The Karnataka State Financial Corporation, often known as the KSFC, is a financial organisation in India that is controlled by the government and has been instrumental in the development of new businesses and the expansion of existing ones in the state of Karnataka. The Kansas State Finance Corporation (KSFC) was established in 1959. It assists business owners by way of loans, equity investments, and technical help. As a result, it has been instrumental in the expansion of the manufacturing sector. The organisation's success can be due to the very effective loan processing system as well as the individualised help it provides to borrowers. As a result, the institution has earned the confidence and loyalty of small and medium-scale firms all throughout the state of Karnataka. The proactive role that KSFC plays in the growth of the region's economy assures a successful future not just for the organisation but also for the communities that it serves as a support system. The purpose of the research is to investigate the economic expansion and development of KSFC in Karnataka as well as changes in the levels of success achieved by micro, small, and medium-sized businesses.

Immunization is cornerstone of public health policy and is demonstration highly cost effective when used to protect child health. Although it could be argued that immunology has not has played an important role in vaccine development so far, since most of the vaccine we use today have been developed and tested experimentally, it is clear that we have a big challenge in front of us in developing new vaccine for pathogens that are difficult to target better know the security of the guardian in addition, the knowledge of huge potential and challenge for vaccine to control disease outbreaks and protect the older population, together with the availability for an array of new technology, make it perfect for immunologists to be involved in designing the next generation of powerful immunogens. This review provides an introductory overview of vaccine immunization and related issue and there by aim to inform a broad scientific audience about the underlining immunological concept.

WHO defines stroke as a "neurological deficit of cerebrovascular cause that persists beyond 24 hours or is interrupted by death within 24 hours". There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, due to lack of blood flow, and hemorrhagic, due to bleeding. Both cause parts of the brain to stop functioning properly. Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) is the medical term for stroke. Stroke is a major global public health problem. According to the Global Burden of Diseases (GBD) study in 1990, stroke was the second leading cause of death worldwide. With the rising proportion of mortality, stroke still remains the second leading cause of death worldwide. The present case study elaborates the treatment line and observations made in a 65 year old male presented to OPD in a phase of significant sensory deficit. He had an episode of ataxia at home with sudden power loss in left upper and lower limbs;as narrated by relatives. Thus an MRI imaging of brain was done S/O acute intraparenchymal haematoma involving the right thalamo-capsular region with associated mild surrounding perilesional oedema and mass effect. Contiguous intraventricular extension of the haematoma within the bilateral lateral ventricle and third ventricle. The Ayurvedic diagnosis of Vama Pakshaghata was done and managed with Abhyanga, Shastika Shali Pinda Sweda and yogabastikrama. Two assessments were made before and after treatment using the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). The patient got significant improvement in the signs and symptoms and improvement in movements within 12 days. The results were remarkably encouraging.

Plastic products, especially single-use plastics (SUP), have become ubiquitous and are an indispensable part of our daily lives. However, poor management of plastic waste, often culminating in its presence in coastlines, riverbanks, and landscapes, contributes significantly to increased greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions into the atmosphere. This dual threat of plastic pollution and climate change not only disrupts ecosystems but also endangers our water resources, air, and soil quality by releasing harmful pollutants. This study examines the complex interactions between plastic waste pollution, and climate change and their profound impact on the environment. In addition, the report scrutinizes a wide range of innovative policies and strategies around the world, all aimed at reducing plastic pollution and minimizing its harmful effects on public health. This present review seeks to highlight the urgent need for collective action to protect our planet and promote sustainability in the face of these pressing challenges.

Abstract The objective of the study is to investigate the differences between two moods in English: indicative and subjunctive Mood expresses the intention of the speaker or the writer. It determines if the sentence is a fact, order, suggestion or hypothetical. The linguistic model adopted is A University of English Grammar proposed by Randolph Quirk (1973). The paper shows the types of mood in English language and gives a full description of each type. It is also a try to answer the question: how does the indicative mood differ from the subjunctive mood? The findings inferred from this study are concerned with the indicative and subjunctive moods in terms of their difference in construction as each mood has specific verbs.

Haemorrhoids is an ailment that affects all economical groups of population. Though the disease is within the limits of management, it has its own complications like severe haemorrhage, inflammation, and thrombosis, by which a patient gets severe pain and is unable to continue his routine work. Prior to surgical treatment of haemorrhoids, associated conditions like inflammation, strangulation, thrombosis, etc. need to be managed. A thrombosed external haemorrhoid is commonly termed a perianal haematoma. It is a small clot occurring in the perianal sub- cutaneous connective tissue, usually superficial to the corrugator cutis ani muscle. Rakthamokshana can be carried out with the help of Jalaukavacharana as it is a tool to be employed in pitta predominant condition. Hirudin, calin and factor X which are present enzymes in saliva of leech act as anti-coagulant and prevent clot formation.

Professor Dr. Rameswar Shaw is mainly known as a linguist. However, apart from linguistics, he has written several essays on aesthetics. Pranjal Bengali translated 'Bhobisyoter Kobita', the world-renowned book on aesthetics by sage Sri Aurobindo as 'The Future Poetry'. Aurobindo's language is generally idiosyncratic in expression and unintelligible in expression. With the help of his bodhi and meditation, Dr. Rameswar Shaw has introduced the Bengali readers to the profound and fundamental contemplative thought of Sri Aurobindo through his translated book entitled 'Bhobisyoter Kobita'. Sri Aurobindo's profound knowledge of literature and aesthetics, direct familiarity with the ocean-wide world of mind and study and deep contemplation of the truth served up, complete command over the vocabulary of the Bengali language - above all Rameshwar Shaw's deep respect for Sri Aurobindo and his wisdom, hard work and single-minded perseverance resulted in his 'Bhobisyoter Kobita', beauty has become, in Rabindranath's words, 'glory of daily living' for the juice-thirsty Bengali.

Buccal and sublingual drug delivery systems have become increasingly significant due to their ability to deliver drugs directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and hepatic first-pass metabolism. These systems offer distinct advantages over traditional oral and parenteral routes, especially in terms of onset of action and bioavailability. This review provides an in-depth analysis of recent advancements in buccal and sublingual drug delivery, with a focus on technological innovations, clinical applications, challenges, and future directions.
