The predicament of street children in the major urban pockets of the state of Odisha namely, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur, Sambalpur, and Rourkela are taken in this study. Any boy or girl who has made the street to be their regular abode or source of support is considered to be a street child. The towns so selected for the study are rapidly expanding and they were chosen as representative of the whole state for gathering information about the socio-economic and living circumstances of street children. This study suggests that street children should receive thoughtful care, emotional support, and a nutritious diet so that they are not at risk for their health and work. To integrate street children into mainstream society, street education or alternative arrangements be made developed, and also vocational training arrangements be made for substantially aged children who will not be willing to join the school.

Internet of Things (IoT) is fast emerging technology which involves interaction among things around in internet without human interference. The modern home automation system gives security and joyful life at house. That in why demand of using home automation technology is developing everyday. It formed human life easy and secure. Our research paper familiar the design and execution of home automation, recognizing, and home security over the internet of things (IoT) . Its system focuses on the house to produce a smart wireless home security system that sends an email with a image to the home owner if any devices enters into the home and further let on an alarm if all fire accident happened. Its system can manage and monitor the house temperature, humidity, flame condition and all house devices against in any place in the world. Their system could be controlled via many ways like the internet, smartphone, voice control and electrical switch. Its likely method has a low price design, user formable interface and easy installment in a home. The system is very flexible and easy to understand. Though IoT technology, the user can reduce the wastage of electrical power by appropriate monitoring and controlling.

The present study aims to develop zirconia-carbon (graphite) composites through mould die technique and to study conduction mechanism of the composites. SEM shows the porous surface morphology of zirconia-graphite composite materials. The electrical resistivity of the sample was measured using a four probe method. The results of the resistivity as a function of temperature and Arrhenius plots (inverse temperature vs. log resistivity) to find the activation energy are shown in figure. A close examination of the plots reveals that at higher temperatures the slope tends to be less steeper compared to the low temperature ones but we had followed a least square fit with respect to a single line and then the activation energy was determined. The activation energies ranging from 0.8eV to 0.814eV are characteristic of ionic conductivity along with conductivities due to oxygen vacancies in the bulk.

Science and Technology have made human life addictive to comfort, yet concurrently there exists an oppressed gathering of individuals who are battling for tracking down a creative way that can make their life easier for them. After concentrating and highlighting the problems faced by the differently abled people like blind and deaf, solving it through a device alone is a very hard task. A ton of exploration has been done on every issue and arrangements have been proposed independently. Objective of the smart assistive device SAARD (Smart Assistive Activity Recognition Device for Differently Abled People) is to recognize activity for differently abled people so; they feel confident and independent by helping them to know objects surrounding them. The Proposed device SAARD help the differently abled people by taking images and give the output in form of audio. Along with that it also detects obstacles and surrounding sound which alert them.
