 Abstract

The Union Cabinet on 14 June had approved a recruitment scheme for Indian youth to serve in the Armed Forces. The scheme is called AGNEEPATH and the youth selected under this scheme will be known as Agniveers. Agniveers will be given an attractive customised monthly package along with Risk and Hardship allowances as applicable in the three services. According to the government, AGNEEPATH scheme has been designed to enable a youthful profile of the Armed Forces. It will provide an opportunity to the youth who may be keen to don the uniform by attracting young talent from the society who are more in tune with contemporary technological trends and plough back skilled, disciplined and motivated manpower into the society.

 Abstract

In present context of aftermath of global pandemic banking sectors has crucial role to perform. Nepalese banking sector is the only hope for ensuring investment in positive path. Hence, role of banks are significant in this mean period. But, to ensure banking performance at utmost level, banking employee has to perform with their full potential. This could only happen if employees are satisfied and has sound working environment to work on. Therefore, before backtrack the fallen Nepalese economy, banks have to understand the need of employee and have to enrich working culture and work atmosphere. The research regarding impact for enhancing working environment therefore become very crucial for ensuring employee performance in banking sector of Nepal. So, this research is the mere core asks of recent scenario to find the impact of working environment on employee performance of banking sector.

Energy conservation has become a policy objective throughout the world to protect the environment and conserve natural resources, energy use in buildings for heating and cooling is considered a major source of energy consumption in many volatile and developing countries. Environmental impact and what energy costs are on hillside living and comfort Today our drivers of green buildings have become friends of paramount importance to commercial institutional and residential building owners. Thermal insulation is an important but largely neglected factor in achieving thermal comfort in buildings, and insulation can reduce unwanted and costly heat gain or loss and reduce the energy demand of cooling and heating systems[1]. An energy-efficient and environmental property. Legal regulations and increasing public awareness have led to the need to reduce energy demand and associated costs. An important factor in the struggle against excessive energy consumption in residential buildings and public utility facilities is suitable insulation material to work in specific conditions. It is possible to reduce energy consumption through effective thermal insulation of all building partitions, but this would be virtually impossible without the right materials[3]. Different types of insulating materials in use today include rigid polyurethane. From polyurethane spray to glass wool to expanded and extruded polystyrene rock wool Additional thermal insulation can include designs and techniques to address the main modes of heat transfer, conduction radiation, convection, and evaporation condensation[2].

 Abstract

A crystal of copper iodide have been grown by single and alternate diffusion in gel , A multishaped bigger sized tetragonal crystal were obtained ,for this alternative supernatants ,incorporating solutions its concentrations effects on growth of these crystals studied . Structural analysis optimum condition, lattice parameters infra radiations, thermal characterizations were performed. In the present work, an attempt has been made to characterize gel grown crystals of copper iodide by X-ray diffractometry, infrared spectroscopy, Thermal analysis i.e. TGA and DSC.

 Abstract

NEP Focuses on affordability accessibility, quality, equality and Accountability to ensure continual learning for all this to happen the key element is promotion of research. This paper emphasizes the need to inculcate research in higher education and how polices must be framed to promote research more so under graduate research which is the dire need of the hour. NEP recommends setting up an independent National Research Foundation for Funding and facilitation quality research in India. The Foundation will act as a liaison between researches and relevant branches of government as well as industry. To promote research, we need to encourage high R&D investments from government and private sections that will encourage innovation and innovative thinking. The pandemic has led to great awareness on Research in India. India must now March forward with research that promotes economic growth HEI should play an important role in mentoring teachers to promote research. There must be industry commitment and close intervention with academic for skilling /up skilling/reskilling to carry forward excellent research. We need a positive research culture that support all individual policies and programmes. The paper discusses on organization and approaches to promote research integrity and holistic and multidisciplinary education system.
