The launch of the real-time electricity market, which provides electricity on a real basis, i.e., with a lead time of only 1.5 hours, has offered new opportunities to different market players in the Indian wholesale electricity market. While it is true that real time market will provide greater flexibility, it can also lead to trading inefficiencies. This paper analyses the efficiency between the real-time market and the day-ahead market of the Indian electricity sector using Johansen co-integration test. Hourly price data is taken for two periods, i.e., June 2020 - March 2021 and April 2021 - March 2022. This research suggests that efficiency has decreased in the second year, which could provide arbitrage opportunities to various market participants.

Abstract This research paper delves into the intricate relationship between macroeconomic factors and stock market trends in emerging economies, a critical area of study given the volatile nature and rapid growth of these markets. Emerging economies, characterized by their developing financial systems and susceptibility to global economic shifts, offer a unique landscape for examining how macroeconomic variables impact stock market performance. The study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of how interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and GDP growth influence stock market dynamics in these regions. Emerging markets, due to their relatively lower levels of financial maturity compared to developed economies, often exhibit heightened sensitivity to macroeconomic fluctuations. This sensitivity is reflected in their stock market trends, which can be more volatile and prone to rapid shifts based on changes in economic indicators. Therefore, understanding these relationships is crucial for investors, policymakers, and financial analysts who operate or make decisions within these markets. To achieve the research objectives, this study employs a rigorous methodological approach, including econometric models and time-series analysis. Data from a selection of emerging economies over an extended period is analyzed to identify trends, correlations, and causal relationships between macroeconomic variables and stock market performance. Inflation is another critical variable explored in this research. High inflation can erode purchasing power, alter investment returns, and create uncertainty in the financial markets. The paper assesses how inflation rates influence stock market performance, particularly focusing on the transmission mechanisms through which inflation impacts investor behavior and market stability. In conclusion, this research paper contributes to the broader understanding of how macroeconomic factors shape stock market trends in emerging economies. By providing empirical evidence and insights into the relationships between interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and GDP growth, the study enhances the knowledge base for stakeholders operating in these markets. The research underscores the importance of considering macroeconomic variables in financial decision-making and highlights the need for ongoing analysis to navigate the complexities of emerging market dynamics effectively.

Folklore permeates our lives. We encounter it daily. Riddles, jokes, games, dancing, and song all contain it. Historical, linguistic, literary, and ethnographic studies of human life must include folklore. Local folklorists have long worked to preserve and document their history. Folklore has historically been associated with the poor, ignorant, and uncivilised, unlike classical arts. Scholars have long believed folklore is passed down orally through informal means. Folklore is largely verbal; thus, it can vary greatly from one communication to the next, they believe. Folktales embrace diversity. Tribal mythology always integrates man and nature. It links live and dead, past and present. Stories from different civilisations will illuminate another culture's values, beliefs, history, rituals, and customs in this chapter. This chapter explores north bengal's lepcha folktales, beliefs, myths, and culture. Among other things, it will examine tribes through indigenous queer narratives. Folktales and myths will also be used to show how they help uncover a civilisation's history and improve its culture. From mainstream masculinity to effeminate will also be evident, according to the chapter.

The biomechanical analysis of tennis players is essential for optimizing performance, enhancing technique, and preventing injuries. This analysis involves studying the mechanical principles underlying the movements and forces generated during various tennis strokes and movements. Key components include the serve, forehand, and backhand strokes, which require precise coordination of the upper and lower body to maximize power and control. Effective footwork and court coverage are also critical, involving split steps, crossover steps, and side shuffles to maintain balance and responsiveness. Common tennis-related injuries, such as tennis elbow, shoulder, and knee injuries, can often be attributed to overuse and improper technique. Preventive measures, including strength training, flexibility exercises, and proper technique, are vital for reducing injury risk. Technological advancements, such as high-speed cameras, motion capture systems, and wearable sensors, have significantly enhanced biomechanical assessment, providing detailed insights into player movements and facilitating data-driven improvements. By applying biomechanical principles, players can achieve higher performance levels, minimize injury risk, and develop more effective training and rehabilitation programs. Continued research and innovation in biomechanical analysis are crucial for the ongoing development and success of tennis players at all levels.

This qualitative research focuses on the importance of efficient labor management procedures in raising the productivity of construction employees. This research delves into the relationship between construction quality and labour management practices. Specifically, it examines how the five phases of labour management--initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing--help to accomplish project goals within the given time and budget constraints. Understanding and implementing these processes is crucial for addressing diverse challenges affecting labour productivity. To emphasize this point, the study draws on insights from professionals in the construction industry and existing literature. By strategically adhering to labor management frameworks, leaders in the construction industry can improve outcomes, optimize workforce performance, and reduce inefficiencies. Prior studies have also shown a positive correlation between systematic implementation of labor management processes and higher success rates in construction work and organizational profitability, lending credence to the current findings.

Poverty is a malady that has affected a section of the people even in rich countries. Poverty has been understood differently by different people in different times. Poverty is the greatest challenge for economic development of country. Although Scheduled Castes people constitute a large section of population of Dhubri district, their lives are still characterized by hard work, drudgery and without any adequate basic amenities. A big chunk of them generally live in the slum areas without adequate basic accommodation, water-supply, sanitation, light, public health etc. Many of them, again who are landless and unemployed, migrate from the rural areas to the city and towns in search of labour, jobs, contracts and other petty wage-earning employments. Poverty, malnutrition and consequent indebtedness are the socio-economic constraints inherited by the Scheduled Castes people from their fore- fathers and these problems still remained unsolved even in spite of the implementation of the special component plan within the state. The main objectives of the research study will be to identify the problems faced by the Scheduled Castes people of Assam as well as Dhubri district which are responsible for their backwardness. And also to suggest remedial measures for improving their socio-economic condition on the basis of the findings, so that the scheduled castes people of Assam in particular of Dhubri district can improve their quality of life. The methodology of the research project will be based on both primary as well as secondary data. The primary data will be collected from various sources and the secondary data will be collected by doing field survey from the sample households of the sample villages with the help of a series of questionnaires prepared for the purpose.

These days, everything from customer service to product design uses e-commerce. Consumers are choosing electronic commerce more and more often to buy any kind of good or service and to pay their bills online. The development and acceptance of electronic money gave rise to a variety of forms, which enhanced the functionality of these systems across a range of gadgets. For payers, payees, electronic commerce, banks, companies, and governments, there are numerous advantages to the electronic payment system. The primary goal of the study is to understand how consumers feel about and would like to use the e-payment system. Based on extant literature, the research investigates the diverse elements that propel consumers to employ electronic payment solutions. The study came to the conclusion that while overall customer satisfaction with the e-payment system is adequate, it is not particularly high. The study also confirms that consumers are more satisfied in those platforms which provide robust transaction security protocols and highly responsive customer support over other aspects such as speed, convenience and complexity. To improve customer satisfaction, the e-payment system needs to innovate
