Methods: The purpose and nature of study was explained to the participants and consent form was filled by the participants. Willing participants were given a consent form. Participants were stroke patients between 47 to 77 ages. Based upon the inclusion and exclusion criteria a total of 14 students were included in study. The test results were recorded and statistical analysis was done. Results: The study shows that there is improvement in joint proprioception after the intervention. The reduced joint proprioception led to other shoulder complications after stroke. The intervention showed that increasing the proprioception leads to stability of the shoulder and increases the learning capability of motor functions. Conclusion: Following the intervention of repetitive passive movement and joint compression, both the contralateral and ipsilateral shoulders of stroke patients demonstrate increased joint proprioception. As a result of the intervention, passive reproduction of joint position was increased. These findings, as well as the activation of proprioceptors, could be explained by the control of muscle spindles of afferent signals provided by muscle spindles. The shoulder instability that was a complication of the reduced proprioception was also improved. Thus, in the subacute stage of a stroke, joint compression and repetitive passive movements should be given. As a result, this intervention can be effectively employed to improve shoulder proprioception in the early stages of a stroke.

It is broadly acknowledged that cancer, the second leading cause of mortality, significantly impacts global health. In recent years, chemotherapy often induces prolonged effects, which are exceedingly detrimental to the physiological and psychological well-being of patients. In this study, we examine recent methods for the extraction and quantitative analysis of such compounds in pharmaceutical and biological samples. Within this context, this review aims to elucidate the fundamental principles of chromatography and spectroscopy. Research and development in anticancer drugs represent the largest market segment in the pharmaceutical industry in terms of the number of projects, clinical trials, and expenditure. Our objectives include enhancing cancer treatment by deepening our understanding of the mechanisms by which anticancer treatments eliminate vulnerable tumor cells. This article provides an overview of current knowledge regarding anticancer drugs, including their pharmacology, mechanisms of action, uses, side effects, precautions, and contraindications. This brief review outlines the current status of anticancer drug development and suggests ways to further improve the accuracy and efficacy of cancer treatment discovery. The paper "Restoration of Classical Education for Regaining Cognitive Strength of the New Generation" addresses concerns regarding the cognitive and intellectual development of students in an era increasingly dominated by technology and career-focused education. It proposes that reintroducing classical education principles--rooted in the trivium (grammar, logic, rhetoric) and quadrivium (arithmetic, geometry, music, astronomy)--can enhance cognitive abilities, critical thinking, and intellectual depth in students. The study traces the historical evolution of classical education, highlighting its impact on cognitive development through structured learning and interdisciplinary approaches. By comparing classical and contemporary educational practices, the paper argues that modern education's focus on specialization and technology has led to a decline in critical thinking and intellectual resilience. In contrast, classical education's holistic approach, which emphasizes foundational skills and virtues, offers a robust framework for fostering cognitive strength and moral character. Despite criticisms that classical education may be elitist or outdated, the paper defends its relevance, suggesting that its principles can be adapted to contemporary needs. The conclusion underscores the potential of classical education to prepare students not only for academic success but also for meaningful participation in society. The paper calls for further research on integrating classical education into modern curricula and evaluating its long-term outcomes, positioning it as a promising solution to address the cognitive challenges of today's educational landscape.

Soil exploratory surveys are costly and possess significant practical applications for revitalizing agroecosystems to achieve optimal land use. At present, there is a noticeable decline in public engagement with these valuable knowledge systems in watershed planning, which hampers the development of successful landscape-level initiatives. The rapid development of digital maps intended for validating land evaluation principles has not progressed adequately, primarily due to a lack of comprehension regarding the emergence of pedomemories among soil surveyors. The systematic process of conducting soil inventories requires the visualization of landscapes, an understanding of observed phenomena, and the transformation of these observations into conceptual images that reflect the dynamics of natural soil formations, alongside innovative thinking to articulate the realities that extend beyond immediate perceptions.

The development of soft skills along with hard skills is of utmost important to succeed at the workplace and in the specific job role. It becomes much more important for bank employees as they perform sensitive roles like accepting money deposits and lending of loans. Being aware of the personal emotions and of the customers helps in improving the behavior and enhancing the performance of individuals is this sector. Thus, the study of emotions becomes important in this emotionally changing environment. Emotional Intelligence is defined as the capacity for recognizing one's own feelings and those of the others, for motivating oneself, and for managing emotions well in oneself and in the relationships. The aim of this research is to survey the emotions set of the employees in Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank in relation to their gender. The survey has been carried out among bank employees on a sample size of 60, selected via non-probability sampling method in which convenience cum judgemental sampling technique was used. The opinion survey was conducted on a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire having the five dimensions of emotional intelligence i.e. self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and relationship management as given by Daniel Goleman. The collected data was analyzed with the help of Mean and Standard Deviation etc. From the results of the survey, it has been found that employee groups do differ from each other on the dimensions of emotional intelligence in relation to their gender. The gender response analysis showed that Self-Awareness was the most dominant dimension in both the genders. Relationship management dimension was found to be the weakest among males while Self-Management was found to be the weakest among females. Thus, it is suggested that E.I. counseling and sensitivity training to the employees may add more value to the overall working of the bank.

This study examines the knowledge and perceptions of school teachers in Eastern Rajasthan regarding human rights, focusing on their awareness of basic rights, familiarity with international and national human rights frameworks, and their attitudes towards human rights education. Through a qualitative approach, using interviews, the study reveals significant gaps in teachers' understanding of complex human rights issues, particularly those related to marginalized groups. The findings highlight the need for enhanced professional development and curriculum revisions to better equip teachers for effective human rights education. By addressing these gaps, the study advocates for a more comprehensive and context-specific approach to fostering a culture of human rights in the classroom.

This study investigates the impact of internet addiction on the mental health and academic achievement of higher secondary school students in North 24 Parganas and Kolkata districts of West Bengal. The study aims to understand how internet usage affects stress levels, violent behaviors, and academic outcomes among adolescents. Through a descriptive survey method and random sampling, the research explores the correlation between internet addiction and variables such as anxiety, stress, lack of attention, and demographic characteristics. The findings will be analyzed using statistical tools and presented through graphs and pie charts to illustrate the data comprehensively. Mafe and Blass (2006) showed that a typical internet-dependent user is generally young (19 to 24 years old). Suhail and Bargees (2006) indicated that internet use positively impacts education. This study aims to determine the level of internet addiction among undergraduate students and its relationship with academic performance.
