Achieving the essential sustainable development goal of health requires a deep understanding of community health practices and behaviors. The unique socio-economic practices and geographic isolation of each tribal community shape their healthcare practices, thereby influencing their health outcomes and health-seeking behaviors. The study's foundation is the body of literature that was examined during doctoral research on tribal groups' health and health-seeking practices. To comprehend the ideas holistically, it has drawn on a variety of subject-specific literature, mainly from the disciplines of Anthropology and Public Health, that address diverse facets of health and health-seeking behaviors. The literature shows that in tribal communities, healthcare practices are strongly influenced by traditional beliefs. People often rely on ethnomedicine, which is a major healthcare system that is accessible to tribal communities. The reviews also noted that these communities lack knowledge about communicable and non-communicable diseases. Factors like education, household finances, and a limited understanding of health and illness impact their health-seeking behavior. Poor nutrition, unsanitary menstrual practices, inadequate maternal care, and poor hygiene are common issues. Barriers to accessing healthcare include a lack of facilities, financial constraints, and cultural beliefs. The study suggests using a bottom-up approach and government interventions in preventive and curative care to improve healthcare access for tribal populations.

A heterozygous missense variant (chr20:g.49374625C>T; Depth: 134x) in exon 2 of the KCNB1 gene, leading to the substitution of Histidine for Arginine at codon 312 (p.Arg312His; ENST00000371741.6), was identified. This variant, previously associated with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, causes loss-of-function by impeding channel opening within a physiological voltage range. Located in the Ion transport protein domain (PF00520) of KCNB1, it's classified as likely pathogenic/pathogenic in ClinVar. Absent in various databases, its frequency is 0.002% in our database. Predicted to be damaging by PolyPhen-2 (HumDiv), SIFT, LRT, and MutationTaster2, the variant's codon is conserved across species. Associated with Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy 26 (OMIM#616056), DEE26 presents with diverse seizure types in infancy or early childhood, alongside developmental delay, intellectual disability, and EEG abnormalities like hypsarrhythmia.

As the need to make our engineering graduates marketable and competitive on a global scale grows, so does the significance of outcome-based education (OBE). Objective-based education (OBE) is a paradigm that proposes centering an entire educational system around a set of measurable objectives (outcomes). It is reasonable to anticipate that by the time a student has graduated, he or she will have accomplished the fundamental goal of education, which is to acquire the skills essential to find gainful employment in the field in which he or she has shown an aptitude or interest. The effectiveness of OBE depends on regularly evaluating progress toward objectives and making adjustments in light of that input, making evaluation a crucial aspect of the OBE. In practice, however, the idea of OBE led to varying degrees of achievement of the Programme Outcome (PO) depending on the Course Outcome (CO). Since the CO for each evaluation might be linked to more than one PO, carrying out the OBE could be difficult. This study examines outcome-based education and accomplishments. The significance of the Course Outcomes in relation to the evaluation of the Program Outcomes and the Education Objectives of the Program The technique for evaluating the outcomes of the course, in addition to the direct evaluation and indirect assessment instruments, along with some sample values. Staff members use the results of achieving Course Outcomes to achieve both Program and Program Educational Objectives, and to enhance the quality of instruction as a whole. The degree of achievement may also be readily adjusted depending on the difficulty of the course as well as the amount of success achieved by the student. Consequently, this sort of application will aid faculty in reducing the effort associated with each course.

Sulfanilic acid (SNA) and trimethoprim (TMP) are two pharmacological compounds used to treat bacterial infections and urinary tract infections. Computational studies have been used to estimate molecular properties, including binding sites, electronic states, MEP, chemical reactivity, optical properties, and FTIR spectra. Schiff-bases and salen-type ligands are unusual classes of ligands with donor atoms and coordination modes towards transition metals The ChemOffice chemical software suite helps chemistry researchers and students create and use chemical papers and databases. It includes modules such as ChemDraw Ultra, Chem3D Ultra, E-Notebook Ultra, ChemFinder, CombiChem, Inventory, Bioassay. ChemDraw is a two-dimensional chemical editor. Molecular docking is used to predict the preferred binding orientation of molecules when they combine to form stable complexes, allowing for the structure-based drug development of new drugs. The interaction between pharmacokinetics, toxicity, and potency is crucial for effective drugs. The pharmacokinetic profile of a compound defines its absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) properties. While optimal binding properties of a new drug to the therapeutic target are crucial, ensuring that it can reach the target site in sufficient concentrations to produce the physiological effect safely is essential for the introduction into the clinic.

Anthropology plays an important role in sustainable development by identifying and addressing social, economic, and cultural factors that leads towards progress. Anthropologists also ensures that people are at the center of development practice, and that they are involved in the creation, management, and decision-making process. The research emphasizes the significance of incorporating sustainability ideas into the education system. In this regard, the paper has adopted a descriptive qualitative research methodology based on primary and secondary literature. The findings indicate the need for increased indigeneity for having a sustainable education system. The implication of this research will be to understand indigeneity and education as a means to complete development and progres s ion.Anthropological approach recognizes that change is a social and cultural process, and that interactions between people and their organizations affect the nature of the change to a great extent.

The article entitled "Mirroring Everyday in Literature" gives glimpses on how one can connect literature in everyday life. Each and every day the people can connect the situations of life to literature. Literature reflects everyday incident. Literature has several genres like poetry, fiction, drama, non-fiction etc., Every genre has its own format and dealt with the different themes that rely on author. The author writes with the experiences that he/she observed or undergone in their life or in the surroundings. Some are direct attack on incident and some are indirect attack. It traces how moment of everyday is recorded in literature and how it helps the readers to rectify their problems. This article evidences only few examples from literature that suits every day's life. Evidently a reader can connect everyday with all genres carrying stories, facts, myths and so on in literature.

Ground water samples collected from 24 different wards of Sidhi city (Nagarpalika) district-Sidhi locations and analyzed for the physical properties, chemical properties and heavy metals contents in it. Findings of the laboratory work and proposed experimental area to confirm surface water quality with the help of various physico-chemical parameters. This is a method of check water quality which is an effective tool to assess spatial and temporal changes in groundwater quality. Hydrosphere includes all types of water such as oceans, seas, creeks, rivers, streams, ponds, canals, wells, tube wells, hand pumps, motor pumps and glaciers etc. Five groundwater samples were collected from open areas during monsoon and post monsoon seasons in the year 2020-2022. The laboratory work was conducted by considering five surface water samples collected for comprehensive physico-chemical analysis using various standard parameters of the experiment. Parameters such as pH, total dissolved solids, nitrates, sulphates, chlorides, calcium hardness, magnesium hardness, total hardness, fluorides etc have been considered for the analysis of physico-chemical properties.
