Introduction: A disorder could be defined as a set of problems, which result in causing significant difficulty in persons daily life. Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) is defined as poor optimization and functioning of multiple joints, muscles, tendons, nerves and bones due to the work environment Aim & Objective: To study the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorder using Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire. Methods: We conducted prevalence study among 100 bus drivers from Pune. We collected data from the different bus depo in pune city as per inclusion criteria. We used Microsoft excel for data entry. Results: Total prevalence of musculoskeletal disorder among local bus drivers in Pune city was found 61%. Conclusion: The study also concludes that low back pain is the most prevalent form of musculoskeletal disorders in local bus drivers of Pune city followed by knee pain, neck pain.

Determining cancer's stage (extent) is necessary for most cancer types. The size of the tumor and the scope to which cancer has spread control the location. However, this can be useful for determining a patient's prognosis and treatment. In contrast, Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) does not typically form tumors. Instead, it usually affects all of the bone marrow in the body, which can spread to other organs, such as the liver and spleen. So, unlike most other cancers, ALL is not staged.Image segmentation is the most crucial part in image processing techniques. Nu- merous segmentation techniques are used to segment digital images into smaller re- gions called segments, consisting of sets of pixels in order to analyze important infor- mation from the images. Segmentation simplifies the process of information retrieval from the region of interest .It helps in converting the digital image into more relevant information and easier to analyze. This presents a comparative analysis of existing segmentation techniques and its modification to form new segmentation techniques to overcome some of the drawbacks of the existing image segmentation approaches.Leukemia, a type of cancer affecting the blood and bone marrow, requires early detection and accurate classification for effective treatment. Traditional diagnostic methods often involve manual examination of blood smears, which is time-consuming and subjective. In this study, we present a MATLAB-based approach for automated leukemia detection using image processing and machine learning techniques. We preprocess microscopic blood smear images, segment leukemia cells using K-means clustering and Otsu's thresholding method, and extract features to characterize cell morphology and texture. A K-nearest neighbors (KNN) classifier is employed to clas- sify segmented cells into leukemia and non-leukemia categories. The performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of the computational approach in accurately identifying and classifying leukemia cells, with implications for improving diagnostic efficiency and patient outcomes in leukemia management.

The examination of will is a prominent issue in Raja Alem's novel The Dove's Necklace, expressing the struggle between human liberty and external circumstances. The protagonists must traverse a maze of society expectations, cultural conventions, and personal wants that influence and confine their choices. Alem digs into the complexity of human agency, demonstrating how the characters' decisions are impacted by their surroundings while also exhibiting moments of resistance and willpower. The story depicts volition in a complex light, with the battle for self-determination plagued with internal and external conflicts, finally raising the question of how people may exercise genuine freedom in a society dominated by inflexible social systems.

The study evaluated the qualification standards and competencies among employees in the Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac. It aims to identify potential successors in different offices within the agency and to outline strategic development initiatives to help them develop their full potential and capabilities. This preparation will equip them to assume critical roles in the agency as future leaders. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study conducted documentary analysis and interviews with 26 purposively selected participants holding second-level positions with salary grades 15 to 22. The findings revealed that out of the 18 operational offices, only 10 had a proper system of ranking positions, hence, potential successors were able to determined. On the other hand, there were no identified potential successors to be groomed among those other offices without a well-distributed system of ranking positions. The study also showed that only 5 out of the 26 potential successors met the required qualifications and competencies for key positions in the agency. A significant of 96.15% corresponding to 25 participants, identify the insufficiency and mismatch of qualifications and competencies as the primary challenge in meeting the standards for key positions. The study recommended that the agency prioritize internal and external learning development interventions to help employees address their deficiencies in job qualifications and competencies. This approach will ensure organizational stability, continuity, and the development of a competitive workforce. Additionally, establishing a structured mentoring program, offering targeted training sessions, and providing access to professional development resources can strengthen the proposed succession plan. These measures will enhance employees' readiness for critical roles, foster a robust talent pipeline, and promote effective public administration.

This study investigates the mediating effect of service quality on the relationship between perceived ease of use and e-government adoption in Jordan. While e-government initiatives have gained traction globally, their success largely depends on citizens' willingness to adopt these digital services. This research addresses a critical gap in understanding the complex interplay between technological and service-related factors influencing e-government adoption in developing countries. Employing a quantitative approach, we surveyed 404 Jordanian citizens using a structured questionnaire based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and SERVQUAL framework. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the data and test the hypothesized relationships. Our findings reveal that service quality significantly mediates the influence of perceived ease of use on e-government adoption in Jordan. Specifically, perceived ease of use positively affects service quality (? = 0.62, p < 0.001), which in turn positively influences e-government adoption (? = 0.58, p < 0.001). The direct effect of perceived ease of use on adoption remains significant but diminished (? = 0.31, p < 0.01) when accounting for the mediating role of service quality, indicating partial mediation. These results underscore the importance of considering both technological usability and service quality aspects in e-government implementation strategies. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on e-government adoption in developing countries and offers practical implications for policymakers and system designers in Jordan and similar contexts. By highlighting the crucial role of service quality as a mediator, this research suggests that governments should focus not only on creating user-friendly interfaces but also on ensuring high-quality service delivery to promote widespread adoption of e-government services.
