, paving the way for future generations of women writers. In art, Indian women have made significant contributions to various forms, including painting, sculpture, and dance. Artists like Amrita Sher-Gil, Roshanara Begum, and Kanak Lata are notable examples of women who have pushed the boundaries of traditional Indian art forms, experimenting with new styles and mediums. The 20th century saw a surge in feminist movements in India, which led to a greater emphasis on women's representation in the arts. The Progressive Writers' Movement and the Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA) provided platforms for women writers and artists to express themselves freely. In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of women's representation in Indian literature and arts. The government has launched initiatives to promote women's participation in the arts, such as the Ministry of Culture's "National Mission on Women Empowerment through Art" program. Despite these efforts, there is still a long way to go in ensuring equal representation and opportunities for women in Indian literature and arts. However, the works of Indian women writers and artists continue to inspire and empower audiences around the world, showcasing their unique perspectives on Indian culture, society, and identity.

This paper presents a Facial Emotion Detection System with Expression Recognition, utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) implemented with TensorFlow and Keras. The system operates in two phases: detecting faces in images and then recognizing their expressions. The combination of deep learning and emotion recognition has significant potential across various fields. This work focuses on "Image-based emotion detection using deep learning," leveraging CNNs to identify and classify facial expressions, which are key to understanding human emotions. CNNs are used for their ability to extract detailed features from images. Additionally, the wavelet transform is integrated to enhance the accuracy of recognizing subtle emotional nuances. The study utilizes a dataset from Kaggle, containing seven distinct facial expressions, for experimental analysis. Results indicate that the CNN method, improved with wavelet transform, significantly boosts accuracy in facial expression recognition. This innovative approach promises applications in human-computer interaction and mental health assessment, providing a pathway for precise and nuanced emotional interpretation of facial images.

This paper examines how hybrid work models affect organizational culture and employee engagement. With the increasing adoption of hybrid work arrangements, understanding their impact on employee engagement becomes crucial. Using a mixed-methods approach, this study combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to explore these effects across different industries. Findings suggest that while hybrid work models can support flexibility and work-life balance, they also pose challenges for maintaining cohesive organizational culture and engagement. Recommendations for organizations include investing in communication tools and developing inclusive practices to enhance engagement in hybrid settings.

The Fit India Movement, launched by the Government of India in 2019, is a national initiative aimed at promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle among its citizens. This movement seeks to address the growing concern of lifestyle-related diseases by encouraging individuals to incorporate regular physical activity and sports into their daily routines. Key initiatives include the Fit India School Campaign, the Fit India Freedom Run, and the Fit India Mobile App, which collectively aim to make fitness accessible and integral to every aspect of life. By fostering a culture of fitness, the movement aspires to build a healthier nation, with a focus on improving the physical and mental well-being of all Indians. Despite challenges such as ensuring sustained participation and expanding access to fitness resources, the Fit India Movement represents a critical step toward a stronger, healthier India.

Purpose: This systematic review intends to explore the possible precautionary measures and interactions of modern era for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) among growing population. Therefore, it was decided to create this systematic review. Methodology: For the current study, online sources like national and international journals MEDLINE/PubMed, SCOPUS, PsycINFO, Google Scholar, British Heart Foundation, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), American Heart Association (AHA) & American College of Cardiologists (ACC) and Sports Discuss, the review encompasses articles published up to December 2023. Findings: The results of this systematic review are based on twenty-three eligible articles that met the review's eligibility criteria and included both qualitative and quantitative research, suggesting that the CVD continues to rise as a result of changing lifestyles, an ageing, expanding population and increased heart attack and stroke survival rates. If these trends continue, the number of people affected by these conditions will also increase. Although some research articles show the need of more focus on this particular problem. Conclusion: All disorders of the heart and circulation are together referred to as heart and circulatory diseases. It covers everything from inherited or birth problems to illnesses including coronary heart disease, irregular heartbeats, heart failure, stroke and vascular dementia that arise later in life. Globally, there are around 620 million individuals who suffer from heart and circulation disorders. This figure has been steadily increasing due to alterations in lifestyle, population ageing and increased heart attack and stroke survival rates. If these patterns continue to exist, the number of individuals affected by these conditions will also move up. An estimated 1 in 13 people worldwide suffer from a cardiac or circulatory condition. Globally, 260 million men and 290 million women (53%) respectively were affected by heart and circulatory illnesses in 2019. If we improve the infrastructure, increase access to care, reconsider how we produce and consume food and purify the air we breathe, we can potentially prevent up to 80% of cardiovascular disease.

Human beings are born equal and free in dignity and rights. These are moral claims which are inalienable and inherent in all human individual by virtue of their humanity alone. These claims are articulated and formulated in what we today call human rights, and have been translated into legal rights, established according to the law-creating processes of societies, both national and international. The basic of these legal rights is the consent of the governed, that is the consent of the subjects of the rights.
