During the early 1920s and 1930s, Telugu women's literature began to transcend its traditional confines within the religious sphere. The conventional literary portrayal of women's roles and status in society faced significant scrutiny during the post-independence period, especially in the 1960s. Various complex and interconnected factors contributed to these evolving perceptions of women's roles in society. Gender bias played a central role in these re-articulations of social and imaginative life, with Telugu women writers making significant contributions. Women's works, published from the 1940s through the 1990s, document the multifaceted and often contradictory nature of our nation, state, and region, as part of their efforts to reshape these entities on multiple levels.

Currently, the world has been observing the growing concerns of the various genders - especially the third gender; referred to as the Trans Gender. Though they have been experiencing manifold of problems, one of the major issues is indeed regarding the financial wellbeing that each one of them upholds. Often when the era demands for more level of financial independence from each individual, the case of trans gender person is exceptionally serious as more often they are not able to free themselves financially due to the constraints laid down by the society explicitly and the implicit Trans phobia present here. They are prone easily to socio economic vulnerabilities due to the underlying heaps of stereotypes that people possess that marginalize them from the mainstream. In order to have a multilevel development in major spheres of life it is important to measure the existing living standard of the transgender persons among which the measurement of financial independence would provide a clearer picture. The present study therefore looks forward for the same to unravel the financial constraints of the Trans Gender Persons in the state of Kerala.

This study of employability has been much discussed in tribal higher education policy and research contexts in recent years, as higher education has been re-positioned as a means to an end rather than an end in itself. This article aims to review and synthesise the various arguments that have been made in favour of, or against, the adoption of tribals employability as a core purpose or value of higher education. The article makes use of the techniques of systematic review. It discusses the origins and meaning of the term employability, its application and practice, and the issues and critiques that it has raised.

One of the numerous variables that contribute to India's high rates of maternal and infant mortality is the prevalence of labours that last for an extended period of time. This is the cause of the high incidence of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) on a national scale. The use of birth balls is one approach that has shown potential in avoiding this from occurring. It may find it easier to maintain consciousness and active participation throughout the full labour and delivery process if you use a birth ball.. During the forthcoming early stages of labour, the purpose of this article is to provide a concise review of the impact that birth ball exercises have on the process.. A literature review was the method that was used in this investigation. The selection of articles that addressed relevant themes was accomplished via the use of a technique of purposeful selection. The study discovered that the use of birth ball exercises as a kind of treatment had an effect on the beginning of labour in pregnant women throughout the whole of their pregnancies, from the time of identification to the time of screening to the time of inclusion. The use of a birth ball during exercise may have a number of possible benefits, including the alleviation of back discomfort, the promotion of cervical dilatation, the reduction of tension in the pelvic ligaments, and the facilitation of the descent of the baby's head into the pelvic floor.

Compulsive behaviours such as overeating and bingeing might risk a person's life in the case of an eating disorder. Stress in medical school has been linked to an increased chance of developing an eating issue, according to prior research. Medical students were recruited to participate in a study to examine the link between stress and eating problems. Eating disorders and stress will be studied via the use of a questionnaire approach. The majority of medical professionals were suffering from high levels of stress, and there was a concerning rise in the incidence of eating disorders among them. As a matter of fact, based on our findings, there seems to be no link between stress and the likelihood of having an eating problem. To be sure, this mustn't be wholly ignored either. Medical students should be educated about the dangers of eating disorders and its repercussions.

The literature of Tripura, a northeastern state in India, is a profound reflection of its complex social fabric, characterized by the coexistence of diverse ethnic groups, primarily the Bengali and tribal communities. This paper explores how themes of migration, diaspora, and the quest for identity are articulated in Tripura's literary works. Through an analysis of selected texts, this study examines the impact of historical migrations, the resulting diasporic experiences, and the ongoing negotiations of identity within and between these communities. The narratives of belonging and displacement, often intertwined with the state's turbulent history, reveal the intricate dynamics of cultural assimilation, resistance, and the constant search for a stable sense of self in a changing world.
