The literary contributions of A.J. Cronin embody humanist principles by delving into themes of empathy, social justice, individual dignity, and the transformative influence of education. His novels serve as a critique of societal shortcomings while simultaneously honoring the resilience and moral fortitude of individuals, which resonates with the core tenets of humanism. Cronin's writing is distinguished by a deep commitment to social justice, empathy, and the human experience, aligning with the fundamental aspects of humanism. This philosophical and ethical perspective underscores the importance and agency of human beings, both individually and collectively, emphasizing human values, critical reasoning, and the potential for advancement through rational thought and compassion. In his short story "The Best Investment I Ever Made," Cronin exemplifies the essence of humanism through a personal narrative that highlights the significant impact of a seemingly minor act of kindness and its far-reaching consequences on his life and the lives of others.

Groundnut, a legume largely consumed by most populations in the world, is widely grown as a food crop. Groundnut seed is a rich source of protein and fat. Hence, may be employed in animal feeds and human diet. Roasting of groundnut, which is a traditional processing method, can affect its nutrient properties. This study was aimed at assessing the effect of some selected traditional processing methods (roasting in local kiln with pretreatments like salt concentration, dipping time, drying time and groundnut: sand ratio) on the protein and fat composition of groundnut. Standard procedures were employed in the determination of the nutrient composition of raw groundnut samples with emphasis on the fat and protein content. The results for nutrient composition of the roasted groundnut was observed to be significant (P<0.05) for protein, fat, moisture and ash content when compared with the raw groundnut sample. The moisture content of the raw groundnut samples was significantly higher than that of the processed samples. The result indicated that roasting of groundnut with pretreatments significantly enhanced the nutrient quality of groundnut. Hence, the traditional processing method of groundnut could effectively enhance the nutritional value of groundnut and for industrial/commercial purposes.

The primary intent of the research is to bestow a well-furnished historical account that incorporates a totality of historical events including social and political currents.Which made the continuation of Pallava possible in ruling over such extensive territory for longer period of time. It also addresses the dynamic nature of Pallava Kings and their influential stance over the matter of political administration, social, cultural, economic and architectural aspects of the dynasty. The relevant sources in reconstructing the historicity of Pallava kings of south India were inadequate and insufficient in nature. Moreover, those sources of traditional knowledge were also biased and misleading till certain extent. With the discovery of various inscription on stone and copper plate brought little adequacy in studying the history of Pallavas, who ruled for seven centuries over Tamil land. Whereas, literary tradition from the hymns of Alvarsand from the other texts: Nandikalambakam, the Periyapuranam, Chintamani, Avantisundarikathasara are providing information mainly upon the cultural prospects of Pallava period.

Dylan is a well-known writer whose inspirations have already spawned a number of studies, the most influential of which is unquestionably Dylan's Visions of Sin by Christopher Ricks (2003). Ricks claims that the Bible and the Anglo-American literary canon, which includes authors like Yeats and Milton as well as writers spanning from Shakespeare to T. S. Eliot, are among Dylan's sources. My goal in presenting the Indian tradition is to highlight yet another inspiration. The most personal aspect of the poet's creativity--his dubious conception of biological fertility--may very well have found expression in the Amerindian substratum found in a few lines from the Dylan corpus.

E-Governance has revolutionized the ambit of governance by making it efficient, easy and transparent through the services offered under ICT. These ICT policies are understood through the implementation of the programs envisaged therein, in the state of Mizoram. The more popular programs and flagships started by Government of Mizoram including SDC, CDC, E-Districts, E-Plan etc have been documented contextually and their roles in bettering governance is studied. It is found that these e-initiatives have opened up governance frameworks through inclusive, responsive and effective initiation of policies and programs and accelerated pace of work by the various departments. Considering that the shortfalls in the implementation can be addressed by better connectivity of rural populace through sound internet connection and other paraphernalia, it is now up to the administrators and leaders to quantify the roles and responsibilities that ICT can address in achieving the overall development of the state.
