Visual pollution is a significant environmental and societal concern characterized by the presence of intrusive and unsightly visual elements in public spaces. It encompasses a wide range of phenomena, from natural debris caused by calamities to deliberately offensive advertisements and banners. This form of pollution not only detracts from the aesthetic quality of urban environments but also undermines psychological well-being and social cohesion. By stimulating negative emotional responses and fostering divisions in society, visual pollution poses a threat to cultural values and the development of open-mindedness. Addressing visual pollution requires concerted efforts in urban planning and responsible communication to restore visual harmony and preserve the integrity of communal spaces.

EARLY JAINA CAVES IN ANDHRADESA - A HISTORICAL STUDY Murali Krishna B, Research Scholar, Department of History and Archaeology, Nagarjuna Nagar, Guntur. Achrya Ngarjuna University. Mail id :rajaknoor@gmail.com Jainism is one of the oldest religions of ancient India. This religion enjoyed the equal prevalence and popularity like Buddhism. Rishabhanadha was the first Tirthankara of Jainism followed by twenty four Tirthankaras. According to Jaina text Haribbhadriya vritti1 that Mahavira himself preached his faith in the region of kalinga. Avasyakasutra of Haribhadra says that the king of Kaling at that time was a friend of Mahavera's father, Siddhartha. Hence Mahavera thought that this doctrine would be well received in Kalinga and hence decided to preach it there. It is identified that the Kalinga territory comprised the districts of Srikakulam Vijayanagaram and Visakha districts2. According to Jaina tradition the first Tirthankara had two sons Bharata and Bahubali, it was from Bharta the country came to be Known as Bharathavarsha. It further states that Bahubali established his kingdom with Podan as his capital. Podan has been identified with Bodhan in the Nizamabad district of present Telangan region. This fact is known from one of the Sravanabelgola inscriptions that Bodhan contained a huge idol of Gomath 3. In this paper express to present the spread of jainsim in Andhardesa and the historical importance of early Jaina caves in Andhradesa.

Mass loss and Thermometric method have been used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition efficiency of mild steel in H2SO4 solution by using root (non-aerial part) extract of Sarcostemma intermedium and Pergularia deamia. The results show that Corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with increasing concentration of inhibitor and it also increases with increasing concentration of H2SO4 solution. Inhibition efficiency was found maximum up to 82.51% for mild steel with 0.8% root extract of Sarcostemma intermedium.

A major worldwide health concern, persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) strains is the primary cause of cervical cancer. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the term for this cancer that usually starts in the cervix's epithelial cells, can be used to distinguish between its pre-invasive and invasive stages. Effective management and prevention depend on early detection via screening techniques including Pap smears and HPV tests. Improvements in HPV vaccination have drastically lowered incidence rates, although differences in access to care and screening protocol adherence still exist. The epidemiology, pathophysiology, screening, and preventive measures of cervical cancer are examined in this abstract, which highlights the significance of ongoing public health initiatives to lessen the disease's worldwide burden. Persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) strains is the main cause of it. Precancerous lesions called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) are a common step on the path from HPV infection to cervical cancer. Cervical cancer has become far less common and has a much lower death rate because of standard screening techniques like Pap smears and HPV tests that enable early identification. Vaccination against HPV has additionally aided in the prevention of infections. Inequalities in access to healthcare and variations in local resources persist in impacting results, even in the face of advancements in screening and vaccination.

Imposter syndrome (IS) is a behavioural health issue characterized by high achievers doubting their own intelligence, abilities, or accomplishments. Those experience this phenomenon feel they don't deserve luck or self-success, even when there is evidence of their skill from the outside. A descriptive cross-sectional research design was adapted for this study sample size 200, Art and Science 100 students and technical education 100 students in the age group between 18-21 years. The data were assessed using the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale. The study finding reveals that the unpaired 't' values was t=0.227 shows that statistically significant between Arts &Science and Technical education. The 'p' value was p=0.662 it shows that statistically Non-significant between Arts & Science and Technical education respectively.to association between Arts and Science selected demographic variables, father's occupation were having highly statistical association at p<0.01. Also father's education and family income was statistically significant at p<0.05, and technical education selected demographic variables, mother's occupation was having statistically significant association at p<0.05 level.

Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) face a significant risk of developing cardiovascular disease due to the profound impact of hyperglycemia and associated metabolic changes on vascular health. This underscores the urgent need for therapeutic advancements targeting not only glycemic control but also other metabolic risk factors to mitigate cardiovascular complications such as cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, stroke, unstable angina, and heart failure (collectively termed major adverse cardiovascular events). In recent years, the introduction of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) has revolutionized T2DM treatment. GLP-1RAs exert their beneficial effects through various mechanisms, including appetite regulation, glucose-dependent insulin secretion, and inhibition of glucagon release. Importantly, these drugs have shown additional benefits extending to cardiovascular outcomes. Large-scale clinical trials have confirmed the cardiovascular efficacy of GLP-1RAs in patients with T2DM at high risk of cardiovascular disease, demonstrating promising results. However, while these findings are promising, several crucial aspects remain to be fully understood, such as the specific mechanisms underlying the cardioprotective effects of GLP-1RAs. Interpretation of trial data requires careful consideration due to variability across studies in terms of how cardiovascular risk or disease is defined, patient characteristics, standard care protocols, and event rates. This review aims to comprehensively outline the clinical profiles of GLP-1RAs, drawing on evidence from both mechanistic studies and randomized controlled trials. It also seeks to explore potential reasons behind the observed improvements in cardiovascular outcomes in these trials. By synthesizing this information, clinicians can make informed decisions regarding the most appropriate treatment strategies for reducing cardiovascular risk in patients with T2DM.
