There has been a wide gap between the rural and urban areas in terms of opportunities, facilities, and services. In case of telecommunication, rural areas are not considered viable for the telecom business. The recent growth in the tele-density, mobile connectivity and internet provision in urban areas has widened the digital gap between rural and urban areas, therefore, in order to uplift the rural areas digitally, they need to be provided with mobile telephony and wireless broadband access, by connecting remote areas to the broadband core networks and by choosing efficient, cost-effective and fast-deployment technologies, wired or wireless networks. This will help in the improvement of internet accessibility. Due to the ongoing pandemic (Covid-19) the world is facing major changes in every sphere of life. Specifically, in case of India, the socio-economic conditions are getting worse day by day. Many of the economic sectors which are dependent on database, continue to try to keep them afloat through Work from Home, which has led to increased dependence on the internet. Internet has become a very crucial part of everybodys life currently but there are people who lack these digital facilities and are finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the need of the circumstances. Currently, people living in rural areas are the ones who are facing major difficulties due to lack of internet. An initiative had been taken by the government and various private firms, for providing internet to the rural areas in order to uplift the rural societies of our country but due to the pandemic the work in progress slowed down as the country experienced phases of lockdown. The research is influenced by a firm, called M2M CYBERNECTICS PRIVATE LIMITED where I interned under the supply chain management and finance department. The company is an IT based start-up which provides solution for Power, Telecom, and ICT sector. One of the major roles of the company is to provide internet connection and solar systems to the rural areas. This study will be examining the major trends and changes in the supply chain management of the firms which deal with the telecom sector, and will be comparing them to the pre-pandemic situation. The research will be based on the data provided by different companies, and will majorly determine the pre and post Covid-19 trends of internet accessibility provided by ICT firms in rural areas.

Work life balance is used to describe the balance between an individuals personal life and professional life. A healthy work-life balance assumes great significance for working women particularly in the current context in which both, the family and the workplace have posed several challenges and problems for women employees. The dynamics of the work environment have exerted enormous pressure on working women as they need to cope with virtually two full time jobs one at the office and the other at home. Work-life balance has become a subject of concern for both research scholars and business leaders in view of the contemporary demographic, technological, market, and organisational changes associated with it. However, there has been little academic attempt to provide a holistic picture of work-life balance benefits and programmes (WLBPs) offered by various organizations in India. With the basis of extant literature, primary and secondary data, the present paper has made an effort to understand the current status of WLBPs in Indian organizations and to identify its future prospects. The paper has discussed the challenges for effective implementation of such policies, which can help HR managers to be cautious before introducing WLBPs in their respective organizations. Analysis of literature and available data suggests that family-friendliness of employers in India have been reflected in various welfare provisions which has been a matter of concern for employers since industrialization. Moreover, the range of WLBPs varies across organizations and there is still a long way to go when WLBPs will become strategic HR initiatives in most organizations.

BuddChiari syndrome (BCS) encompasses a varied group of disorders with common pathology characterized by hepatic venous outflow obstruction which can occur anywhere at the level of the hepatic venules, the large hepatic veins, the inferior vena cava and the right atrium. The term hepatic venous outflow tract obstruction is usually applied irrespective of the level f obstruction or the mechanism of obstruction. With the advances in the speciality of radio diagnosis the diagnosis of budd chiari syndrome is easily made. However because of its varied unusual presentations, sometimes it poses a diagnostic challenge for the treating physician. We present a case report of a woman who presented with trivial symptoms and pancytopenia which on further evaluation later turned out to be having chronic budd chiari syndrome. CASE PRESENTATION: A 42-year-old female presented to our OPD with history of loose stools and easy fatigability for the last 10 days. On evaluation she had mild ascites and pancytopenia. Her liver function tests were within normal range. She had low serum vitamin B12 and iron deficiency anemia. Her USG hepatobiliary system revealed mild ascites. Computed tomography of her abdomen showed non opacified hepatic veins with marked luminal narrowing of suprahepatic veins with prominent azygous and hemiazygous veins with caudate lobe hypertrophy. Further upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed presence of varices which were managed with EVL bands. She was diagnosed as a case of chronic budd chiari syndrome. On thorough history taking it there was history of recurrent abortions for which no prior work up was done. Further investigation revealed deficiency of S, raised homocysteine levels with normal JAK2 mutation and APLA workup. She was then started on anticoagulation and invasive procedures were deferred (stent v TIPS) in view of good network of intrahepatic collaterals. DISCUSSION: Budd chiari syndrome have varied presentations ranging from asymptomatic condition detected incidentally (as in our case) to fulminant BCS classical triad of abdominal pain, hepatomegaly, ascites and jaundice. Previously it was the membranous occlusion of IVC that happened to be the main mechanism. However now it is seen that the isolated hepatic vein occlusion is more commonly seen in our country. Also hypercoagulable state being the etiological factor is now more commonly seen than the membranous occlusion of IVC. Both these facts are confirmed by the findings in our case. CONCLUSION: since budd chiari syndrome may present as asymptomatic condition, higher degree of suspicion should be kept if any of the signs of liver failure are note on clinical examination. Similarly a thorough and meticulous history is warranted so as to rule out the genetic and acquired causes. Mobility is defined as the ability to move freely and easily. The ability to move independently is vital for all life functions and plays a major role in maintaining mental health. Paralysis is a loss of muscle function in a part or full body of the patient. In every patient suffering from immobility, eye is commonly found to be the only organ in working condition. Hence, the proposed paper presents an automation system to detect and count the number of blinks of the patient using image processing to detect blinks to trigger different appliances of the house that alerts the caretaker or neighbors in times of emergencies. Blink detection is a concept that has undergone multiple algorithms and approaches, the previous ones made use of artificial neural network (template matching) which involved subjective training of every patients eyes. Image processing approach sets the proposed paper apart from the rest. Although this paper aimed at developing an automation system for the aid of paralysis patients, practically it can be used for the aid of any patient suffering from movement disability.

This project initialize the digital communication using the visible light and that must be reliable ,So it must be secured , less expensive and ecofriendly .The proposed system with following devices in transmitting section using pic16f877a microcontroller along with this a high bright led light is used as the medium of transmission the transistor Bc547 is used along the led light for switching 5v to 12v.when an data is given to the PC micro controller starts to read the data and then it converts the normal data into the binary data that is the data is encrypted then it passes as digital pulse into the led. The led starts flickering the data will transmit on the receiver the photo diode starts to detect the light and generates the electric pulse these pulse will reach the amplifier for processing and then the processed data is reach the Arduino the data is visible on the serial monitor of the Arduino IDE. The line of sight is more important in this transmission, which is more important but there is interference with other light darkroom is better result.

For the whole world, the decade of the 1940s was an exceptional era. India also got herself annexed with the destructive World war-II. The freedom movement in India also arose to its climax. The infamous communal riot in the hands of dirty politics, snatched our loving poet of promising future Amulya Boruah on 18th Aug.1946. He collected the basic resources of poems modern like debates, wonders, agitation, threats and the like. He not only viewed the struggle of life, but felt burning sensations against all the ills in society, The poet Amulya Boruah who met his untimely demise in the great Calcutta-Killing unexpectedly left a few great poems in the history of India to he remembered. Through the poems of Amulya Boruah a new tide, a fresh energy into Assamese poetry. In his poem we find a powerful feeling, sharpness of imagination a deep rooted sentiment of a creative mind and consciousness of revolting society. The Namesake (2003), is the first novel by Jhumpa Lahiri. As a diasporic novel it represents the lives of those (the characters and people of Indian origin) established in America. The strain of following Indian culture and grasping American culture, between keeping family tradition and fascination for the individual freedom and consciousness that one is an outsider and other even though one is born there is realistically highlighted in The Namesake. The novel is about the Ganguli family who went to the United States from Calcutta and of their children, Gogol and Sonia, raised in the USA. The Namesake was adapted as a film in 2006, released on March 9, 2007. The film is directed by an Indian born filmmaker Mira Nair. The film won many awards and received critical acclamations.

Abstract The question of womens rights and obligations, is the most controversial and most complex among all social problems. Many Muslim women successfully have no rights, or recourse, to protect themselves physically, sexually, financially, or otherwise from abuse, especially by husbands. Even in countries where laws protect women, local social traditions can also radically curtail their rights. This paper throws light on the social status of Muslim women in pre - Islamic and post Islamic era. After that the paper focuses on the Indian social, legal and religious status of Muslim women and analyses differences of opinion among individual and institutions.
