Healthcare is vital for individual and societal well-being. It encompasses medical services, prevention, and wellness promotion. Adequate Healthcare enhances quality of life, reduces morbidity, and fosters economic productivity. Its significance lies in safeguarding health, addressing ailments, and advancing human potential and prosperity. Allocating limited healthcare resources presents a complex ethical dilemma that demands careful consideration of various moral principles and decision-making strategies. In the face of constrained resources and burgeoning Healthcare needs, the ethical dimension of resource allocation comes to the forefront. The quest for justice necessitates equitable distribution, focusing on prioritizing those most in need while avoiding discrimination. Ethical disparities in Indian Healthcare are evident in unequal access to medical services, inadequate rural healthcare infrastructure, and exploitation of vulnerable populations. Limited resources, corruption, and lack of transparency further exacerbate these disparities, compromising patient outcomes and hindering equitable healthcare distribution. Addressing these ethical issues requires systematic reforms, increased funding, improved governance, and enhanced healthcare education to ensure all citizens receive dignified, affordable, and high-quality medical care, regardless of socioeconomic status or geographical location. The methodology used while studying was descriptive and analytical to address the objectives and will use qualitative and quantitative data within the framework of the study. There is a need to improve knowledge, understanding, and expertise in areas of Healthcare. The study encourages discussions about challenges posed by healthcare resources and provides a clear vision of what is needed to address them through policies and decision-making processes.

The incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the delivery of health services is a major advancement whose impacts may be felt in the area of cross-border healthcare delivery. HCC is a phenomenon whereby patients travel across borders for medical care, and this practice has been on the rise due to reasons like; cheaper healthcare, availability of certain procedures and technologies that are not available in their home country, and they do not have to wait long for the treatment they need (Beuken, Bouwmans, Verstegen, & Dolmans, 2021). This research proposes to examine the opportunities that AI can bring to cross-border patient care to improve patients' satisfaction and treatment results, given the current issues facing the patients and healthcare facilities in those environments.

The National Insurance Commission (NIC) in Ghana is legally mandated to regulate insurance operations, focusing on the impact of insurance on the economy. However, NIC reports show insurance penetration rates of less than 2% in 2020, 2021, and 2022, compared to global and South African averages. This low penetration rate is a significant issue, highlighting the need for improved insurance coverage and regulation. Insurance in Ghana is not contributing effectively to the GDP, leading to low insurance penetration rates. The formal sector, which constitutes 20% of the workforce, is well-structured, but insurers have neglected the informal sector, which has over 80% of the workforce. This results in low insurance penetration and density compared to countries like South Africa. The National Insurance Commission (NIC) has identified micro or inclusive insurance as a tool to increase insurance penetration and density in Ghana. Initiatives aim to stimulate uptake and address challenges in this important sector. This study evaluates the impact of inclusive insurance service delivery in Ghana, focusing on insurance density, penetration, poverty alleviation, economic growth, and development, to determine the sustainability of NIC's position in increasing insurance penetration. Findings from the time series analysis, correlational analysis, and regression analysis were provided by the quantitative data analysis. The study's correlational analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the economic variables (GDP, population of the informal sector, and poverty reduction) and inclusive insurance (GWP). However, there was only a marginally favorable correlation between GWP and economic expansion. More than 60% of the fluctuation in GWP may be linked to the variation in the corresponding economic variables, according to the coefficient of determination (R2) between GWP and the economic variables (GDP, population of the informal sector, and poverty reduction). Conversely, there was little correlation found in the coefficient of determination between GWP and Economic Growth. In effect, there was consistency in results in terms of the ability of inclusive insurance (GWP) to increase GDP significantly. Inclusive insurance can increase insurance penetration in Ghana by contributing significantly to the Gross Domestic Product. This can be achieved by deepening insurance education and widening its reach. Service providers should offer simple, flexible, and affordable products to meet different sub-groups in the informal sector. Based on the results obtained, the study recommends that inclusive insurance should be prominently featured in the National Financial Inclusion Development Strategy to formalize the informal economy. Collaborations among industry players and the National Insurance Commission should expedite the licensing regime.

Background: Pilomatrixoma, also known as calcifying epithelioma of Malherbe, is a benign skin tumor originating from hair matrix cells. Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is a valuable diagnostic tool for preoperative evaluation, although its accuracy can be challenging due to the tumor's diverse cellular composition. Objective: To evaluate the cytological features of pilomatrixoma using FNAC and to highlight the diagnostic challenges and key characteristics. Methods: FNAC samples were obtained from 3 patients. The samples were stained with Giemsa stain and examined under a microscope to identify characteristic cytological features. Results: The FNAC of pilomatrixoma revealed a distinctive combination of basaloid cells, ghost cells, and foreign body giant cells. Basaloid cells appeared small, round to oval with scant cytoplasm. Ghost cells were anucleate squamous cells with a shadowy appearance. Foreign body giant cells were multinucleated and often surrounded by calcified material.

Cloud computing has matured, and a diverse range of cloud service providers are available. Security issues continue to receive a lot of attention. Concerns regarding privacy and security frequently pose a serious obstacle to users' acceptance of cloud computing methods and the benefits they provide over earlier systems. In a cloud-based setting, biometric technologies can present some challenges related to the administration of biometric data because of privacy laws and the requirement to trust cloud providers. Biometric methods are increasingly the core component of a wide range of guarantee identification as well as private identification solutions. In this research, we present a crypto biometric solution for computing in the cloud that solves those issues without exposing any private biometric data.
